It’s weird Tiger said the exact opposite when he was on Grant Horvat’s channel. I don’t think regular rules apply to him though.

If you tee it low with the driver you will lose a little distance BUT your accuracy for hitting fairways improves! I’ve never heard anyone say teeing it higher improves fairways hit!

You're assuming all golfers hit up on the ball. 🤔

If I tee the ball up too high I start thinning drives. I think there is a fear of sky marks or something and I subconsciously adjust to it.

@USGA a little easier and more sustainable of a change than changing the ball, reduce tee length to ~.5 inch (not in the ground)? Change the strategy off the tee without the admin cost and millions in testing between conformity tests and manufacturers trying to beat them

Is this via swing robots? This is a big factor vs testing with a variety of humans with diff handicaps

Odd question, can help me out please?! I'm LH, I'm trying to lower the loft on my dr. A guy on the course told me the shaft is for RH so I should adjust my loft opposite. Therefore he says a higher loft is technically lower because the Dr head is oppo? Is this correct?
