These were ordinary people travelling through the city when Russia deliberately targeted civilian transport. Today, Russia also launched a missile strike on Dnipro, attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs, struck emergency responders in Nikopol, and hit the Sumy, Odesa, Chernihiv, and Kherson regions. In Kharkiv, one person was killed and at least 12 were injured after Russian guided bombs hit a civilian enterprise, damaging a tram and railway tracks. These attacks are part of Russia’s systematic campaign of terror against Ukrainian civilians. Every additional air defence system and every interceptor missile delivered to Ukraine means more lives protected. Strengthening Ukraine’s air defence is one of the fastest and most effective ways to save civilians from Russia’s terror.
