𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟔 Michael Barrett 👊 AJ Pierzynski

Sox won the game and AJ got sweet revenge in top of 9th at Wrigley the following weekend off Dempster (3 run blast)

I was there in the 500 section. The place went nuts after this fight.

“Who said the Cubs can’t hit?” I remember that being the headline and I had the shirt

aka Michael Barrett being a crybaby for no reason

I would wanna punch someone too.

I remember the PUNCH PIERZYNSKI All-Star campaign push. Barrett was such a d-bag for this move.

Michael Barret > AJ Pierzinski

Man, Murton had such a noodle arm

I liked it in the moment but it was so stupid as a Cubs fan to be cheering this nonsense and the Sox were defending their championship that year. Only had to wait 10 more years.
