KINGSTON IS BREAKING MY HEART‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE SOMEONE SEE HIM & RESCUE HIS SWEET PUPPY SELF🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 URGENT IN COBB COUNTY, GA‼️‼️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Kingston is up for adoption at: 📍 Cobb County Animal Services - Marietta, Georgia ☎️ (770) 499-4136 READ HIS STORY ⬇️ Today, while I was volunteering at the shelter, one of the officers asked if I could make a video for a puppy because this was already his fourth time at the shelter… I couldn’t believe what I had just heard. 🥺 Then she told me that Kingston is only six months old and has already been adopted and returned three times. Apparently, he first arrived at the shelter as a stray when he was only four months old. A family adopted him and later returned him, saying that he had too much energy. After that, he was adopted once again and brought back because, once again, he had too much energy and they just couldn’t keep up with him. The third time he was adopted, he was returned yet again. This time, they said that he had too much energy and that they were moving. I honestly don’t even know what to say. I couldn’t believe it, and my heart broke for Kingston. 💔😭 I took him on a walk and made this video for him today. I spent a long time with him, and during the entire visit, he was one of the sweetest puppies. He was just so happy to be surrounded by people. At one point, Kingston grabbed a toy and decided that he wanted to bring it with us on our walk… and he did. For the entire walk, he proudly carried his toy everywhere he went. He is only six months old. He is not “too much.” He is a puppy!!! Puppies need patience. They need training. They need time to learn and grow… And despite everything he has been through in his short life, Kingston still greets the world with a wagging tail, a toy in his mouth, and hope that someone out there will finally keep him forever. If you think that person could be you, Kingston is waiting...

Hi guys, I’m Dr. Siddu Patil, and this is my story of how I fell in love with fitness 🏋️‍♂️ I was 17 years old when I joined MBBS. I loved cricket and dreamed of quitting medicine to pursue it professionally. But my parents convinced me it wasn’t the right path. That was the first time in my life I truly felt like I failed, like I couldn’t follow my heart. Out of frustration, I started doing push-ups at home—every single day—for 3–4 months. When I went back to college, I joined a gym, initially because my crush went there 😅. For the next 5 years, it was on and off. I studied hard, but also drank and smoked a lot. Fitness wasn’t consistent… yet it always lingered in the background. After my internship, I moved to Bengaluru and started going to the gym regularly. I was finally serious… until life threw me a curveball: bilateral inguinal hernia. Living alone, I felt like my life was over. Post-surgery, I couldn’t even walk properly for 15 days, and depression was heavy. But slowly, I started doing push-ups in my room again. Gradually, I went back to the gym. Three months later, I decided: no more excuses. I quit alcohol and smoking, and committed fully to fitness. Last December, I took it to the next level by hiring a personal trainer. Today, I’m almost at my peak fitness, pushing myself every day to get better. I even completed a personal trainer course, despite being a doctor. If there’s one thing I want to tell you: if you ever feel depressed, start working out. Your body and mind will thank you. If this story inspires you, like & follow. And if you want online coaching for weight loss or muscle gain, DM me.

I was literally just thinking about how when I was in Rome experiencing severe Delirium tremens (DTs) and none of the doctors believed me One of the most terrifying and humbling experiences of my life I had drank 1 gallon of vodka per day for 3 days straight with only two meals the entire time. By the time I got to the emergency room my hands were shaking uncontrollably for 16+ hours and I was crying from the pits of my soul for just as long. I was unable to write my name on a piece of paper, put on my shoes or walk in a straight line because my entire body wouldn’t stop shaking And then having a severe episode of hallucinations and extreme confusion and then a seizure where my body started convulsing uncontrollably while gripped with the hospital bed with all my strength so the doctor could get the IV in. She saw the life beginning to leave my eyes in that moment and only then the doctors started taking me seriously Before that they thought I was faking it because I wasn’t able to write my details on the hospital admission form due to shaking. So it was just 16 hours of shaking and asking for help then being deeply humiliated and turned away. Talk about learning to humble yourself lol. Btw that shouldn’t have been physically possible. I literally shouldn’t have been able to get delirium tremors after only drinking alcohol for 3-4 days straight with no previous tolerance It’s just unheard of. Before that I had only had alcohol twice in the previous 6 months. It’s supposed to take years of heavy drinking to develop a physical alcohol dependence and corresponding withdrawal. But also idk if anyone ever drank 1 gallon of hard liquor 3 days straight and lived to tell the tale. But life had greater plans for me that day and wanted to teach me a lesson I’d never forget. Well I didn’t. I really couldn’t be more grateful right now ❤️ Life is so god damn beautiful I learn to love it more with each passing day And now I get to give my life helping others through their problems and helping them raise their consciousness each and every day. It’s an honor. From in a hospital in Rome to giving a hypnosis demonstration in front of an audience a couple months later Here’s some pics of that time + a video from a recent seminar I was speaking at.
