What’s so funny? Ever tried it? You could get crushed with one wrong move. It’s a large wooden chariot with wooden wheel. That wooden block / wedge is how the chariot stops during the procession. Sometime there are more than few people in front of each wheel. Similar procession is done in Japan as well but the chariot is much smaller.
