The recent consumer court ruling came bcz as per rule consumer needs to be informed in advance abt extra charge for carry bags so that he/she has a choice to take it or not(which didnt happen here). And as per SC ruling bags can be chargeable if they don't carry any company logo

Being a news agency,you should give credible news.This would be the least expected from a news channel that is if you are running 1.If you are an entertainment house then whatever you say is ok. Charges are applicable for carry bag when there is no branding of the company logo.

Don't spread half information stupid media.... If there is any company name and brand name printed on carry bag then they can't charge any amount for carry bag... If carry bag is simply plain then they can charge... Go and read the act carefully... Uneducated media
