And no gripes, b/c it's a fine neighbor. But this thing is horrendous--enough to radicalize any homeowner. Texas needs to change course, otherwise it's going to become a dumping ground for the rest of the country's garbage. Build this crap near the people getting rich off of it in Los Altos--not in Texas.
