Your "smart" security camera uploads your driveway to someone's cloud. Ours does not. We built a demo camera that spots people and vehicles, judges whether a scene is normal or high-risk, and sounds an alarm, all on-device. No frame ever leaves the machine. Built with QVAC, fully local.

my local model hallucinated a raccoon as a high risk fugitive last night and woke me up at 3am, locally processing my exhaustion

Most people don't realize their driveway footage is sitting on someone else's servers. Honestly this is what safety tech should feel like. Respect for building it local-first from day one.

Really good use case, and that makes you wonder indeed why we trust those companies with our most sensitive data sometimes

no frame ever leaves! the entire product in four words. driveway framing lands for me because everyone alr half-knows what their doorbell is doing.

local inference on edge is the hard part most cloud-first stacks skip. QVAC keeping the whole pipeline on-device means you're not just avoiding upload latency, you're removing the trust surface entirely

how does the high risk judgment adapt to one house? can the owner correct a false alarm locally, or is the threshold fixed in the demo?

Has this been tested on something lightweight like a Raspberrpi Pi 5 or zimbaboard? How well does it handle on those?
