Ive been reading labels since I became a parent in the early 80's. I was an English major in college, with a minor in biology, so I'm familiar with many chemical compound names and terms. If I can't pronounce an ingredient, I don't buy the product. READ THE LABELS!

Stop using those disinfectant wipes and cheap hand sanitizer. They contain Triclosan. A KNOWN Carcinogen that has been banned in Europe since the late 80's. Use peroxide to disinfect your home and soap and water to wash your hands.

When I contacted cheerios info line regarding the chemicals they put in their cereal the bs response I got was it’s for quality/freshness assurance! Many cereals don’t use poison to keep their product fresh! Read the labels!

No, I;m not. For #Breakfast I have #Bacon & #Eggs or #Steak. I never eat #Cereals and I only eat a bit of #Organic #Bread with no preservatives. And I never eat #SeedOil. I make my #Coffee with whipping #Cream (33% #Butter #Fat). #MeatHeals.
