Not only about IAS , even all the govt offices do practice casteism in one or another form ...daily employees tolerate tht bz they hv to take care of their family.

Private companies are no different either

Exactly ..I dnt wanna mention the college name here, our college dint hire eligible ones just bz of their skin colour and caste ..

How are reservations helping in this? Bringing more discrimination? Education should be provided to all and exams should not have reservations.

Everything can be changed but a cheap mindset can't be.

Those who are demanding reservation on basis income, respect doesn’t come along with money or post that’s why reservation only on the basis of caste

Stfu, apni reservation wali politics apni gaan mai daal le. Don't open your mouth if you don't know what's going on in Uttarakhand. Trivendra Singh Rawat said nothing wrong. Illegal mining is problem here.

Dalits are doing the same with the non reserved classes. There is reverse casteism going on now. The "oppressed" never wanted quality, else they would have asked for abolishing caste system and free education. They want revenge of supposed crimes& they're getting their fill now.
