பனம்பழத்மிலிருந்து நாருடன் கிடைக்கு அந்த இனிப்பு கூழை வேக வைத்தோ அல்லது பனம்பழந்தை அப்கடியே நெருப்பில் சுட்டோதான் சாப்பிட வேண்டும். அப்படியே சாப்பிட்டால் பித்தம் என பெரியவர்கள் சொல்லி கேள்விப்பட்டுள்ளேன்.

You are doing a great job. Teach them to extract panavellam. Similarly bring tree saplings/seeds of shea tree and argan (moroccon) oil tree from Uganda. (Used in Cosmetics indistry) They can thrive very well in arid climate like Ramanathapuram and boost our economy also.

Next u can cut the leaves and flatten it by grouping then one over other and then place a weight or stone on top. In 5/6 days the leaves will flatten and ready for roofing usage. Tell them palm leaf roofs r cooler , stronger and last 5 years.

Looks nice, big variety palm. Bring some fruits to india. This palm looks like it doesn't have "karukku". So it would be easy to climb and maintain.
