Most non-dairy creamers: ⚠️ Contain seed oils ⚠️ Are filled with synthetic flavors, stabilizers, and sugar ⚠️ Hijack your brain’s dopamine system—just like junk food The worst part? They’re...

Organic whole milk is the only thing I use for creamer, I also put a small amount of organic raw honey to sweeten it a little bit. I'll drink it black if I can't put honey in it. Soon that honey will be coming from my own hives😎 Of course i only drink organic coffee as well.

It’s wild how many “healthy” products are full of hidden chemicals and additives.

Is that why people are literally addicted to creamer? I've seen people lose their shit if they don't have their "specific creamer"

Raw local cream here! If I want flavored, I can add homemade vanilla extract or molasses or honey or cinnamon or some combo.

No creamer for me. You should talk about everything in Energy drinks too. 😏👌🏻

Gotta rock some delicious and nutrient-packed mushroom fruiting body extract powder. I like to buy it separately to add to various meals (gravy, baking), coffee, smoothies etc. vs. getting an overpriced instant coffee with mushroom extract added. Great stuff! Drink it black now.

Americans are realizing that eating junk food today makes them feel noticeably way worse than it used to make them feel in the past “I'm not sure if I'm the only one that's experienced this, but I really don't think that junk food hits the same way that it used to. I remember when I was young and I would eat junk food — you could eat like a bag of potato chips or like a Reese's Pieces and still feel like a functioning human after that. Now I feel like junk food just feels like irresponsible — like you just did noticeable damage to your body” “I'm pretty sure it's just because like junk food is now just like chemicals. Like, it used to just be like a lot of sugar. Now it's like you're just drinking pesticides — like a science experiment at this point” He’s right, many of our favorite “junk foods” and candies have been reformulated to be cheaper and last longer Here are just a few examples: Real milk chocolate changed to compound coating: Cocoa butter is expensive and temperature-sensitive so it was replaced in some products with vegetable oils mixed with cocoa powder Real peanut butter changed to peanut-butter-style crème. In certain seasonal or mini products, actual peanut butter was swapped for a cheaper, more shelf-stable crème made with vegetable oils and flavorings In Hostess Twinkies the Cream filling: Originally relied more on real dairy/milk components. These were largely replaced with a mixture of palm oil, corn syrup, and emulsifiers, mono- and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate Sugar changed to high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS): Widespread from the 1970s–2000s because HFCS was cheaper Frying oils have also changed for chips and other foods Our food is a science experiment
