ZEROBASEONE not being afraid of singing live without a backtrack — a thread

firstly their amazing gsb encore! with mixed belts & falsettos going as high as G#4-C#5 with strenuous choreo GSB is one of the hardest bg songs to sing from 4th/5th gen & its not just the main vocalists singing these hard parts its almost all the members

singing with no backtrack through out their world tour and they don't even need to sing during most of these parts they are just carrying out silly fan dance requests! they love singing so much 💙

we've all seen their viral "run run" the seasons cover but here's a fancam recorded by a fansite which captures how they sing amazingly with no back track and no pitch correction

here's a mini compilation I made of the members pulling off flawless singing while trolling around which shows how much they love singing and sing randomly in videos all the time! now we move onto all 9 members live singing individually 😁

taeraes raw singing compilations from ONE cb period is hours long so its hard to choose what to post so here's his raw vocals from boys planet which shows why he debuted despite having so little screentime (+ a growling compilation which shows how many diff styles he can sing in)

we all know zhang hao is VERY good at singing so let's look at zhang hao pulling off flawless raw singing while also dancing incredibly well and him singing impromptu with no backtrack at concerts

park gunwook main rapper and lead vocalist of zerobaseone also outsinging many main vocalists of new gen groups in the taerae show (which is dedicated to showcasing the members unedited singing!) and hitting and belting high notes even while he's just joking around

seok matthew sub/lead vocalist of zerobaseone singing better than several lead and even main vocalists of new gen with his incredible live song covers

shen ricky sub/lead vocalist of zerobaseone also singing better than several main and lead vocalists of new gen with his live raw singing

kim jiwoong lead rapper/sub/lead vocalist of zerobaseone pulling off complex and high live singing with his honey voice

han yujin who was only 16/17 years old and took personal singing lessons and advice from taerae and hao and improved this much over the span of just one year and sings this well now

kim gyuvin who also took singing lessons from both taerae and on his own and now sounds so good while singing raw live with renewed confidence!
