🚨There was a THIRD leak of the footage from the "ENHANCED" shooting on the Losee Building. The State, once again, had a computer screen open on Day 2 when the Judge and witness exclusively saw Exhibit 12.1 in its "ENHANCED" format. This is the "DEFINITELY TYLER" footage of the shooting on the roof. You don't actually see the shooter, however, you can see the "shooter" jumping off the roof (he's a pixel) and you can understand that there was NO "ENHANCED" footage. Just zoomed in. Like anyone with half a brain could have done on their own. CourtTV's Day 2 of the hearing, around 1:15:00 mark.

The pre-release version of Crimson Desert reviewed by Digital Foundry on PS5 Pro had some significant dips in framerate in optimized mode which targets 60FPS. This happened during a combat sequence where you have tons of enemies and NPC around you. As Digital Foundry suggested this is a sign of a CPU-bottleneck from the Zen 2 architecture on the PS5 Pro. When they tested out Quality mode, it had a locked 30FPS with little to no dips.

If there are no assured penalties against wickedness, some people will disrupt and, if their numbers are sufficient—destroy—all the good things of civilised life. And it's not just the under-class but the "over-class" that can cause the trouble. If politicians or bureaucrats are given power that is unaccountable and unrestrained, they will, in the long run, be as corrupt as they can get away with. That's the best possible argument for limited government—and a pretty good one too against a centralised European superstate.

Trump: Gavin Newsom has got to get his act together. Had we not gone in with a very strong, powerful force, they would have lost L.A They already lost 25,000 houses to fires. That should’ve never happened because they should've had the water flowing from the pacific northwest. They could've opened up the valves but he didn't want to. He had no water in the sprinkler systems in the ceilings. There were no houses that normally things would go on. You might not have lost two houses.
