When I was learning how to make the combat UI/menu, I referenced Darkest Dungeon closely, to study it's good design. I'm proud of what I learned, but I'm not comfortable keeping it so close to it's inspiration, so I'll be exploring redesigns that give the game it's own identity.

🐿: i've never really tried making a super intense rock song before so i think i made it because i wanted to give it a shot. the song is about, it might sound a little childish, but no matter how many times i fall, i get back up again "back to life" ㅎ and keep living my life. that's the kind of vibe. i'm trying to show as much of my music as i can this year including back to life and also the other things i'm working on separately. i'm trying to show you a lot. please look forward to it!

Yume Nikki PS1 update! I'm back to working on the game again! Today I have greatly improved fog view distance in Snow World. Many people were getting easily lost in it and running in circles... but I finally managed to do it after doing some cool optimizations. :)

How cool is it show an Apple dev an iOS / Mac smooth UI and them to go "that should really be impossible with our UI elements." Turns out so many things become possible when you build your own UI elements from scratch, not depending on system UI like Craft.do has done so.
