Melody Zareโ€™s daughter faced persistent bullying at her school in the Lake Travis Independent School District (LTISD), with significant incidents beginning to surface on April 17, 2024. That day, during lunch and in a subsequent hallway encounter, a group of boys surrounded her, shouting insults, urging her to harm herself, and making threatening gestures. She raised her arms in distress as other students recorded the event. Teachers passed by, with one gesturing for the group to move to class. The campus officer, alerted by a student, appeared to have observed the situation but took no action. Footage later revealed the campus officer talking to staff after a student reported it, looking toward Melodyโ€™s daughter in distress with a friend, then walking away. Counselors downplayed it when Melody was called in, blaming school stress and โ€œsome kids not being nice.โ€ On April 17-18, the 12-yr-old disclosed the full extent of the bullying to her parents. The next day, the campus officer described video footage of the hallway incident to Melodyโ€™s husband, a retired law enforcement officer, and their daughter after she provided a statement identifying the students involved. However, the family was unable to pursue charges. The next week, the officer dodged showing the parents the footage; administration claimed they didnโ€™t have it, saying he did. He stalled, didnโ€™t write a report, and only issued an incident number. On April 24, in math class, one of the students named in the April 17 statement threatened to obtain a weapon and sh00t the girl, her father, and target her grandfatherโ€™s home. Witnesses reported this to the assistant principal in May, who advised the girl not to mention the studentโ€™s name again, warning of consequences if she did. She withheld further reports out of fear. On April 26, legal counsel informed the family they would need a Public Information Act (PIA) request to access the April 17 footage. By May 13, Melody discovered harassing texts and calls on her daughterโ€™s phone, revealing the April 24 threats. The family reported these to LTISD police, who did not file a report, follow threat assessment protocols, or release related footage. The school took over three hours to contact Melody after her call and DID NOT notify parents as required by Texas School Safety Laws. On May 16, two of the involved students attended a trial jujitsu class in the same building as the girlโ€™s dance studio. Studio footage showed them mocking her, prompting her to retreat to another room. The family sought a protective order, but local police have not received the studio videos or investigation reports from the district. In June, after a PIA request yielded no footage, the campus officer denied having accessed the April 17 video. On October 10, 2024, Melody unexpectedly viewed the footage while meeting a legal assistant about a separate matter at her daughterโ€™s new school, which confirming it had been withheld by the campus officer, police chief, superintendent, and administration. On January 9, 2025, the family submitted a level 3 grievance appeal, which has since been stalled. The following day, the chief of police resigned amid misconduct allegations tied to Melodyโ€™s complaints, though these were delayed by a level 2 hearing officer. On February 7, the superintendent, on leave for misconduct, resigned, but the family was excluded from a special board meeting finalizing the decision, raising due process concerns. As of February 21, 2025, the family has not received body camera footage, all related documents, or the April 17 video, which remains unreleased to them and local police. The local police have the studio video provided by the owners of the studio, but the local pd do not have the videos from the school district.

Melody I gave the Bee Cave Elementary c0c@ine story as an example of the school hiding incidents from parents, jeopardizing childrens safety. A Notice from the school was provided weeks later after information leaked on a community page about a parent dropping dr*gs on the hallway floor at Bee Cave elementary campus. The Incident occurred April 12th 2024. The parents were not notified until April 29th 2024 and they were told it was an isolated incident!!! Clearly it was not. The parent was never arrested. They turned themselves in with their attorney and were in and out of Travis County in less than two hours. The DA declined to indict/press charges so the affidavit is sealed.

Kerwin represents 15 school districts and over 140,000 constituents. For her Town Hall, a room was chosen that fit approximately 55 people. Concerned parents had to wait outside, impatiently attempting to switch with other parents so that questions could be asked. During the meeting, Kerwin was unable to answer how many students would actually benefit from the โ€œSchool Choiceโ€ bill. In another interaction, a teacher in the district asked Brad Buckley how much children would receive. He said, โ€œAbout $220.โ€ The teacher responded, โ€œAnd whatโ€™s that going to do?โ€ Instead of providing the answers many parents desperately wanted and addressing their concerns, Helen Kerwin ended the meeting early (it was scheduled for 10-12) by stating that 76% of her district voted for school choice in 2024. What she failed to understand is that school choice and the bills proposed are not the same. The parents were attempting to point this out. She was quickly ushered out a side door of the building. As she was leaving, she was asked if there would be another town hall where constituents could actually be involved in a larger room. She concluded that she loves speaking with her district, but, because she is in session now, itโ€™s hard, so it would be picked back up in June.

๐Ÿšจ BC mom takes compelled land acknowledgment battle to Supreme Court: Drea Humphrey After being banned from her childrenโ€™s school for speaking out against a land acknowledgment, Lara Yates is challenging the decision in court with support from the Free Speech Union. In todayโ€™s report, Lara Yates (Lara Yates๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ), a Sechelt, B.C. mother of four and her counsel, Lisa Bildy (Lisa Bildy), join Rebel News to discuss Yatesโ€™s ongoing legal battle against land acknowledgment rituals in public schools. Since December 2025, Yates has been banned from attending her childrenโ€™s school, Chatelech Secondary, after she publicly opposed a land acknowledgment she was subjected to ahead of her childโ€™s performance. Her children were also temporarily barred, but the fallout didnโ€™t stop there. According to Yates, her daughter was singled out by staff due to her motherโ€™s verbal protest against the racially charged mantra, causing her to be bullied and distressed. But instead of an apology, Yates claims her child was reported to protective services. The investigation was quickly closed with no concerns. Still, some of the damage was already done, leaving Yatesโ€™ children feeling unwelcome at the townโ€™s only high school, especially when their own mother couldnโ€™t set foot on the property. But Yates hasnโ€™t given up. To defend free speech, parental rights, and seek a fair resolution for her and her children, Yates reached out to the Free Speech Union. The non-profit, supported by donations, has since taken on her case, first by appealing the principalโ€™s decision to the superintendent of District 46, arguing that it was an โ€œimproper punishment of a parent for her political views and was contrary to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.โ€ Following the districtโ€™s decision to uphold the ban, Bildy is representing Yates as she takes the matter to the B.C. Supreme Court.

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ PROOF that Tommy Robinson is in jail for LYING, not "telling the truth" This is one of many examples of Tommy defaming the kid in his documentary, "Silenced." A student at the school (a young girl) tells a story about the boy attacking her with a hockey stick in class. Tommy used this "incident" to attack the kid in question, telling his audience that he has a history of attacking young girls. In Tommy's libel lawsuit, he had to back up the legitimacy of this story and his choice to include it in his videos. He made a fool of himself. The girl in the video testified in court, as well as another boy who testified as a witness. In court, the following was revealed: - The girl claims in the video that she has injuries lasting to this day and has been on medication for the pain ever since. NO medical evidence could be provided to back this up. No doctors' records, no prescription for the medications she claimed to be on, no X ray records (which she claimed to have had). The only record from her doctor during this time says she had "no medical issues." - 30 students were present in this PE class, and a teacher. There were 0 other witnesses of the attack. The girl claimed that no one came to her assistance who could be called as a witness. - There was no report of this incident made by the teacher. There was an example provided of when the girl suffered an injury in class, a report was made, and her mother was contacted. None of this happened for this "attack." - The boy who testified as a witness did not help; he simply contradicted the girl's story. When the lesson took place, how many students were present, among others. This boy also contradicted himself numerous times between his original statement and cross examination, he absolutely could not keep his story straight. - During cross examination, when the boy witness was asked why there were no other witnesses of this "attack," he hilariously said that all of the other 30 students happened to be looking in the opposite direction when the incident happened. - The girl claimed that she developed anxiety issues as a direct result of this incident. When her records from her own doctor and school nurse records show clearly that her anxiety predates the incident. - The girl saw an emotional health worker in the school. Not once did she mention this "attack" to this worker. - The girl claims to have told her mother. Yet, the mother never reported the incident to the school at the time, nor did she report this supposed violent attack to the police. The mother chose not to testify as a witness. Based on all of the above, the judge understandably determined, "For the reasons I have given, the Defendant has failed to prove that the Hockey Stick Incident happened. On the evidence, I am satisfied it did not happen, whether as alleged by Charly Matthews or at all." It is important to note that this libel ruling was in response to two Facebook videos posted by Tommy attacking the kid. He then doubled down showing this ridiculous hockey stick story again in Silenced, repeating his claims. This is one of many examples of Tommy clearly lying and defaming the young boy in his documentary. Tommy Robinson is BLATANTLY SCAMMING the public with his fundraising on the back of the idea that he is in prison for "telling the truth." There seems to be a major PR push right now for Tommy to fundraise on the back of this lie. So, I will post more breakdowns like this over the coming days. Tommy Robinson is in jail for lying and defamation and refusing to stop. It is black and white, obvious, clear as day. Regardless of whether you agree with or disagree with his politics.
