It's interesting that @PeteSessions knew there was a problem with the $MMTLP Corporate Action before the community did. It's also interesting that the @SECGov was is in communication with @FINRA regarding MMTLP since at least November 2021. What was in Pete Sessions' letter?

Whistleblowers, do not be afraid to come out in masses. We know some of you are afraid to expose the corruption, but there are others who were recently approached. The louder we are, the more afraid they will be of us all. We have a hidden army. Now is the time.

Why the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission appears to be an even bigger culprit than FINRA in the $MMTLP Fiasco is... The SEC suspected that Brda and Palikaras were guilty of a scheme since at least September 2021. A scheme that according to the SEC, means that neither man should be able to run or presumably be involved with a publicly traded company if found guilty of the charges filed 3 years after the initial subpoenas. So if investors needed to be protected from Brda & Palikaras, how does the SEC justify allowing investors to invest in $MMAT & $MMTLP (TRCH also if the SEC suspected a scheme leading up to the reverse merger), and also making effective the S1 for the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons spin-off? How is it that the SEC has shared oversight of the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), but they haven't lifted a finger to show the party(s) responsible for getting options started in TRCH directly before the reverse merger? Coincidentally, the SEC has oversight of FINRA, but the SEC hasn't formally addressed the many ways FINRA violated their Rule 6490 when processing the MMTLP Corporate Action, Nor have they lifted a finger to show the party(s) responsible for getting MMTLP tradeable. It's almost like the SEC tried to enact their own form of justice to punish Brda and Palikaras for the alleged scheme, but at the same time, investors were treated like justifiable casualties. This is only part 1 of 5, full video ๐ŸŽฅ linked in the quote post below. Paul Atkins Hester Peirce

Wall Street Crime Market Micro-Mechanics: Deep Dive The whole financial system end-to-end has been captured for some time. It is broken on purpose, and it is the everyday people busy working hard that suffer because of it. Not only are their retirement funds at stake, but their job and the infrastructure of the whole country. Counterfeiting is rampant, and the problem is so bad that the few people that know what is going on are either the ones exploiting it, or donโ€™t want to be the one to knock down the house of cards that our financial system is. There have been different global financial heists every decade or so: 1987, 2001, 2008, and now 2017-2024. In this latest iteration, because of mechanisms allowing for shorting a company more than a hundred percent, and essentially unlimited insurance contracts that can be used on stocks, most companies are worth more dead than alive. $50 billion dollars was made shorting Washington Mutual Bank for instance and much more was made against it with total return swaps which profited from its demise. People lost their jobs, value was lost, and taxpayers had to pick up the bill. That model was then used on all of the companies that Amazon would have to compete with, and they were systematically targeted, along with any other company that could be infiltrated and destroyed from the inside out. There are a lot of aspects to this iteration of the global financial system heist, but it all revolved around counterfeit shares. The exact mechanism will only be known through a RICO investigation, but the possible mechanisms they are using have been outlined, and the evidence that it is happening has been piling up. This is something worth digging into whether you are a legislator, regulator, or citizen. This conversation with Onehundredmph is a little bit of a chaotic mix of a broad overview and in depth specifics. The crime is a difficult topic because it involves the whole financial system from the hedge funds and the money that ends up in politicians pockets to the bankers, consultants, and regulators. There are many companies that have been attacked and shareholders of those communities have stepped up. I am optimistic of the changes that are coming, but everyone needs to be aware of the changes that need to be made and the importance of them. Notable shareholder groups that have stepped up are: $GME, $DJT, $AMC, $IEP, #BBBY, and #MMTLP

How bad are things? Wall Street Market Makers are selling unlimited counterfeit shares & they are openly telling you theyโ€™re doing it Doug Cifu (DougieLarge): โ€œIf someone wants to buy 1,000 shares & only 200 are available, we will sell them 1,000. We call it unlimited liquidityโ€ Counterfeiting shares is illegal, itโ€™s the exact same thing as counterfeiting money. Maker Makers like Douglas A. Cifu of Virtu Financial and Ken Griffin of Citadel are openly telling you they are counterfeiting unlimited shares to meet โ€œdemandโ€. Thereโ€™s only one problem, thatโ€™s not how supply and demand works. What they are doing is not providing meaningful liquidity, instead they are flooding the market with counterfeiting shares. This DESTROYS share prices and obliterated retail investors portfolios. Supply & Demand doesnโ€™t exist because they are creating an infinite supply. Unlimited liquidity = unlimited counterfeit shares = unlimited fraud = unlimited share price drops = unlimited losses for retail investors How can Wall Street openly get away with counterfeiting? They are robbing the entire world with fraud and every company listed on the New York stock exchange. This has led to DEVASTATING losses for investors in stocks like AMC & GameStop where literally BILLIONS of shares have been counterfeited, wiping out hundreds of billions of dollars from investors portfolios Ken Griffin is not speaking here but he is BY FAR one of the worst offenders and is Ron DeSantisโ€™s MEGADONORS, all the money of course is stolen from retail. This admission happened all the way back on June 8th, 2022, no one has done a thing to stop them. Everyone continues to look the other way and keep taking their lobbying money to look the other way. $AMC $APE $GME GME #GameStop #NakedShorts #SEC #FINRA #DTCC

๐Ÿšจ๐ŸšจEXPOSING HINDENBURG RESEARCH REPORT ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ Hindenburg Research Nate Anderson would target companies "Before publishing its findings, Hindenburg and its associated investors would take a short position in the target company, meaning they would profit if the company's stock price dropped after the report's public release." IMO this is insider trading and sabotage. If you were investigating companies for wrongdoing to create change that is one thing. But using media to take down a company while you place Short Selling bets to profit is IMO completely corrupt and illegal. Market Manipulation is a deep web of corruption with many players like media and one could argue Regulators themselves. U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rarely does anything to stop market manipulation and when it does it is decades later and just a slap on the wrist. SEC is ignoring main street investors concerns and damages instead of investigating and enforcing rules with penalties that don't resemble incentives. FINRA is a self regulated organization SRO that has a very shady past, present and I am sure future. It's board of directors are the same people they claim to regulate. DTCC is supposed to clear and settle trades instead they let fails to deliver roll over INDEFINITELY making it easy to illegally naked short sell and Counterfeit the Stock Market. Congress that set up the SEC over 90 years ago to police the stock market. Has now become the largest insider trading group. Politicians take office to be the voice for "We The People" but within a few short years become master traders beating most professionals. SO NOW YOU KNOW WHY MARKET MANIPULATION IS ALLOWEDโ€ผ๏ธ

๐Ÿšจ โ€œUtah is planning on taking water away from farmers and ranchers right nowโ€ โ€œThey are currently writing new legislation that is going to put new regulations on farmers and ranchers water use โ€” We need your help. We need to save the farmers and ranchersโ€ โ€œThe verbiage in the bill is that they are going to require them to use less water, water that has been already granted to them from generations past, or they're going to require them to use more water saving technologies. But who is going to pay for that? It sure as hell isn't going to be the legislators, it's not going to be the senators, it's not going to be the governor. It's going to be the taxpayers and the farmers and ranchers who are going to have to equip for this. So right now we need your help. We need you to call all of the state senators, we need to call all the city offices, we need to send as many emails as we possibly can. Leave the farmers out of this bill. There should be no reason that they're included in this whatsoever โ€”- So if you guys can please make the calls, please send the emails. We need your help.โ€ โ€˜The Utah farmers and ranchers truly need your help. We barely have enough water as it is to raise our crops to feed and grow our animals. If there is any more regulation, we will lose more and more and more of our family farms and ranches. They will not be able to survive this. This is just a stepping stone and if it happens in one place, it will continue to happen all across the nation please if you can share with your family and friends please leave your comments below. We need your help.โ€

For the last decade, the media, Democrats, and Never Trump Republicans have denounced Trump as a tool of the rich and of Wall Street. Trumpโ€™s populism was fake, they said. He doesnโ€™t really care about the working class. He just cares about himself and his Wall Street buddies. Trumpโ€™s tariffs and Wall Streetโ€™s reaction to them prove that all of that was a lie, says Batya Ungar-Sargon, the author of two important recent books, one about the media (Bad News) and the other about the working class (Second Class). โ€œLiberation Day should go down in history as the day that finally put to bed the myth that Donald Trump only cares about the rich,โ€ she said in a new podcast with me today. โ€œIt's the exact opposite. He is waging class warfare on Wall Street for the sake of the American working class. And to punish him, Wall Street is literally just shorting him. They're shorting his agenda. They are betting against America, they are betting against the president because they cannot stand the idea that there is a person with power in America was not on his knees in front of Wall Street asking them, โ€˜And what would you like next?โ€™ the way both parties have been doing for 60 years.โ€ The media has been even worse. โ€œOur economic policy for the last 60 years was put in place by people who are too lazy to get out from behind their laptops,โ€ she said. โ€œThey imagine that nobody would want to work in a factory because they would rather die than work in a factory. They would rather die than watch their own children work in a factor or clean their own toilets. So they imagine that no one would want to do these things. And so they shipped manufacturing overseas and imported a slave caste.โ€ Over half of Americans have money in the stock market, and so we shouldnโ€™t discount the pain many people are feeling right now or the possibility that Trumpโ€™s tariffs could backfire, cause a recession, and lower living standards. But, as Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has noted, โ€œThe top 10% of Americans own 88% of the stock market. The next 40% owns 12% of the stock market. The bottom 50% has debt. They have credit card bills. They rent their homes. They have auto loans. And we've got to give them some relief.โ€ The problem isnโ€™t just the inequality. Itโ€™s the lack of solidarity. The wealthiest Americans donโ€™t seem to care about the poorest. โ€œLast year,โ€ noted Bessent, โ€œthe summer of 2024, Americans took more European vacations than they had in history. [And] Summer of 2024, more Americans were using food banks than ever in history.โ€ Creating more purchasing power for the poorest Americans would be good for growth, not bad, argue tariff supporters, including Bessent, Oren Cass, and Ungar-Sargon. โ€œThe top 10% now control over 60% of our GDP. They are not the ideal consumer for the central components of the American dream: housing, healthcare, education, and retirement. They are the only consumers who can afford those things. So the price for those items is tagged to their incomes.โ€ Bessent says something similar. โ€œI don't think the bottom 50% of Americans are losers, I think the system hasn't worked for them. I think that they are winners. It's just a bad system. So we are going to fix the system. They want good jobs. They want their kids to do better than they do. They want to own a home. They want to pay down their debt. This isn't hard. We can do this in the next four years.โ€ And bringing a significant amount of manufacturing back to the United States is a national security imperative recognized by Republicans and Democrats. โ€œWe literally rely on our greatest adversary for the tools that we would need to fight it should it come to that,โ€ said Batya-Sargon. โ€œThey exported a deadly pandemic, and we relied on them to produce the vaccines, the pharmaceuticals, and the protective gear we needed to combat it. This is like a South Park episode only without the humor. It's so obviously absurd and yet nobody had the guts to do anything about this.โ€ Please subscribe now to support Public's award-winning reporting, read the rest of the article, and watch the full video!

Jeffrey Epstein: The Fabulous Life of Billion Dollar Wall Street Ballers, VH1 2007 It was around this time that the Disney Cruise was stopping at Epstein Island. Epstein also was part of Girls Inc. Adventures of the Mind with Murray Gell-Man, and with Mentors like Google's Sergey Brin when there was "Mindshift Conferences" on the Island with Al Seckel. There was likely a lot of trafficking and blackmail, but a big component was tax avoidance consulting for the mega rich. And does that have something to do with the falling out between Epstein and Trump? When you short a stock, you don't have to pay taxes on the gains until you close your short position, but you still can use almost all your gains. This means that a company can be put on the alter and be burnt as the stock is pumped to investors, and then shorted to zero. If a company goes bankrupt, the stock continues to trade at a fraction of a cent, and so you never have to close it out, which means there is no taxable event. Epstein was not only connected to a lot of powerful people that could influence the fate of a company, but was an ambassador for JP Morgan Chase. Also his little black book is full of people from Goldman Sachs. This combination is deadly, for instance in the case of Bed Bath and Beyond, JPM convinced the puppets on the board of directors to do $12 billion of share buybacks, which they never actually bought back. Instead they used Goldman Sachs, who was also there at the secret meeting with the board, and likely a patsy 3rd party like Enigma Securities which Epstein's close friend Frederic Fekkai's son was on the board of, to pretend like they were buying back the shares, if any regulators asked...which they likely never did because they are bought out as well. Access to loans is cut off, and liens are triggered, and shareholders are whipped out...burying all the counterfeit shares that were used to short the company. This is also what happened to Donald Trump's company in 2004. So apart from Trump not being into dudes or children like almost everyone else on the Epstein list, they made Trump look bad to the shareholders who believed in him. A similar thing happened to Carl Icahn, his company was picked at the ritual holocaust for the Wall Street beast. I don't know if there was some "wear a dress and we will spare you," but I can't imagine Trump or Carl doing that. I think there were a lot of people that were getting thrown on the chopping block, and at an increasing rate because the ponzi was getting unmanageable. When you have counterfeited everything you can possibly counterfeit, and then leveraged it with more layers than baklava, it starts to crumble. That is what happened in 2008, and if something wasn't down, Wall Street would have cannibalized the entire country. I think/hope this is where there was a split in Epstein Empire and unlikely allies united over America first. There are people "allegedly" part of the Epstein stock counterfeiting Wall Street ponzi like JM Treasury Maker Maker Virtu Financial's CEO Doug Cifu, who was lawyer for and in his own words "dear friend of" Epstein accomplice Frederic Fekkai. Is it a coincidence that Doug Cifu was also the lawyer of who gave P. Diddy his start, Karl Kani? There is a lot to go into, for example how P. Diddy's first concert was for GMHC (Gay Men's Health Crisis) which has a lot of connections that should be looked into. Right now however, the Wall Street counterfeiting crime should be looked into, and where we should start is auditing Virtu Financial, and the accounting firm that coincidentally audits everyone in the ponzi, PriceWaterhouseCooper.
