She recently posted an Instagram story defending Kriti Sanon, telling people to stop "policing women" and sending her support from Pakistan. ​This is exactly what happens when our own people let us down. Because Kriti Sanon chose to disrespect a sacred Hindu festival, she has now given Pakistani celebrities the perfect excuse to interfere and lecture us on our own culture. ​Kriti Sanon has crossed every limit and brought absolute disgrace to our traditions. It’s completely shameful.
