Rahul Gandhi has warned the people of J&K to not back the BJP led NDA as the "Raja", a reference to the L-G, is giving "benefits to outsiders". Let's see who these "outsiders" are that Rahul Gandhi says are getting benefits after the abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35a in "naya Jammu and Kashmir". 1. Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes from across India who had settled in J&K but who were till now legally 2nd grade citizens. 2. Minorities (Hindus and Sikhs) who have become eligible for reservation and are now equal stakeholders. 3. Terrorised Pak Hindu refugees that didn't enjoy domicile rights. 4. J&K Women who had married out of state subjects and will now no longer lose their property rights or citizenship. 5. Kashmiri Hindus who were victims of genocide who will now be able to secure jobs and their dignity. 6. Last but not least Rahul Gandhi thinks "outsiders" are Indians from: 1. Andhra Pradesh 2. Arunachal Pradesh 3. Assam 4. Bihar 5. Chhattisgarh 6. Goa 7. Gujarat 8. Haryana 9. Himachal Pradesh 10. Jharkhand 11. Karnataka 12. Kerala 13. Madhya Pradesh 14. Maharashtra 15. Manipur 16. Meghalaya 17. Mizoram 18. Nagaland 19. Odisha 20. Punjab 21. Rajasthan 22. Sikkim 23. Tamil Nadu 24. Telangana 25. Tripura 26. Uttar Pradesh 27. Uttarakhand 28. West Bengal And Union Territories (UTs): 1. Andaman and Nicobar Islands 2. Chandigarh 3. Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu 4. Lakshadweep 5. Delhi 6. Puducherry 7. Ladakh Interestingly, in 2012 Rahul Gandhi has invited Ratan Tata to invest in J&K. Was he not an "outsider" for Rahul Gandhi then?

๐Ÿšจ Weigh in 15 ๐Ÿšจ Before #FrankWalks, Frank had not been under 350 pounds in over 20 years and was 500+ pounds in 2016. Here is his monthly progress since we started walking (461 days in a row): Before FrankWalks : 383 pounds Weigh in 1: 373 pounds Weigh in 2: 352 pounds Weigh in 3: 343 pounds Weigh in 4: 340 pounds Weigh in 5: 339 pounds Weigh in 6: 333.8 pounds Weigh in 7: 331 pounds Weigh in 8: 323.8 pounds Weigh in 9: 319.8 pounds Weigh in 10: 324 pounds Weigh in 11: 330 pounds Weigh in 12: 327.8 pounds Weigh in 13: 318.5 pounds Weigh in 14: 321.8 pounds Here are the results from weigh in 15: โ—ฆ326 pounds. Frank has lost 57 pounds since we started walking, but has struggled the last two months โ—ฆBlood sugar: Levels remain in the green zone for the longest stretch of Frankโ€™s adult life โ—ฆDiet: Diet remains the biggest challenge, especially late night snacking Frank had a tremendous 2024 with nearly 6 million steps. He doesnโ€™t need me or anyone else to encourage him to walk: he gets it in every single day. No excuses, heโ€™s addicted. His body has transformed beyond weight loss. He can fit in booths, manage stairs/hills, and has new levels of stamina enabling 3 hour walks. Hell, he is even practicing jogging at this point. The challenge in 2025 will be matching his walking discipline with diet discipline. Late night snacking, soda, and salt intake are some of the primary obstacles. Frank is generally eating and drinking significantly better than his past, but the starting point was so horrible we still have a ways to go. Mitigating late night snacking is our biggest focus this month. This journey is not simple or easy, but it is real. The diet struggles are probably relatable to many. And struggling is okay as long as you keep fighting, because adversity leads to lifeโ€™s greatest victories. Diet diet diet. The KEY to Frank breaking 300 LBS this year. It is time to lock in. But I didn't ask him details about the injury at all." ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿ”น Enzo Maresca: "It's a big week, as you said, but at the end of this week, we have Leeds away, Bournemouth away, Atalanta away ๐Ÿ›ซโ€” so it's another big week. ๐Ÿšจ Weigh in 12 ๐Ÿšจ Before #FrankWalks, Frank had not been under 350 pounds in over 20 years and was 500+ pounds in 2016. Here is his monthly progress since we started walking (369 days in a row): Before #FrankWalks : 383 pounds Weigh in 1: 373 pounds Weigh in 2: 352 pounds Weigh in 3: 343 pounds Weigh in 4: 340 pounds Weigh in 5: 339 pounds Weigh in 6: 333.8 pounds Weigh in 7: 331 pounds Weigh in 8: 323.8 pounds Weigh in 9: 319.8 pounds Weigh in 10: 324 pounds Weigh in 11: 330 pounds Here are the results from weigh in 12: โ—ฆ327 pounds: Frank has lost 56 pounds since we started walking โ—ฆBlood sugar: Levels remain in the green zone for the longest stretch of Frankโ€™s adult life, this will add years to his life โ€ฆ down from ~10% A1C to 6.8% โ—ฆDiet: Diet continues to be the greatest hurdle. Stress eating and meal choices must improve along with less soda. This is Frank vs a lifetime of bad habits. Itโ€™s hardest when heโ€™s home alone, thatโ€™s the biggest damage zone Last month was a setback with a six pound increase. It was his second straight month gaining back weight. It would have been easy to slide deeper into bad old habits and completely lose momentum. Everyoneโ€™s support and encouragement after the disappointing Weigh In 11 was fantastic. Thank you Frank was upset that he let fans down but was determined to turn it around. The setback doesnโ€™t matter, the response does. And Frank responded with a solid month, getting back to into the green. He has now lost weight in 10/12 weigh ins. His endurance, flexibility, agility, and energy improve everyday. But what Frank is most proud of is the always increasing # of walkers who have started their own health journeys. It blows Frankโ€™s mind that heโ€™s gone from getting picked on in school for his weight, to becoming an inspiring fitness influencer. Frank also passed one year of walking with no days off on Friday. I couldnโ€™t be more proud of his commitment. We still have a long way to go, but we are BACK ON TRACK. DIET DIET DIET! Tim Ferriss just revealed his exact system for learning ANYTHING faster than 99.9% of people on Diary of a CEO. After mastering languages in weeks and advising Uber, he broke down the DSSS framework. Here's how it works + 8 other principles for superhuman performance he revealed: The DSSS Framework: Deconstruction - Break goals into parts Selection - Pick the 20% that gives 80% Sequencing - Right order matters Stakes - Create incentives "If more information were the answer, we'd all be billionaires with six pack abs." His language hack is wild: Spanish has hundreds of thousands of words. Tim reached fluency in 8-12 weeks using just the 500 most frequently used words. Stop learning random vocabulary. Learn frequency lists. Tim's career planning rule: He's NEVER had a 5-10 year plan. "If you have a reliable 5-10 year plan, you're playing so safely you're selling yourself short." Instead? 6-12 month projects with 2-4 week experiments inside. How he picks projects: Two criteria ONLY: 1. Relationships (new or deepening) 2. Skills that transcend the project Example: StumbleUpon advisor โ†’ friends with founder โ†’ years later founder texts about "taxi problem" โ†’ becomes Uber advisor. The "mini retirement" rule: Once a year, disappear for 4 weeks. No laptop. No phone (except Maps/Uber). Forces you to: - Build systems that run without you - Test if your business needs you constantly "If you panic, that's your wakeup call." His relationship rule from annual reviews: "Did I spend enough time with my top 5-10 people last year?" If NO โ†’ Reinvest in them FIRST Only overflow goes to new relationships. He's had the same annual reunion for 25+ years. Why most quit before winning: "People expect linear progress. It doesn't work that way." There WILL be plateaus. There WILL be dips. If you know they're coming, you weather them. If you don't, you quit right before the breakthrough. Tim's ONE optimization rule: Energy over passion. "Passion is imprecise." Energy is simple: - More awake or sleepy? - Can you do this 5 more hours? - Want to stop in 15 minutes? Optimize for biological energy, not philosophy. His sequencing secret: Learning swimming? Forget breathing first. Learn gliding. Kicking. Get comfortable underwater. THEN add breathing. Most try everything at once. Tim asks: What's the FIRST domino that unlocks everything else? My key takeaway? Stop treating subjects as silos. Swimming, Spanish, startupsโ€”same principles. Master the FRAMEWORK once. Apply it to anything. "Develop ONE framework you apply to ANY subject." Bottom line: Pick the right 20%. Sequence properly. Create forcing functions. Compound over 6-12 month projects for YEARS. That's how you go from suicidal college dropout to world-class performer.
