Okay, this blew my mind This is a can of black olives “with no artificial colors.” These are the olives we’ve all eaten in America They aren’t black. Not even close, but they taste exactly the same The color is more of a lighter/ medium brown shade rather than a dark black color Of course I had to look into this, Traditional super dark black olives we know in America are picked green and unripe. They’re treated with lye, exposed to oxygen, and then stabilized with ferrous gluconate. This fixes a consistent, deep black color The black olives we all know and love should actually look like this in the video…..

Five years ago, I became a mommy. A lot of you know me as Logo Queen, but not many of you know me as a mom. Sometime in 2021, I gave birth to my handsome, adorable son. He is the reason I am who I am today. He’s the reason I became Logo Queen. He’s the reason I put so much effort into my craft and kept pushing even when life felt impossible. When I was pregnant with him, I lost all my savings. I was literally left with nothing. And I knew I didn’t want to bring a child into the world where he wouldn’t be proud of his mom. After giving birth in 2021, I went through postpartum depression and many difficult moments. But in that process, I decided to pick up a tech skill. I tried learning coding and design, and design was the one that truly clicked for me. So I focused on it around January–February 2022. My son is my everything. He’s the reason I pushed on nights when I had every excuse not to. He’s the reason I stayed consistent, the reason I fought to change my life, and the reason I decided to build something meaningful for myself. My story is proof that you can write your own story. Yes, motherhood can be heavy. It comes with so many responsibilities. But it can also be the stepping stone to greatness. It doesn’t have to be the obstacle standing between you and your dreams. So today, I’m celebrating myself. Happy Mother’s Day to me. 🤍

$What makes this even funnier is that they can barely and, I mean barely, match a fraction of what was shown here. They always go to the same obscure statue of Prince Rahotep and his wife, Nofret, and the same Fayum Roman-Egyptian portraits, which don't even show any Ancient Egyptians. That's all they got in the face of thousands of wall portraits and statues that show the Ancient Egyptians as Black Africans (Tanetjerians). Denial is a river in Egypt indeed.$

I will never forget you standing by my side during these times when I really need you by my side.. My daughter Julia sends her greetings to you and tells you that she is very happy with your gifts to her.. The pictures below are of some fresh vegetables and fish for Julia. Unfortunately, I bought everything in these pictures on the black market. I paid $600 to $700 for some food. The price of all of this did not exceed $50 before the war.. Everything that money buys is not valuable. My daughter's life and safety are better than all the money.. As long as you are by my side, I will not fear anything.. My friends and loved ones.. After careful examination, we confirmed that Julia was suffering from jaundice Therefore, doctors recommend not giving up canned foods and looking for fresh foods for them. Julia is really getting better and better. This improvement is because of your standing by my side, my friends.. I am very grateful to every person who stood by me and supported me in order to bring happiness to the heart of my child, Julia. I would be very grateful if you would support me to buy fruits and more vegetables for her until she fully recovers My friends and loved ones... I apologize for the delay in updating because the area I go to to get an internet signal in order to tweet has become very dangerous and I can no longer go there as usual.. Outfit of the day: casual in my garden. The top is Romanian traditional inspired and once belonged to my mother, who passed away 4 years ago. Wearing it always feels special, like carrying a piece of her with me in small everyday moments. The boho trousers are beautiful in motion, opening all the way up to my hips when I walk. Very feminine, very dramatic… and absolutely impractical when going up the stairs because I need to hold them so I don’t stumble in them. Lately I noticed myself naturally moving toward a more relaxed style. Softer fabrics, looser cuts, less structure. And it makes me feel even more feminine. #OOTD

Triceps Rollbacks are a tried and true accessory movement For Bench Press strength Ive been working these back into the mix pretty heavy over the past year or so and have led to some great bench press results. ✔️Rollbacks hit all 3 heads of the triceps, developing KEY elbow extension strength for the bench press. Typically the stronger I get on these, the stronger and more explosive my bench feels as im able to load my triceps better. It’s important to remember when you perform these, that they arent a “skull crusher” - youre literally letting the weight roll back at the bottom and extending up. Try to touch the head of the DB to your delt. Bookmark this for your next bench session!
