Here we are 👀 There are honestly so many things to say. First of all, I want to thank you all for the insane support, both here and on Twitch. Sometimes I stop and think about how far I’ve come… and if you’ve seen the video about my past, you already know. TCGs mean way more to me than just a game, they literally saved me. And you saved me. My only goal was to win this tournament. I didn’t care about glory or prizes, I had to win it for my Mom This is for her. I’m sure she saw everything that happened today and how many people were there for me ❤️ I want to thank all my friends there are way too many to tag. Usually I’m the one giving them props 🤣 Shoutout to my sister as well, who “blessed” me by saying: “You have a 1 in a million chance to win this tournament.” Well… it was the right timeline 🦋 The final was literally the one I’ve always dreamed of. I’ve always joked with Mirko about playing a final against him, and like I told you, he’s one of the reasons I even started playing TCGs. It really feels closing the circle. I also want to talk about what happened in Top 4. It’s two full days of playing, a lot of pressure, and an insanely high level. You all saw the names in this top cut playing at that level for so long is not easy at all. And I’ll say this clearly: Mirko is one of the most genuine people I know. What happened on feature was an UNINTENTIONAL misplay. It happens everyone has made mistakes like that at least once. Don’t be too harsh, there are bigger problems than that. its so touching hearing vernon and minghao openly tell each other what they admire and appreciate about one another🥹 🐻‍❄️ we already talked about this, but for me.. i was so deeply moved by the8’s childhood interview. i’m not saying this because i’m trying to be funny. he was.. much more earnest about it than i was. because, to be honest, i worked hard as a member of seventeen, but i also just liked being with the members, and it was more of “happy to be together” for me. but for the8, from that young of an age, he wanted to be a star. and to achieve that, he came to korea at a young age. he faced things in a place where he didn’t speak the language, and he made it this far. seeing that childhood interview made me think about a lot of things. that’s why i really wanted to add it at the start of our v8 unit album. that was really moving to me. that’s how i felt. 🎱 i'm feeling moved right now because i’ve never seen vernon express himself like this before. like... “that’s how you felt?” and i’m so moved right now. while working on our v8 unit album, seeing vernon be so sincere about making this music made him look so cool and was very moving for me to see. and seeing him in pain, but also so happy, was nice to see. vernon’s just a kid who should always be able to do what he wants. that’s what reduces his chaos. seeing that, i couldn’t help but cheer him on beside him. it made me want to make sure he could do everything. 🐻‍❄️ i was so grateful for that, and i’m grateful for you providing this opportunity, and for trusting me and being with me. 🎱 we’re grateful to each other for many things. today’s been a bit cheesy, but i’m feeling moved right now. Man, you’ve gotta watch this clip Ted Cruz is not letting up at all in this hearing. He straight up asks the tough questions that a lot of people have been thinking but are too scared to say out loud: What is the actual difference between men and women? And why do women’s sports even exist if we can’t define that? The dodging and longwinded answers instead of a simple response is wild to watch. It’s like, we’re supposed to pretend biology doesn’t matter when it comes to protecting fairness in sports, especially women’s categories. Shoutout to Riley Gaines and all the female athletes out there fighting to keep their divisions real and competitive. This isn’t about hate it’s about common sense and protecting opportunities that women have worked so hard for. Men and women are different, and that’s okay! My closing thoughts on the 2025 season: College Football is not just a game. There’s something magical about the highs and lows, the hirings and firings, the big plays and the massive let downs, the predictions and the pageantry of it all. #Oklahoma’s first home playoff game embodied all of it. That 1st quarter gave me a glimpse of how much Oklahoma fans are desperate to be back on the main stage. We saw 15 minutes of complete ball — the first time all year. It was beyond electric. The roaring and buzzing of the crowd was one of the most spiritual experiences I’ve ever had in my life at the Palace. I’ll never forget the feeling of that moment. Going to the game with my dad and brother in nearly the same seats that my grandparents sat in for 20+ years — it was perfect. And for that, I’m thankful. I’m thankful for the challenge of the SEC. I’m thankful for BV and Team 131. I’m thankful for what the future holds. Losing a 17 point lead has been a tough pill to swallow, and honestly it almost feels like a curse. Oklahoma Sooners and the Buffalo Bills are feeling synonymous to me right now. Even though, don’t think it will always be that way. I truly feel BV is building something that will win it all and he’ll do it the right way. Regardless of the outcome, Oklahoma fans alway shows up. After all these years and all the heartaches and all the let downs — Oklahoma is loyal and courageous. I’m proud to be from Oklahoma and proud to support the Sooners through it all. jiung is happy these days and he feels like life is becoming simpler 🥹🤍🫂 “am i happy? yes i’m happy. good. it’s fun. even if from other people’s perspective there are things that might seem bad, of course those things exist, but for me it’s still enjoyable. it feels like i’ve changed a lot again. as i entered 2024, i started to gain some mental space, and in 2025, i grew that space even more and found a sense of stability. but honestly looking at it now… even though i thought i had found that stability, i’m not sure it settled properly in my heart. if i think about it now, maybe it didn’t. maybe to some extent, but not completely. there were days when i blamed myself for not meditating, or times when things felt overwhelming. sometimes i felt a bit upset with myself in those moments. so looking back, i think maybe i had found stability, but it hadn’t fully settled in yet. but these days, what i’ve been thinking is… compared to before, i don’t really have as many thoughts or attachments about meditation anymore. i do it less often too. but interestingly, even though that’s the case, i don’t really have moments where my thoughts feel messy or unbearably heavy anymore, thankfully. even if i spend a whole day just watching content on my phone, i don’t feel that sense of overwhelming guilt. of course, it’s probably because i don’t do that every day but still. somehow, even without trying, i’ve been giving myself more space, allowing more things, and thinking about myself more gently. i’m just grateful for that. to myself. i’m not overexerting myself just to look good to others anymore. life feels like it’s becoming simpler. i’m able to make clearer decisions now. before, there were times i said i wanted to be like that, maybe because i wanted to be, but i don’t know if i was /really/ living that way. even so, it feels like the version of myself i’ve been wanting has continued to grow until now. thank you everyone.”

⭐️: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. It’s not like my emotions are going up and down a lot or anything, but then, when I met a friend of mine and we talked I realized I actually have more worries than I thought. But I also wonder if I just didn’t have the space to talk about them. So, on one hand... I don’t know if I have a lot of worries or if I just don’t have thoughts. With work, work is busy too but sometimes I even wonder if I’m actually busy. Because when you do so many schedules… you don’t really feel it. Like, maybe I am really busy but I just can’t feel it. No, It’s not a slump. It’s pretty far from a slump. A slump is when work doesn’t go well and doing things feels hard, but I’m not like that. When I work, it’s fun and exciting, I just don’t really have emotional highs and lows. So I wonder if maybe this is actually a good thing?That’s how it is. I don’t think you need to worry about this, but actually, I did have a lot of worries and concerns… I just didn’t realize I was worrying about them? Yeah. "Maybe it’s because you haven’t had much time to take care of yourself?" No, but I think I’m actually the type who takes care of myself pretty well. Ah, recently I’ve been going to the sauna alone pretty often and I’ve had some time to think while doing that. Reaching the unreachable. These places aren’t just random spots on a map for me—this is where my mother’s side of the family is from. Yesterday I travelled through Ginger Hill, Merry Hill, Mahogany Hill, Claremont, Maybole, New Holland, and more. I truly wish I could have reached and provided aid for EVERYONE. 🥹 I stopped at homes that were severely damaged, calling people out to make sure they received supplies. I climbed hills, went down narrow lanes—whatever it took to reach as many people as possible. I focused on these areas because they’re not the “popular” or easily accessible places. They’re very remote, very rural communities—yet they’re home to thousands of people. ✔️ Over 600 care packages ✔️ Over 100 cases of water ✔️ Tarpaulins ✔️ Baby products ✔️ Toiletries ✔️ Clothing ✔️ Shoes To be honest, nothing looks the same. Places I’ve visited countless times were almost unrecognizable. It was a humbling day. These communities will need support for a LONG time. Many people lost their homes, their farms, their businesses—everything they’ve worked for their entire lives. But what stood out most? So many of them were still trying their hardest to stay in good spirits. 🥹 To everyone who donated or even shared a post—thank you. I’m deeply grateful. We go again soon… just let me gather my thoughts. 😩

I hope I’m wrong but hear me out: This is the real threat to jobs and life as we have defined, live and know them, today. The “future of work” and the “future of warfare” and the “future of life” is going to be fundamentally displaced from what we had originally thought. And not in a good way. For war: Imagine soldiers that have no human emotion or sense of empathy. With accelerated development in AI and ML, it’s dystopian Universal Soldiers on steroids. For education: Imagine a school where the teachers are programmed bots that connect to a central intelligence system everyday, update their knowledge database and teach real world on-the-fly up-to-the-day updated teaching content. For work: Imagine the receptionist who doesn’t need to take doesn’t need a tea break, the factory worker who doesn’t take leave. Frankly. I’m scared I will lose clients bathong. For governments: Imagine the police officer who can work endless shifts without fatigue, the port managers who can work endless days or the public transport taxi or train driver who can work without stopping for days on end. And because they are connected to a central intelligence system, every day they improve. With every systems update these bots improve and their unit productivity while per unit cost remains fixed. This sounds quite dystopian but here is my point: The world needs a treatise on HOW WE ARE GOING TO HANDLE THESE TECHNOLOGIES before they become ubiquitous. We should certainly have one before we ship them into households of civilians. Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe I’ve watched too much dystopian sci-fi. But we have barely got a handle on how large language models are reframing work and study. The number of students submitting AI generated work has skyrocketed. As is it today drones are being used to drop medicines in Rwanda and bombs in the Middle East at the same time. This is what happens when you unleash a technology without thinking about the societal and ethical questions of that technology. Maybe - and this is a wild idea - we should take a moment’s pause and think. Maybe just letting things happen is not a bright idea. Maybe Skynet is already alive. 👀 Footnote: the most adversely affected countries will be the poorest ones which will be the last to get access to this technology, probably at the highest cost with often outdated technologies. Yet, these technologies are most likely to displace those economies most pronounced at first. By the way, does any African country have a strategy on how to deal with these technology?
