Geda Commando forces in Mender Sost Kebele of Gida Ayana Woreda, East Wollega Zone. The military convoy was reportedly transporting property looted from Amhara communities in Mender Sost and Fendika Kebeles following regime attacks in which Amhara civilians were massacred and homes and other property across the two kebeles were burned down. Heavy fighting followed the offensive, with the Ansha Seyid Command claiming significant losses among the combined regime forces. During the fighting, Fano forces destroyed 13 convoy vehicles and captured an additional 2 patrol vehicles. Fano forces also claimed the capture of a significant quantity of weapons, including: ▪️70 Kalashnikov rifles, ▪️3 Bren light machine guns, ▪️And 2 sniper rifles with associated equipment. During the three-day fighting, more than 92 ENDF personnel were reported killed and over 120 wounded, including ZU-23 gunner Sergeant Tadesse Megersa Meshenen. An ENDF Ural truck carrying military equipment was also reportedly destroyed by an RPG, while a patrol vehicle and five logistics and supply vehicles were disabled. Fano forces also captured additional military equipment during the operations.

⚡️Tigray Peace Force (TPF) mortar shelling kills six civilians after Fano offensive leaves 15 TPF personnel dead in Hamusit town, Sekota-Zuriya Woreda (📍Wag-Hemra Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia) on June 12th. 🔵 Fano units under the 303rd Corps (AFNM-MC) launched an early morning offensive on June 12 against TPF positions in Hamusit town, leading to intense fighting and significant casualties among the targeted forces. 🔵 The clashes left 15 TPF personnel killed, six others wounded, and two militia members captured.
