I want to ask three questions first, which will make it very clear that the BJP is directing and using the Election Commission to damage India's democracy. ❓ Why is it that the CJI was removed from the selection panel of the Election Commissioner? What motivation could there be to remove the CJI? Do we not believe in the CJI? Of course, we believe in the CJI. Why is he not in that room? I sit in that room. It is a so-called democratic decision. On one side, PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. On the other side, the leader of the opposition. I have no voice in that room. What they decide is what happens. So, why are the Prime Minister and Amit Shah so keen on choosing exactly who the Election Commissioner is going to be? ❓ This is a devastating one. No Prime Minister has done this in the history of India. In December 2023, this government changed the law. They changed the law to make sure that no Election Commissioner could be punished for any action they take while they are Election Commissioners. Why would the Prime Minister and Home Minister give this gift of immunity to the Election Commissioner? Why would they need to give this tremendous gift that no prime minister has ever given before to the election commissioner? ❓ Why was the law with regard to CCTVs and the data that they contain changed? Why was a law put in place that allows the Election Commission to destroy CCTV footage 45 days after the election? What is the need? The answer given is that it is a question of data. Therefore, we sought preservation of CCTV, VVPAT and EVMs. The judge has admitted the petition and passed the order that the CCTV and all the cameras in and around the area must be preserved by the EC, CEO and Returning Officer...Respondents have been directed to file their affidavit and reply within 4 weeks. Matter has been directed to appear after 12 days..."

Great Update from PHC: Anti-Corruption investigation into forgery of official documents (Forms 45) in the name of GoKP public officials serving as Presiding Officers for PK79 in Election 2024. Today in PHC, the lawyer representing 4 presiding officers attempting to attempted to ask the High Court to stop the inquiry again, and to oppose the plea that I should be a party to this case. Interestingly, the lawyer in this case for the petitioners also represents the opposing party in my Election Tribunal, notified MPA for PK79 with 1600 votes Vs 25000. Even more interestingly, the Election Commission of Pakistan supported them. PHC rejected the ECP and petitioners plea, and accepted my Civil Miscellaneous petition to be a party to the case. It also reinforced its last order, which rejected any stay on the inquiry, while stating that no adverse action be taken against the petitioners until the case is argued. Next Tuesday, Oct 14, we will now have a great opportunity to present all the evidence to the PHC about why this Anti-Corruption investigation is critical, and why the real question is why if the Election Commission has not bothered with these facts for 608 fays, then why is it so keen to stop GoKP from looking at them?

Michigan Democrats are terrified Biden will implode and drag them down. So today they bet the bank and went all out to codify election fraud into state statute with SB 603. Today they smashed through this gigantic pile of election-fraud-enabling legislation today with Democrat only votes. SB603 Repeals current law that gives authority to bipartisan county Boards of Canvassers to investigate fraud and other wrongdoing including ballot tampering during recounts. With the passage of their (election-fraud-enabling) Bill, there will be no future route for requesting a recount if you believe there was fraud. Under their corruption bill, candidates will be prohibited from requesting a recount if they suspect fraud and is designed to stop investigations of election fraud by the Board of Canvassers. This disgusting bill will now permit clerks to recount ballots even if seals are broken on ballot containers and was essentially written by the Secretary of State who was reversed multiple times, by our Supreme Court for her illegal election decisions. The bill changes the standard for a candidate or party to petition for a recount of election results from alleging there has been “mistake or fraud” in the process to now only permitting alleging there has been an “error.” So even if the candidate or Party is absolutely convinced there was fraud, this cannot be alleged or investigated. To boot, this Democrat’s bill makes it tougher to do a recount by doubling the recount petition fees and making it a felony for 'interfering' with a recount without any clear definition of what that means to open up more “LAWFARE.” If passed as is, the language is changed to prohibit a recount, investigation or audit of the conduct of an election when fraud is alleged to only a determination of the number of votes cast for one candidate or another, or a ballot question. Lastly, the bill says a recount could not assess the qualification of the voters participating in an election, or the manner in which ballots are applied for, or issued to voters. Wow isn’t that a doozy. If illegals, or dead people, or those not registered in Mich. are voting, we cannot “assess the qualification of those voters or the manner in which those ballots were applied for and issued to these voters.” Yep, the Democrats have completely thrown off the mask with this terrible bill attempting to win at any cost-our Republic... be damned.

The bulk submission of Form 6 is not just a violation, it is contempt of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The Supreme Court had given clear directions that voters under adjudication, after their cases are disposed of by judicial officers, can appeal only through properly constituted Appellate Tribunals. Yet, in brazen violation of the apex court’s orders, the Office of the CEO West Bengal has accepted thousands of fraudulent Form 6 applications submitted by BJP operatives. Why is the Australian Government destroying Australian businesses? In estimates I asked Treasury why they allow foreign investors tax breaks through tax treaties that aren’t available to Australian businesses. This is a reverse tariff as Australian Businesses have to charge a higher price to make the same profit as the foreign investor. As a result people will buy the cheaper foreign made product sending the Australian business broke. Same for investment income. If an Australian investor wanted to earn 7% interest, assuming a 30 cent tax rate they would have to charge 10% to earn 7% after tax. Because the Tax Act gives an explicit tax exemption to foreign banks (128F 1936 ITAA Act) on interest earned they only have to charge 7%. As a result when Australian companies raise debt they go offshore because they can get cheaper rates of interest than here in Australia. This is why there is no corporate bond market in Australia. Elections BC now admits voting irregularities in Surrey riding narrowly won by NDP After Randhawa, a family lawyer, and his team began investigating suspicions regarding voting patterns, they claimed to have uncovered voting irregularities, including out-of-riding voters and alleged voter coercion of residents living at Surrey's Argyll Lodge Care Home. After facing multiple roadblocks from to accessing information from Elctions BC to aid in his investigation into the important matter, Randhawa and his lawyer filed a legal petition seeking to have the results of the riding overturned. Now, in an interview with Rebel News, Randhawa discusses new evidence supporting his allegations. He filed to amend the petition on June 17 to include said evidence. On June 19th, Elections BC filed a response to Randhawa's petition, which confirmed a violation wherein mail-in ballots were coordinated from a single computer and contact information, sent to residents of the private care home at the center of Randhawa's allegations, and that key protocols under the Election Act were not followed. All 22 ballot requests used the same email address and phone number. Three ballots were ultimately rejected due to errors, but the remaining 19 were counted. Yet Elections BC admits that it failed to confirm that the individual requesting the ballots was legally authorized to assist voters in accordance with the Elections Act. "This is insane," Randhawa said in frustration over Elections B.C. admitting to such a violation now after his team's efforts to get to the truth and after a judicial recount. "When they knew a candidate is trying to seek information to bring an application within 30 days to have an election invalidated they do not provide this information," he explained.
