Burned the shit out of the egg

That’s not a beautiful fried egg that’s a burnt egg on the bottom

That is not a beautiful fried egg, that is an overcooked piece of rubber.

Cast iron skillet fans looking at this with amusement

Cooking eggs in a stainless steel pan can turn into a sticky mess, but if you learn the Leidenfrost effect and heat it right, it becomes a smooth and fun kitchen trick

Step 1: Throw out your Stainless Steel Pan Step 2: Cook with non-stick Pan

i hate eggs that have crispy edges and bottom season the pan like you do cast iron heat it up to 450 add flax seed oil in thin layers on a paper towel until it just smokes and do 5 coats it'll be extremely non stick always heat before use

Still way more tedious than just using a nonstick pan

A burnt egg slathered in canola oil. No thanks.

i cannot stand him or his videos, he genuinely has no idea what he’s talking about

Why do British people act like scrambling an egg is something only a master chef can do?

I did learn that when you pan fry any meat, have patience. Don’t try to scrape it out of the pan to flip it to cook the other side. It just sticks and makes a mess. It will release itself from the pan if you just wait a little bit.

Use butter and oil together and make sure it’s up to temp @grok verify

🇯🇵 Delicious-looking fried eggs and scrambled eggs

Noone in here knows how to make fried eggs in stainless. 1. Medium low heat. I run 3.5 setting on a ceramic cook top. 2. Allow time to heat the pan evenly 3. Use butter, not oil. You just need to coat the surface no need to drown it unless you want to 1/2

So this was the trick all along?

Thank you been struggling with this. Thank you algoritm for hearing our conversation.

This man needs to be banned from making eggs

No need for high heat. Especially on eggs. Use mid heat. Just dont start scratching like a dj immediately. Wait a bit and the egg will get a crust below and dont stick anymore that much.

😆and decent cook knows Hot pan cold oil and food won’t stick

Good demo. Lots of egg cooking recommendations today...

Just fry some bacon before adding eggs. Eggs taste better and you get bacon.

Bro, that shit burn 👋🏼😂🤦🏻♂️

That isn’t scrambled egg, it’s a mangled omelette.

Cast iron, baby!

I'll try it, but the 100% secure way to make your stainless steel pan non-stick, is to heat up a bit of oil (just enough to cover the pan) up till its burning point. Then cool it down, remove the oil with a dry cloth, and give it a try. You'll be amazed!

only use a stainless steel pan (all clad d5 preferably) to get that good crispy chicken then make a nice sauce

This is your brain on drugs

The lies it’s not about the heat. It’s about putting a bunch of oil in the fucking pan so it doesn’t stick. People don’t want to cook with a bunch of fucking oil for their eggs. You’re basically just deep frying eggs, and seed oils.

The algorithm can try as hard as it wants I’m a cast iron man

That wasn't scrambled eggs, it was an omelette 👀😳😎😆👍

"beautiful fried egg" is a burnt piece of shit

そうなんです! これを知るまでは、失敗ばかりして使わなくなっていました😣
