My label asked me what we should do to pitch for a BRIT Awards performance… I was thinking about the lyric “she fills up every corner like she’s born in black and white” from Suddenly I See, and thought about how we might be able to make it feel like the TV had gone into old school black and white…20 tap dancers always help!! As does a second drum kit that you can jump on for the ending 😎🤘🏼 Looking forward to seeing the performances this year 💫

Look what you did you little jerk Chris Van Vliet ! Last interview got me thinking, so decided to time this with a carb day. Truth be told, I’ve tried this numerous times & couldn’t do it. So I thought about it; gave it rest for awhile, came back carbed up and presto:💀 Hardest part about this was always aligning the bats appropriately over your hip and not exactly on top of each other so you can properly drive through them. I disagree with Angelo the Spurs fan here Us who are calling for Ange out, we do not want to see Tottenham fall back into at best just competing for top 4. What we want is consistency - Consistency in the League pushing top 4 - Consistency in the cups, actually trying to win one, beating the big guns - Consistency with the board wanting success on the pitch Everyone backing Ange fully, how do you think we can build on that domestic form? It wasnt a fluke with finishing 17th, that was deserved. Top 6 is our aim every season and a Cup. Not fightinf relegation Youre all banking on Ange winning the Champions League next season to see us get back into it, because going by our domestic record under him since November 2024, we wont ever be competing for Champions League football again under his tenure

To my colleagues in the Conservatives thinking about electing a new leader, we need time to reflect and have more humility. In opposition, and after the ‘punishment beating’ we have taken in the election, who wants to listen to the Tory party when we comment? Number one rule: Earn the right to be heard. How? By reflecting on what was in the voters minds when they went and voted the other way, rather than what was in your minds. We need to understand what it would take for voters to look again at a Conservatives, rather than saying ‘I know the solution’ and voting someone in thinking we have all the answers. I’m sure Rishi Sunak will give us the time to reflect in a very unarrogant way, and have a bit of breathing space, which might not be popular with my colleagues, but it’s important before we leap off into the unknown.

You can do the drill with the club right in front of your body to allow you to see what is happening. You see the pros shallow the club into the perfect slot, and hit one great shot after another. So why is it that most players can't seem to stop coming over the top? They'll steepen the club to start the downswing, and lose tons of distance and consistency. Most of this comes from confusion of exactly what you should be doing with your hands and arms to shallow the club. It can be hard to know for sure, since you can't even see the club at the top of the swing. I am going to solve that problem with a very simple set of drills.

This snippet from the end of Cronin’s press conference has me really thinking about what sort of deal he (supposedly) was close to taking but passed up on The clues are: - Would’ve sent Portland into Tax, close to first apron (~$7-8mil) - Would have saved other team “a bunch” of money - Portland would have received a “nice young asset” - Dundon would’ve had to write a check for $20 million (lines up with first clue, $7mil over tax is roughly $20mil penalty) Any guesses on what he may be talking about?
