까마귀 싸우는 골에 백로야 가지 마라

I was asked if I’m doing a gang sign at the beginning. No, the original music video has a cigarette in it, so it’s an homage to that.

The full poem in English: “White heron, do not enter the valley where the crows are fighting. The angry crows envy your white feathers. I fear they will stain the body you washed so clean in the clear river.”

The original.

That was cool. Where did that idea come from?

From a music video.

Interesting… I looked up the origination of it. It comes from a classical Korean poem, “The Song of White Heron”. The author wrote the poem to warn her son against getting involved with political factions, so that his virtue would not be corrupted or tarnished. Sound right?

You got it!

When I said from a music video, I’m not talking about what I wrote. The choreographies from a famous music video.

It was beautiful and artistic

This looks absolutely cinematic! Beautifully done, Sovey! Hope you have a wonderful Saturday! 🙏

Gm BR!

That was so cool, Sovey. Wow.

🙏

That's so cool

Grok say - • Historically attributed to the mother of Goryeo loyalist Jeong Mong-ju, the poem advises against involvement in power struggles during the late Goryeo to early Joseon transition to preserve one’s moral standing. Mr. Nobody say, “is there anything you want to tell us or are you just testing some new tools?” Of course it’s good. That goes without saying.

Gm!

GM, I see video promise made. Promise delivered. Thank you!!!

Oh, this isn’t my big video. Still working on that!

Oh! Now I’m even more excited.
