Your return shipping costs are much too high and submitting person should be able to choose

Why did you stop using bubble wrap when shipping our cards back to us? That doesn’t make me feel good!

What about oversized cards, such as box toppers? It does not appear that anyone makes a semi rigid holder for those.

For oversized cards, we know there are more challenges finding holders to protect these and ship them in. Oversized toploaders, for example, are OK for items such as these. The semi-rigid holders are our recommendation for standard-sized cards.

Why no pull tabs? It helps get the card out of the semi-rigid without having to pull the card out with your fingers.

The recommendation of not using pull tabs is due to potentially obscuring any of the card's surface on the First View raw images taken of your items when they're first unboxed and received at PSA. Items are not removed from the holder they are submitted in until they reach the grading room. For imaging purposes, we prefer that the full surface of the card - front and back - be clearly visible and unobstructed.
