ZELENSKYY: We can destroy all kinds of drones and lot of different missiles. But we still don't have our own anti-ballistic system in our defense shield. We will build it, but we need time for this. And during this time, we are losing people. Until the moment we produce our European anti-ballistic system, we need support from United States. What can we give United States? All the things that we have and that United States doesn't. For example, software, radars, systems of electronic warfare, cheap interceptors, AI drones, lot of different kinds of drones, and so on. But we don't have enough anti-ballistic systems, and United States does. What do we want? We want to share. We want to give everything that we have. We remember that United States helped us from the very beginning of this war. Of course, we are very grateful, and we are ready to share what we have.

We’ve done a lot to defend against drones, and our interception rate is above 90 percent. That is a serious achievement. We are also defending against cruise missiles. But Russian ballistic missiles remain a problem, and we need an answer to that problem. Our anti-ballistic coalition – all the countries that are part of it – must demonstrate full capability and deliver real results – better this year. Anti-ballistic capabilities are now in short supply globally because of the war with Iran, but we must look for solutions. We are trying to accelerate work in Europe on producing our own anti-ballistic capabilities on the continent in sufficient quantities. We will also continue engaging with the United States regarding its ability to support Ukraine. The PURL program is working, and we are grateful for that. Europe is helping us financially. But strong leadership from the United States in expanding anti-ballistic production is also urgently needed.

To fully protect and safeguard our cities from this aggression, we need greater support for Ukraine’s rightful response. This includes decisions to carry out long-range strikes on Russia’s missile launch sites, destroy Russian military logistics, and conduct joint efforts to shoot down missiles and drones – everything that will help us resist Russian evil.

Our kids live their childhoods under Russian attacks in shelters. We weren't able to protect all of Ukraine but we had the opportunity to use Patriot air defense systems in large cities to shoot down Russian missiles. These systems literally saved countless lives of Ukrainian civilians. And we are immensely grateful for that. If we don't get missiles for Patriot systems, it will be much, much harder to protect our people, our kids. Russia doesn't stop its attacks.
