It is not for us to have views. It is for the police to take care of. In entire UP, nobody will do this because they know police will give danda. In other states, the situation is not the same.

@KGAKGG My point of discontention is “He(in red kurta) used his tongue more than his legs and hands”! Matter could be settled expeditiously if he did ! Few people don’t understand the language of tongue but they very well do that of legs and hands !

I mean - in this case he wasn’t blocking anybody’s way. If he wants to sit on a dirty roadside and work then it’s his wish. But yes, some opposition to such free squatting everywhere is necessary to maintain decorum.
