Called for *Zero Tolerance for Terrorism and rejection of double standards*, including cross-border movement of terrorists, terror financing and safe havens 4. In Para 40 it says: _"Any acts of terrorism as criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, whenever, wherever and by whomsoever committed"_ 5269 PM Modi said nations supporting terror "must pay the price". BRICS is no longer just economy - Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa + Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, UAE, Indonesia. If even China has signed this condemnation of Pahalgam attack and zero tolerance, then why on ground in Kashmir, PM Package employees are getting 8th threat letter from same ideology? Delhi Declaration is good on paper in Delhi. But in Srinagar, your letters to NHRC, Minority Commission, UNHRC, HM, PMO, LG, DGP are still waiting for FIR and security audit.
