Found more info on one of the new data centers in TX riling up the community. MARA, mining BTC. Crazy part is, these people live next to a massive nuclear plant on the other side. And no gripes, b/c it's a fine neighbor. But this thing is horrendous--enough to radicalize any homeowner. Texas needs to change course, otherwise it's going to become a dumping ground for the rest of the country's garbage. Build this crap near the people getting rich off of it in Los Altos--not in Texas. Poor lady, have to feel sorry for her. Can't sell now--who would be stupid enough to buy?

The few manufacturing plants, notably in steel and construction products, will get a temporary boost while they are building Anduril plants and data centers. The tariffs that Trump proposed would bring back manufacturing, are no more. That's over. Now, Trump has diverted manufacturing to India so there are no supply chain disruptions, from China and Tiawan. Not the US. Our labor is too expensive. They've told you a million times. Trump’s reindustrialization approach in Ohio centers on tariffs, energy abundance, deregulation/tax incentives, and attracting large-scale private/foreign investment in energy, AI/data infrastructure, defense, and related supply chains. The jobs are 90% temporary. Energy abundance is for the demands of data centers; new gas plants on data center campuses not tied to the grid and nuclear power. It's a hard pill to swallow. Vance isn't coming to Ohio on good faith. He's coming to campaign for Vivek under false premises. This is the plan. It's not a black pill, and I'm just as angry as everyone else. This is a victory for working people, but one year is far from enough. The owner, Ajay Thakore who also goes by Ace Rogers, is well-known in San Diego for going to extremes with people he doesn't like. In 2021, Thakore waged war on a local pizza eatery named American Pizza Manufacturing, a Take N Bake pizza shop, after they allegedly told him to move his car which was parked in front of the store. Today I sit down with Zane Hengsperger (Zane Hengsperger), Founder and CEO of NOX Metals, a metal supplier in Detroit he started in 2025. Today I sit down with Zane Hengsperger (Zane Hengsperger), Founder and CEO of NOX Metals, a metal supplier in Detroit he started in 2025. NOX buys metal from the mill, cuts it to the exact size a machine shop needs, and ships it out. The whole operation runs on software the company writes itself. Zane is 26, and his first job was scrubbing the floors of his dad's machine shop at 14. He went into software, then came back to run a machine shop. That is where he saw that metal was the bottleneck for everyone making parts in America. The incumbents have been around for 200 years and have never put software to work.
