Anybody can do anything in this country, there is no regulation and no zoning. A bunch of guys can assemble some poles and “install” a large setup like this without any regulations or permits. If you question, they will come and beat you up.

Function was still on or just finishing, while so many people are still present the organizers were in a hurry to dismantle the setup, probably had been booked for another place. No SOPs, no rules or governance about sound loudness, setup or anything. Danik Bhaskar showed why.
