Sheriff Waters was picking up an order at customer service when a store employee flagged him down. A man was attempting to... leave the store with roughly $500 in merchandise. Sheriff Waters and a retired robbery detective chased the man. When the Sheriff tried to grab him by his sweatshirt, the man twisted away. The Sheriff pursued him to the edge of the parking lot, where he took him to the ground. The man struggled to get away and resisted, but with the help of the retired detective, they were able to get him into handcuffs as shoppers cheered them on. District 2 Patrol officers responded quickly and took over the investigation. The suspect has been identified as Raymond Pena, Jr. of Jacksonville (40). He is charged with theft and resisting. He also had two active warrants for theft. “Just because I was elected sheriff doesn’t mean I’m no longer a policeman,” said Sheriff Waters, who recently cited a teenager for littering. The Sheriff and detective were not injured in the scuffle. Sheriff Waters says he will always do what he can to protect the city.show more

This man’s wife went into labor while in his truck so he sped up to get to the nearest hospital. Apparently, the Holmes county sheriff caught him and pulled him over as he was entering the hospital parking lot . The man explained the situation about his wife, and the sheriff’s reply was instead of speeding you should’ve pulled over and waited for the EMT to come.. The sheriff proceeded to give him a ticket once he got to the hospital instead of an escort . You can hear his frustration in the video. He’s not getting violent with the sheriff, but he is telling him off and in this case I agree this sheriff was completely out of line. Did the man break the speeding law,? sure he did, but he had a good reason. Bro we are so cooked unless we win. Holy cripes. This is out of Green Bay Wisconsin and I have to be honest the The Brown County Sheriff needs to fire that Sheriff and dispatcher. The Sheriff cited the Victim with a more severe punishment while letting a hit and run driver with no insurance off with a slap on the wrist. The Sheriff called the victim racist for saying "He was black and looked like he was going to run" as justification why he followed the guy. Notice how the cop is friendly and chill with a criminal who fled from the scene of an accident and how he treats the victim. I'm disgusted.

FBI team up with Arkansas state police to bust corrupt Sheriff. This is the video of Sheriff James Stephens of Johnson County Arkansas getting caught as part of an FBI sting. Arkansas state police were directed by the FBI to pull over Stephens as part of a normal traffic stop. During the stop Stephens claimed he was visiting a confidential Informant (CI) as his reason for traveling outside of his county. What Stephens was not aware of was the house he stopped at was being monitored by the FBI. It was due to this visit that the FBI instructed the trooper to stop Stephens. During the stop a search was conducted and pills and large amounts of Marijuana were found. It was at that time the Sheriff was taken into custody. The story didn't stop there as he stayed on as the Sheriff while he fought the charges which is mind blowing to me. In the end he took a plea deal. He plead guilty to felony possession of hydrocodone. In return he resigned as Sheriff and surrendered his certificate so he can never work in law enforcement again. He also got a sweetheart deal of 6 months probation and a fine of 10k. Another easy penalty for a public official. What do you think the penalty would be for a regular citizen?

When Massachusetts State Police arrived, they were stunned to find the driver was none other than Hampden County Sheriff Nick Cocchi. The bodycam footage captures a tense exchange. WATERS TURNED WHITE. ” All he did was post that, "Only President Donald J. Trump can secure our border and restore safety, security, and economic prosperity to the American people." I always laugh when people try to claim that Democrats have changed. They've always been on the wrong side of everything. The sheriff in Butler County honored a young man who was NOT about to let a dude get away with robbing an elderly woman! Check this out. The guy running out of the store just swiped a purse from an 83 year old lady. This kid caught up to him and LAID THE SMACK DOWN. Not only did the good guy not get arrested... he got HONORED. If this happened in NYC, the kid would have been the one charged. #thinblueline #lawenforcement
