When people ask me why I prefer Buck to Wide Zone or Stretch, here’s what I should show them as I say, "I have coached football for over 40 years, watched 1,000s of hours of game film, and I have never coached or coached against a Center that could do this." What exactly is the issue here with the play design? It got the best player the ball in space, allowed him to go to his strong side and get a clean look from a zone in which he's good in It was a quick, decisive play that did not waste any time/put the shooter in a bad spot

In reality, a players ability to Start-Go-Stop is what makes them productive. Do you have a starting move that can get you downhill. On that ‘go’ can you be in control under pressure. Then, do you have the ability to stop to create separation, and be comfortable in a face up so that you can make a decision and play.

3) I've got nothing else to say about the dropback game. In certain situations, it is genuinely embarrassing. Who designed this one? Can anyone tell me the point of this on 3rd down? This is 3rd and 8. I don't get how this is ever supposed to work vs zone coverage (or man, tbh). It's SO easy to cover. Barkley's release into the flat is late so Hurts can't even check it down, either. There is nothing a QB can do on plays like this. Burn this play. I'm sick of seeing these 2x2 routes where there are no answers against zone coverage. It's madness.

A lot of hitters confuse being late with letting the ball get deep. They’re not the same thing. In this video I show it with a simple example. I toss the ball and reach way out in front of me to catch it. That’s what late looks like. The ball already beat you… now you’re chasing it with your hands. Then I toss another one and catch it slightly behind me. That’s being on time and letting the ball get deep. When you’re late, your body and barrel are reacting after the ball passes your window. You’re forced to reach, cut across it, or roll it over. When you’re on time, you can let the ball travel and still control it. Now the barrel can stay through the zone longer, and you can drive it with authority. Deep ≠ late. Good hitters aren’t reaching for the ball… they’re on time enough to let it come to them. ⚾️ Train with an expert. Not an influencer.

The importance of pointing the AirFanta Wear personal air purifier accurately. You need to point the center of the Wear's airflow at your breathing zone. Otherwise you won't get any benefit from the device. This is just a visualization using the mist from an ultrasonic nebulizer to stand in for unfiltered ambient air. In the demonstration the air is not completely still due to the output of the nebulizer. But the air flow may be similar to cross currents that might be found in indoor settings. AirFanta has shown a number of different ways to position the Wear, but hasn't given exact numbers for distance as far as I know. I'm using a distance of 2 inches or less as a rule of thumb, with the center of the device pointed at my breathing zone. The 3/4 position feels like it's one that people may be the most interested in because it can let you eat while at the same time maintaining a close proximity to the output. The Wear is not meant as a one-to-one replacement for a respirator grade mask. It's best for situations where you were not going to be wearing a mask at all, but would still like to breathe cleaner air. Avoid risk compensation, which is where you take on more risk because you think you are more protected than you actually are. For instance, visiting a nephew sick with measles without an N95 mask because you think the Wear will give you equal protection. Maintaining the correct distance and orientation between the Wear and your breathing zone requires conscious effort. The Wear can reduce your overall exposure to airborne contaminants, but it needs to be used very close to breathing zone and needs to be very accurately centered.
