Strain, cool, and store in a sealed jar. A few things worth knowing: Capsaicin works by binding to TRPV1 receptors and depleting Substance P, the chemical that signals pain to your brain. That's the science behind why it actually works, not just feels warm. Erica Drum was told her son Jackson would never breathe on his own again. A hockey hit launched him headfirst into the boards. Broken neck & spine. Paralyzed. One guy built this app in a month and now it makes him more than $1,000,000 a year. No team. No investors. No marketing department. One developer. One month. One clever idea. The app is a camera for events. In its first month it got 100,000 downloads and he did not spend a single dollar on ads. Here is how he did it because the most interesting part is the growth itself. He did not bolt marketing onto the product. He made using the product the marketing itself. After that things kick in that almost nobody figures out. 1. You cannot use the app alone. For it to work the host has to pull every guest into it. Each install drags in dozens more right away. 2. One wedding is not one user but a whole crowd at once. 200 people scan one code in an evening and install the app. No ad brings that many for the same money and here the money is zero. 3. The guest becomes the host. He liked it at someone else's wedding and a month later he throws his own event and brings his own people. The loop spins itself and for free. 4. It does not look like an ad. To the guest it is a gift not some app forced on him. So they install it gladly and all of them do. 5. It all runs on emotion. A wedding. Memories. Shared shots. People film it and show their own people and a new wave comes in. Now let us count the money plain and honest. The subscription runs from 2 to 50 dollars. Say only every 20th person pays. That is 5,000 people out of 100,000. The average check a modest 20 dollars. 5,000 times 20 is 100,000 dollars a month. More than 3,000 a day. More than $1,000,000 a year. God is a personal God, and I must allow Him to answer my prayers in the light of His wisdom instead of my limitedness." Franky Schaeffer: "And that's not a cop-out?" Schaeffer: "Not at all. It's rooted in the heart of all things and that is, He's infinite; I'm finite. I'll tell you something, nothing could terrify me more, and I'm being very serious, nothing could terrify me more than that I could ask for anything today and get it, because I don't know enough." Franky: "Including, for your own health?" Schaeffer: "Oh, absolutely. Just as much as for anything." Franky: "Are you willing to say that as a person who, ok, let's face it, has cancer that's serious enough so it could be killing you?" Schaeffer: "Yeah, of course... Q: How do you design an amazing user experience? In the clip below, Airbnb co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky explains that one route to a great UX and word-of-mouth growth is designing the perfect experience for one person: “How do you make something for a million people? I don’t know where to start. But if you pick one person, study them, and take their journey, you can actually build something really personal. You can design something and keep iterating until they love it. Don’t stop improving it until that person loves it, and you’re not allowed to move to the second person until the first person loves it. Then you get the second person and keep iterating until they love it. And so on.” As Brian argues, designing the perfect experience for one person is a much easier place to start than trying to design something for a million people. And when people truly love your service, they become your marketing department. He uses storyboarding and tries to imagine a “10-star experience” for an Airbnb check-in as an example: “A 5-star rating typically means nothing bad happened. Don’t stop improving it until that person loves it, and you’re not allowed to move to the second person until the first person loves it. Then you get the second person and keep iterating until they love it. And so on.” As Brian argues, designing the perfect experience for one person is a much easier place to start than trying to design something for a million people. And when people truly love your service, they become your marketing department. He uses storyboarding and tries to imagine a “10-star experience” for an Airbnb check-in as an example: “A 5-star rating typically means nothing bad happened. But what if there was a 6th star?” He proposes the following ever-improving scenarios: 6 stars: You get to your Airbnb and there’s a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for you with a hand-written note 7 stars: A limo picks you up from the airport, and when you get to the house there’s a surfboard because the host knows you like surfing 8 stars: You ride back from the airport on a giant elephant and there’s a parade in your honor 9 stars: You land at the airport and there’s 5,000 teenagers cheering your name and you do a press conference in the front lawn of your Airbnb (”The Beetles Check-In”) 10 stars: Elon Musk picks you up from the airport and says “we’re going to space” The point here is that while you might not be able to create an 8+ star experience for your customers, the act of thinking through the most perfect experience for one customer and figuring out a way to scale something close to that to all of your users can help you arrive at a user experience that is truly amazing.

each mac is fully controlled by a single AGENT. it can operate browsers with insane efficiency and interact directly with native mac apps. under each agent there are multiple SOTA SUBAGENTS including claude code. we can literally tell dozens of agents to post content on their own accounts simultaneously. not building a social media bot farm obviously, just a random example. the whole system is extremely human friendly. zero setup needed. no config. just works out of the box. this is designed for daily use on your personal machine. the mac mini cluster is just for testing, training, and exploring fun use cases. no download link yet. the current flowithOS beta online is a completely different thing. this new version is way more powerful with a much better experience. might open internal testing further next week.
