Unfortunately general category must either 1. Leave country 2. Be ready to become slaves worst than British Raj and Mughals. 3. Be ready to invoke their heroes and fight else your rights will taken away - here there is no humanity, no human rights, just unthinkable misery awaits. Without a fight and possibly even a civil war only expect this to get worse and worse. Choose your options. No fourth options because I do not see general category coming together to become one powerful vote bank though ideally that is the best way.

Yes absolutely true said dear. Presumed innocent applies to everyone. But demanding a special pre F.I.R. screening only for SC/ST cases raises a basic question, why should one class of complainants face an extra hurdle before their allegations are even investigated? Let the law do its job. Investigate the facts, protect the accused from false allegations, protect complainants from discrimination and punish whoever is actually found responsible. Justice isnโ€™t choosing a side before the evidence is examined. Thank you dear @tehseenp Bhai ๐Ÿ™

The fact of matter is parents killed the child. The pressure is evident in that student that he goes to extent of copying. Parents themselves exposed that they asked him to adjust and he will have bright future. Parents are now unable to take the blame and so, starting shooting around in dark and in fear of unable to stand the truth. Isn't Prof dolla also a son to his mother?? Isn't unfair to hurt his son for no fault of his? Who answers the pain of Prof Dolla parents for the witch hunt for no fault of his son??

#WATCH | Mumbai: IIT Bombay student suicide | On the allegations against Professor Suryanarayana Doolla, Professor Dr. Rajkumar Pant, President of the Faculty Forum, IIT Bombay, says, "Like every institute, we have a dedicated SC/ST cell for the welfare of students of that particular category... I spoke to the institute's Deputy Director, Professor Ravindra Gudi, about it, and he confirmed to me that the SC/ST cell issued a noticeโ€”stating that there was absolutely no attempt by the late Sahil to approach the cell over the last three or four months. No complaint was recorded by himโ€”forget about a formal complaint; he had not even approached the SC/ST cell for anything... Our only point is that we are teachers, and we are discharging our duties as mandated by the institute while following institute procedures. Professor Doolla did the same... He was the Dean of Student Affairs before taking up his current position as Dean of Academic Affairs. So, to expect that a person of his natureโ€”who is known to be very helpful to studentsโ€”would do this is unreasonable... There are some situations where one has to act firmly, and he acted firmly as per the rules. But I am personally convinced that he is not the kind of person who would indulge in these kinds of acts... I see no merit in this claim. Still, I do not want to comment further on what has been reported. There is an FIR, and the law will take its own course. I think the Mumbai Crime Branch is investigating, so we have nothing to comment on that matter. The norms of society and the institute are very clear that we cannot tolerate cheating. Now, if a faculty member sees someone misusing facilities and resorting to unfair means, taking no action would be unfair to the majority of students who do not cheat..."

#WATCH | Yavatmal: On IIT-Bombay student suicide, aunt of deceased Sahil Ravindra Wakode says, "That evening, we received a call from the professor at 8:00 PM informing us that Sahil had committed suicide. We simply could not believe it; we wondered if someone was playing a prank on us. That is what we were thinking. We rushed there that very night. When we reached IIT, no professor or director came to meet us; no one spoke to us. Why did that happen? What happened? No one told us anything. But after so much time had passed, that professor apologized and admitted that Sahil had not done anything wrong. Yet, why did this happen to him? I appeal to you all: my Sahil deserves justice. If he had not done anything wrong, why did this happen to him? No inquiry has ever been set up regarding it; nothing has been done. Yet, when we raised this issue, we faced pressure ourselves. People ask why we invoked the Atrocity Act. The reason is that the students who have committed suicide so far have all belonged to SC or ST communitiesโ€”not other castes. Why is injustice constantly being inflicted upon our children? Aren't our children the future of this country? All children are the country's future. They should all be treated equally, but that is not happening. Our child is innocent; he did not do anything. There needs to be a thorough inquiry into this matter, and action must be taken against everyone responsible for this case. Even after three days, we still know nothing. We have no information regarding the CCTV footage or what exactly happened to him. If it was a suicide, we have no details about it. We have not received his mobile phone or his laptop. None of these things have been shown to us so far."

Presumption of innocence: justice should not become punishment before trial A legitimate question for the duty bearer is this: Does due process permit an accused person to be publicly named, paraded in handcuffs, photographed, and have the allegations against them publicly listed before they have had a meaningful opportunity to present their side of the story? This question is not merely about preferred law-enforcement practice; it touches directly on a constitutional guarantee. Article 29(1)(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda provides that everyone has the right โ€œto be presumed innocent until proved guilty by a competent Court.โ€ Constitutionally, therefore, a person who has been accused, arrested or detained does not become a criminal simply because allegations have been made against them. They remain presumed innocent unless and until a competent court establishes their guilt. If an accused person is expected to wait until appearing before a competent court to present their defence, should a similar degree of restraint not apply to public authorities? Why should allegations be communicated in ways that may create an impression of guilt before the evidence has been examined and tested through the judicial process? This is where the duty bearer should explain how the public presentation of suspects is reconciled with the presumption of innocence, human dignity, due process and the right to a fair trial. Law enforcement and public accountability are essential. Society must be protected, offences must be investigated, and those against whom sufficient evidence exists should face justice. But these objectives must be pursued within constitutional safeguards. How justice is administered matters just as much as the objective of holding people accountable. There is also a deeper human and social dimension that deserves attention. Could some of these practices unintentionally create or recycle wounds within individuals, families and communities? An arrest may last a few days or months, but a photograph, accusation or headline can remain online for years. In the digital age, the consequences of public exposure can outlive the criminal proceedings themselves. Search engines and social media do not necessarily distinguish between someone who was arrested and someone who was ultimately convicted. This raises an important question; What happens when someone who has already been publicly presented as an alleged offender is subsequently acquitted, or when the charges are dropped? Can the State fully restore that personโ€™s reputation, employment opportunities, relationships and standing in the community? More importantly, will an acquittal receive the same publicity as the original arrest? The courts may ultimately clear someone, but society may continue remembering the photograph of that individual in handcuffs. We must also consider the consequences for families, particularly children. What does it mean for a child to repeatedly encounter photographs of a parent publicly displayed as an alleged criminal, only for that parent later to be cleared? The resulting humiliation, anger, mistrust and psychological wounds may extend far beyond the individual who was arrested. Sometimes, when we encounter adults struggling with anger, mistrust or other forms of difficult behaviour, we concentrate on what they are doing today without asking what they experienced when they were young. Institutions therefore have a responsibility to think not only about administering justice today, but also about the social and psychological consequences their methods may unintentionally carry into tomorrow. None of this means that suspected offenders should not be arrested, investigated or prosecuted. Where there is evidence, the law must take its course. Nor does the presumption of innocence prevent authorities from informing the public about legitimate investigations. The fundamental question is one of proportionality and constitutional principle: Can law enforcement remain firm, transparent and effective without turning arrest and accusation into a form of public punishment before a competent court has determined guilt? Article 29(1)(b) reminds us why that distinction matters. An accusation is not a conviction. An arrest is not proof of guilt. And the presumption of innocence must mean something not only inside the courtroom, but also in how institutions communicate and exercise their authority before judgment. ๐Ÿ“น Credit to Kigali Today

The Idea of NHI on Earth. โฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธ ๐Ÿ”ฅ"The gravity of it goes up a whole lot if it goes from the theoretical to the verified." ~Dr. Phil ๐Ÿ”ฅ "There have been people that have reported being abducted over the years. What's the intent behind that? Is it medical? Is it more nefarious?" ~BZ to Dr. Phil (I'm so glad Bryce went there.) "There will be people...who likely are going to need some some assistance to help deal with this because it is so far-reaching and for some people, potentially, very frightening." ~Mellon ~ Dr. Phil: "We know in the last 80 years there have been no overt hostile acts that we know about. That doesn't mean there could be things happening that are attributable to these forces that we don't know about. But, we certainly don't have any attacks that we can attribute to these UAPs or whatever." (Well, there's Colares in 1977. If that was non-human in nature, I'd say that qualifies as overt. And the Thomas Mantell incident in 1948 where he crashed and died after pursuing a UFO. Was that overt? Unfortunately, we don't know what happened and probably never will.) Dr. Phil: "And if the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior, I think people can take some comfort in knowing that if they were gonna melt us with a ray gun or something of that nature, they've had ample opportunity to do that. "They may have been here 1000 years before we were here. Who knows what the situation is? But we do know that as long as we've been monitoring this and tracking it, there have been no overt hostile acts and I think people can take some comfort in that, and should." (See the work of Peter Levenda for a deeper look at that. "They might have been attacking us for centuries already, in ways that make sense to them... What if they are attacking us through the manipulation of consciousness? ~Peter Levenda More... โฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธ ~ (I'm glad Bryce pushed back a bit.) Bryce Zabel: "They should. The only thing I would say is, if we're dealing with a non-human intelligence - or an NHI, as we like to say now - we'd have to assume that they think differently than us. So even in our own world, in the United States, we tend to think in four-year terms because of presidential terms, right? So you can't get something off the ground if it can't get done right away. The Chinese may think in 100-year terms when they think about Taiwan or whatever. "It's possible there are alien or non-human intelligences that think in a different time frame. If their time frame was 1000 years, then they could just be getting started. "And on the topic of the nuclear issue, which I share concern of. I mean, I think the nuclear issue means it is at least a national-security issue of some kind. Now, I've heard people talk about this, Dr. Phil, two different ways. Some people say, 'Well, you know, they're looking at our nuclear capabilities because they want to protect us from ourselves.' "Okay, that's great, I hope that's true. But the other would be: what do you do before you actually go to war with anybody, is you do reconnaissance. You try to find out what the other guy has. What are their assets? What are their capabilities?" (That may freak out some people but all angles should be considered.) Zabel: "So, I think the problem that we need to overcome in this country is getting to a place where we understand this phenomenon that we're encountering enough that we can at least start to figure out intent. What is the intent? "There have been people that have reported being abducted over the years. What's the intent behind that? Is it medical? Is it more nefarious? What is it? And so, we got a lot of work to do, and I think that's why I am so supportive of your current efforts because you're, basically, saying, 'Let's get started, people. Let's really take this seriously. Let's quit fooling around and stigmatizing people that want to take it seriously, and let's get to work.' But let's get to work as a human race. Let's start sharing what we know and let's make progress. That's where I'm coming from, too." (Bringing up abductions is important because it IS part of this discussion and it shouldn't be avoided. Kudos to Bryce!) Dr. Phil: "I saw a study that said 71% of Americans believe that there are aliens that have been or are in our earthly space. And it's interesting...I read that in one context, it said, 'Look, this is not going to be such a big deal if this gets verified.' "You know, there's one thing to say that in the abstract, like, 'Yeah, I think yeah probably there are.' It's a whole other different situation if you turn around and see somebody standing there. The gravity of it goes up a whole lot if it goes from the theoretical to the verified. (100%. That's my favorite part of the interview and it's so true.) Dr. Phil: "And I hope that we are going to put enough context around this, particularly knowing that there are segments of our population that are very vulnerable. There are some elderly folks that aren't up on technology and might be overwhelmed by the reality of this. "We have certain populations that might be easily disoriented or destabilized in the mental emotional fringes of the population. And I worry about those that are easily exploitable. You know, you need to get out of the urban areas, buy our buried school bus in the mountains, and you'll be safe forever. You know the con artists and the scammers are going to find every opportunity to prey upon those that are concerned and worried about this. "And I think we need to be prepared to take care of those that might be destabilized by this information that's coming out right now, we can't pretend they aren't there. We've made those mistakes in the past, like during COVID, for example. There are those that are more impacted than others, and we need to be prepared to handle that." Christopher K. Mellon: "We, recently, commissioned a study by a group of six psychologists, PhD psychologists, on this topic of how the public would receive this information. And it was generally very encouraging. And what they found was that the great bulk of the population, as they have in the past with other epical changes such as the Copernican principle, or evolution, or general relativity, it takes people a while to process this information. There's a period of resistance. But most people will get up, get out of bed, go to work the next day. They're not devastated, even though there's nothing quite comparable to this, perhaps." (There's no perhaps. A government or respected figure admitting that we're not alone on this planet would be unprecedented and there is NOTHING we can compare it to.) Mellon: "What the study did find is that there is likely, however, to be a subset of people, maybe 15% of the population, that are going to need some help. And that we are not necessarily prepared in our present state to provide that kind of assistance, and we need to be doing more to get ready for that." (If he's talking world population, that's about 1.2 BILLION people who are going to need some help dealing with this. Holy crap. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ) Mellon: "And also, to work on the messaging. The messaging is so important, clear and consistent messaging from the government, trying to develop trust with the American people so that the information is is accepted and acted on." (For me, I want the whole truth more than the right "message.") Mellon: "A lot of the difference will be people who can't get their head around it, even though they really understand it. But because of their own belief structure, the architecture of their own belief structure, for some reason, in their particular individual case, it's particularly threatening or disruptive. "So there will be people who fall into that category, according to this study, who likely are going to need some some assistance to help deal with this because it is so far-reaching and for some people, potentially, very frightening."

EU gave โ‚ฌ225 million to projects in #Gaza between 2021-2023, a place that was under the full control of #Hamas since 2006. How much of the EU money given to projects in Gaza ended up in the hands and pockets of this terrorist organisation? I asked Commissioner Olivรฉr Vรกrhelyi this and other questions in the Budgetary Control committee on October 26, 2023. Watch and share this video along with the transcript. MEP Cristian Terheศ™: "Thank you so much. Before I go into my questions I just want to make a note that this committee has on paper 55, 54 MEPs, and we are in this room, right now, only five [MEPs] and two over there. I think it is outrageous that, for an important topic like this, that is discussing about how the Commission is spending or wasting people's money, apparently the Left is not interested in see[ing] what exactly and how exactly people's money was spent. Going back to the questions, I have six specific questions. The first one is related to the books printed under the supervision or under the authority of the Palestinian Authority. And I saw, I carefully read the answer from the European Commission, which pretty much acknowledged that there was a problem, and I restate that, that there was, in the past, a problem with these books. And the answer says that "EU has stepped up its engagement with the Palestinian Authority to ensure that further curriculum reform addresses problematic issues identified in the shortest possible timeframe". So the "further curriculum" will address this issue. Well, here's an example of a book. This is a literature book for the fifth grade that is used in the UNRWA schools. In this book, this is what the Arab kids are learning. If you're not aware of who this person is, her name is Dalal Mughrabi. On March the 11th, 1978, along with other terrorists, [she] hijacked two busses. And when the Israeli authorities tried to free those people, they blew themselves up and killed 38 Israelis, including 13 children, and over 70 people were wounded. So how is it possible that now, in 2023, and I'm not talking about past booksโ€ฆ This is 2023. These kids are still learning that this is a role model for them. And now, out of the blue, we are surprised that people are blowing themselves up and killing innocent people. I'm not interested what are you going to do in the future. I hope that you will do something and we will make sure that you will do something. But what have you done so far to make sure that these Arab kids, these Palestinian kids are not indoctrinated with this kind of evil figures? The second question is about the "Pay for Slay". #PayForSlay According to the Palestinian law if a Palestinian person is killing a Jew, his or her family is getting a pension. So we are rewarding terrorist activities. And this was done for years. A few years ago, when Trump was president, a U.S. military guy was killed in one of these terror attacks. And U.S. Congress passed a law called "Taylor Force Act", which is conditioning any U.S. money for the Palestinian Authority to make sure that these families of the terrorists are not getting reimbursed for life after these terror activities. Why arenโ€™t we imposing exactly the same rules? Because, according to the answer from the Commission, we are paying pension and pensions to these people. Third question, the issue of Gaza. According to your official answer, you're stating, and I quote: "Between 2021 and [20]23, EU funded โ‚ฌ681 million for the Palestinian Authority and UNRWA. A third of this money went to Gaza." A third means โ‚ฌ225 million from 2021 to 2023. But we know for a fact that in 2005, when Israel withdrew from Gaza, after 2006 or [200]7, Gaza is under the control of Hamas. You said here that you will run a survey or whatever, an analysis to see how the money was spent. What have you done already? Hamas was called, and recognized and acknowledged as a terrorist organisation. How was it possible to pour โ‚ฌ225 million in a place that is fully controlled by a terrorist organisation and nobody did anything or said anything? It is absolutely absurd! Forth question. Following reports about stealing of pipelines for rocket production and fuel for hospitals, to what extent can the European Commission or the Court of Auditors verify or assess the damage caused to EU and European funded projects in Gaza? Fifth question. Following news that Hamas is directing money for social allowances to members of this terrorist organisation, how do you verify that such money gets to those really in need? Nevertheless, following reports about control of Hamas of the teacher unions and UNRWA workers union, what are the steps you are taking to verify that EU money for UNRWA is not used to serve Hamas agenda? Thank you." Commissioner Olivรฉr Vรกrhelyi: "Madam Chair. I want to assure all the participating members of this committee that I very much appreciate their presence and their engagement with us. And I think that this is very important that we have this discussion, no matter how many members of the committee are here. Now, first of all, on the Gaza project. Let me make it very clear what has been done in Gaza since 2006 when the IDF and Israel has left the Gaza Strip. I fully agree with you. The control and the governance of that strip has been de facto exercised by the Hamas. Unfortunately! And it was for that reason that all institution financing activity has been stopped and it is for that reason that only projects of public interest have been continued in the Gaza Strip. Now, with the emergence of the horror that we have seen instigated by Hamas, the review also has a very clear message to those projects that we have tried for many, many years to create for the benefit of the people in Gaza, like the Gas for Gaza project or the desalination plant creating fresh water for the people in the Gaza Strip or building a new hospital in the Gaza Strip, that are on hold. And it is not possible even physically to continue on those projects. And we will have to wait until the end of this war to see what engagement would still be considered in the in the Gaza area, if feasible. Now, in relation to the broader question of the review, what is the timeline? The timeline is that we are already doing it. We have a methodology established and our review is carried out by the whole House, mainly the DG Near, but also other parts of the Commission, DG Budget and also the other external family members of the Commission. The result of the review is going to be presented to the College [of Commissioners]. So the College is going to take the conclusions of these findings and they will be, I very much hope, endorsed by the College. In terms of its cost, we do not foresee any additional cost for this, and we want to act rapidly because, as I said, given the very fragile security situation, we have to act immediately to filter out all those who have, even indirectly, participated or contributed to the violence that we have seen emerge. Now, when it comes to the textbooks, to be honest with you, it's very difficult to answer your question because this is the question I have been putting since the very beginning of my mandate. How is it possible to embed hatred and nurture hatred in textbooks? How is it possible to teach kids to hate? How is it possible? And we have been sitting down several times with the Palestinian Authority. We have run a study that came to the same conclusion as you have. And we have had difficult discussions also in this House. But now I see that there is a change in the position of this House, which is, I think, very important. And it is not only very important, but we took very, very careful note of a request from the Parliament, because there is also a request adopted by the plenary, to look into this issue. And this is what we are going to do and this issue will have to be addressed. The result that we have achieved was that we have raised the issue with the Palestinian Authority, and I don't think there's disagreement between us and them that this is an issue. Second, we are working very closely with our partners in UNRWA. I'm very sad to see that this is a training material or education material that you have shown today, which is used by UNRWA, because UNRWA was the one who not only was able to talk about this problem, but undertook commitments with us to eradicate any material, any views expressed, including on social media or in the territories of the schools of this kind, glorification of terrorists, glorification of hatred, anti-Semitism. And this is why we have concluded a three year financing contract with UNRWA. This was a very important element for us that UNRWA started to cooperate and we have seen results coming in. But, of course, I agree with you. We cannot rest until the very last of these materials disappear. And I'm fully committed to deliver on that, including in the discussions for next year. On the "Pay for Slay". We have a list to check that direct beneficiaries do not appear on any of the terrorist list. But, if there is one, I wouldn't like to draw any conclusions of the review, but, if there is one issue to look at is, of course, that we do not create the possibility of indirect benefit for those who are involved in terrorist activities or for those who have been even convicted for such acts. And this is what we are addressing also in our review. Now, on the on the damage to our projects in Gaza, I cannot tell you now. What we see is that there is clearly devastation in the northern part, serious level of damage in the south, but it will be only after that the war will stop that we can go back and take a look at that. Now, on the humanitarian aspect and how to guarantee that our humanitarian aid is not going to be misused. If you look back at the statement the European Council has adopted just last weekend, you see also a very clear call for them to make sure. And this is why our decision has been to channel our humanitarian aid through our own institutions; DG Echo is delivering on the ground and in-kind. So we are providing help, in-kind, not providing financing. We're not providing other items that could be used for other purposes. And we are coordinating our work with international organisations only, so to ensure that it doesn't get to the wrong hands. So there was one more question about the breakdown of the โ‚ฌ103 million, and I think I can confirm what you said that we have composed the โ‚ฌ103 million by โ‚ฌ50 million that were allocated in support of payments of salaries and pensions. These are going directly as direct budget support into the budget of the Palestinian Authority. However, we want to check the final beneficiaries and we have a list. And now we're looking at indirect beneficiaries as well as part of the review. The 40 millionโ€ฆ The other element is the โ‚ฌ40 million support for the most vulnerable families. Again, this is this is paid in the form of direct budgetary contribution. And the third and lastly, the โ‚ฌ13 million, this is the remaining part of 103 [million], is financing the East Jerusalem hospitals that we have paid already in April 2023 to keep the health care system running in East Jerusalem. I hope with this I have answered all the questions that have been raised. Thank you."

I have finally finished watching the video. Not only is Andrew Tate trying to teach men how to be masculine but he's also teaching them how to make money. Why do most people go to school? Because we all want to make money. That's the end result. Since we have been programmed as kids to go to school, study a course and end up being a civil servant who work for the benefits of the country, the government is indirectly make money from students who spends hundreds of thousands dollars in public schools. So, if you're going to teach over 300,000 students how to make money online and convince them that they don't need to do a four to seven course just to obtain a degree which they'll most likely not get a job in their field after graduation, in order words, making the government lose money from students slowly withdrawing from school and investing their money on a better, cheaper and more reliable option by doing online courses that will generate them money within a month rather than wait for years to graduate before using your certificate, why won't you see Andrew Tate as a threat? Now, you understand why the UK government are coming for him and why they initially offered him $50 million dollars which he rejected. They can't take him down legally, so which other way to? They monitored his lifestyle on social media and realized how free he is around women. So they send a woman. Not directly to him but through Tristan his brother since not just any woman can easily have access to him. Now she has had access to his home, she's literally has the right to make an accusation of what she saw inside his home and used the opportunity to lie on his name. After all, women are always seen as victims by the law while a man is always guilty until proven innocent. They accuse him of crimes they have no evidence to back up and regardless of what his lawyers says to defend him, the judge handling his case end up not judging it fair and square because they're being told what to do from a higher authority. When we have members of UK parliament and the prime minister talking about how Andrew Tate is a bad influence to young men, how do you expect him to have a fair trial? Now, you understand the injustice he has been facing since 2022, the raiding in his home, arrest and false accusations. All these because the British government fears his influence in young men and the success of his school is indirectly spoiling business for the government because now less people are interested in investing hundreds of thousands of dollars for a degree in school which will financially benefit the government rather more people are enrolling into his school. At the end of the day, all these are orchestrated plan by the UK government to take him down in any means possible which is why at some point, they even had to send him letters convincing him to commit suicide and leave as a hero. Who does all that if you don't see him as a threat? "Andrew Tate is a misogynist brainwashing young men with his deeply toxic messages." What makes him a misogynist? Because he teaches men to be masculine, not to worship women and how to make money online. The British government is corrupted and a shame. Anything that happens to Andrew Tate, hold them responsible.

IMPORTANT CAPTION:โ€ผ๏ธ โ€œWould you k*ll for your child?โ€ Children under 13 are disproportionately m*rdered by their mothers vs fathers & nearly all infanticide not counting abortion is done by mothers. But that is mostly women too and they know itโ€™s murder but still donโ€™t care. Single mothers are 23% of families but account for 80% of single parent homes due to family court auto awarding women custody despite data showing extremely negative outcomes in their homes & parenting styles vs single father homes. The Family Court system isnโ€™t the only aspect to blame, while itโ€™s portrayed that men donโ€™t want to raise their kids, with the popularization of the internet, more men have access to info on how to regain custody. There is a trend of rising custody cases by men showing that most men will fight until bankrupt to regain at least 50% custody or more if they have the financial means. Most extreme accusations made against fathers in court turn out to be false, but the strategy of lying works because there are no legal consequences for women saying their ex was a drug addict, abusive, or dead beat. Guilty until proven innocent - and the kids suffer, man wastes 6 figures that could have gone to raising the kids and they get away with it socially as well because the public is cucked and believe accusations from women due to programming and feminist conditioning. Men are fighting to be in their childrenโ€™s lives & despite what you may have heard is true, itโ€™s the women keeping good fathers out, sadly many dads cannot afford the legal fight to regain custody, and friends/family/social media is still conditioned to believe all women and attribute innocence to the mom and all the guilt in the father. Which often demoralizes men and prevents them from getting outside help to ensure the children donโ€™t become another single mom statistic. Thankfully state laws are starting to catch up as men have formed powerful custody lobbies in states like Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee to restore justice for their kids & to ensure they grow up with a parent they know would k*ll & die for them. Itโ€™s time to look out for the best interests of the kids, which states that dads make better single parents and spend a lot less money raising them. They are also the primary person in separation trying to keep the government and lawyers out of the child raising process, which would free up the courts and only negatively impact the greedy family lawyers / theft from the state child support fund while vastly improving outcomes for kids from broken homes. More on this topic to come. Dads need to start fighting back with facts, finances, and change the culture, law, and public perception on single parenting before more kids suffer at the hands of a broken family court system at the hands of self-centered single mothers who care more about vengeance & destroying the man than they do about their kids having the best chance at developing into a health member of society.

One of the claims I address in my new book, Israel on Trial, is the allegation that Israel has committed genocide. Genocide has a clear legal definition. It means that a country, not individual soldiers, a country has the specific intent to destroy an entire people in whole or in part as such, because they are that people, by killing their members or because of their racial, religious, or ethnic origins. The proponents of the genocide claim have to show that the Israeli government had the specific intent to wipe out the Palestinians of Gaza because they are Palestinians, not because there's Hamas fighters embedded within them, not because they're trying to release the hostages. That's why when you read, for example, the briefing book that the legal team from South Africa submitted at the International Court of Justice, there's no mention of Hamas really. There's barely a mention of October 7th. There's no hostages. It's a fictional world in which there are no hostages, there was no October 7th, there is no Hamas, and there's just Israeli war planes and an innocent civilian population. That starts to look a lot more like genocide if you remove all of the essential elements that are the reality on the ground. How do we begin to analyze this question? The first is historically. We know for example from the Nuremberg trials that this argument that Hamas and its supporters are advancing was already rejected by the original people who tried the original war crimes trial at Nuremberg. The German defense team wanted to advance the defense that you shouldn't be too angry with our people, and you shouldn't think that the prosecution has any moral right to be prosecuting and trying our defendants, because the pilots who were flying over Dresden and Berlin and Tokyo and Hiroshima are equally guilty of these war crimes. And the Nuremberg trials resoundingly rejected that theory and said, "You're not guilty of these war crimes when you're fighting a war of existential survival against a genocidal regime in a war that is defensive in origin, that you didn't start, and never wanted and frankly never expected." But it's much more than that. Israel has fought the most precise, and in some respects the most humane, urban warfare conflict the world has ever seen. And you don't have to take my word for it. Take the HLMG, the High Level Military Group. The HLMG is a collection of high-level officers and generals from almost every Western army in the world. Not Jews. Not Mossad agents. These are generals from America, from Canada, from New Zealand, who all went to Gaza, went to Israel, looked at the evidence, looked at Israel's strike packages, realized that Israel is fighting a war that is essentially run by lawyers. This doesn't appear in the newspapers, but as I can tell you when I lead these judges' trips to Israel, Israel is fighting an almost preposterously Jewish war, where all of the calls of strikes that are not emergent are made by lawyers in the field. This is a reality that must be understood. Israel has a corps of military advocate generals. They're called MAGs. Think about our JAGs, for example, and many of our judges were JAGs, and so the context and the contrast is stark. Military advocate generals are deployed in the field with the commanders all over Gaza and on the Gazan border, and one of the things that you should remember about the military advocate generals isn't just their deployment. It's also that their advice is not precatory. So in the United States, a JAG says to a commander, "You shouldn't strike. That's my advice." But the commander can always override the strike because the advice is precatory. In Israel, the MAG's advice is not precatory. It's mandatory. It's an order that must be followed. Of course, if the commander disagrees, there's a whole appellate mechanism that goes to senior commanders that ultimately could end up in front of an IDF judge. I mean, this is the ridiculously legalistic way in which these Jews fight these wars. And frankly, we have seen, as judges, dozens and dozens and dozens of videos where this plays out in real time. Videos, which somehow don't make it into The New York Times, where pilots are in their planes or flying their drones over clear Hamas targetsโ€” terrorists shooting out of a mosque or out of a hospital or out of a UN car. Yes, that happens in Gaza every single day. And the pilot says, "I'm ready to fire." And then something amazing happens, something our American JAG officers are like, "What is happening here?" A nerdy Jewish lawyer comes over the air, the airwave and says, "Hey, what's that 50 yards away on the top right of the screen? Scan over to the top right of the screen." And it's two children playing soccer or three women holding a loaf of bread having a conversation. And instantly it's "Strike canceled. Strike canceled. Strike canceled." Over and over again in Gaza and in Lebanon, legitimate strikes on legitimate military targets that almost any other Western army in the world would take are canceled by Israeli lawyers, international law scholars, because of a concern for the preservation of innocent Palestinian civilian life.

Why Are We Bowing Down To Islam? When Muslim women like Laila Cunningham ask why Britain is bowing down to an ideology that isn't ours, it tells you the problem isn't racism. It's cowardice. Cunningham isn't attacking Muslims. She's attacking a British state that has abandoned its most basic duty. The same state that arrests parents trying to rescue their daughters from rape gangs while letting the perpetrators walk free. A Britain that punishes truth-tellers and rewards liars. We're watching institutions that were supposed to protect children, uphold the law, and defend justice without favour trading away everything that once mattered. Truth, fairness, equality before the law have all been sacrificed because officials are terrified of difficult conversations. Terrified of being called racist. Terrified of causing offence. Terrified of losing their jobs. That terror has consequences. Over 100,000 working-class White girls raped and ignored for decades because authorities didn't want to "stir up racial tensions." Eight year old Sara Sharif forced to wear a hijab that hid the very injuries that would eventually kill her. Whilst her neighbours hearing her screams were too afraid to call the police because they feared being branded racist on social media. When people do try to speak up, whistleblowers get silenced, files get destroyed, families get told to shut up for the sake of "community relations." Every cover-up, every council meeting ends with another child sacrificed to political convenience. This betrays everyone. Obviously the victims, but also every integrated Muslim expecting to live as equals under British law. They suffer most from establishment cowardice because every time the state bows down to extremists, it fuels resentment against ordinary Muslims trying to build decent lives here. When Laila Cunningham asks "Why are we bowing down?" she's trying to save the country, not divide it. She's voicing what millions think but fear to say aloud. That Britain has confused tolerance with surrender. Real leadership means applying the law equally regardless of who it offends. It means refusing to let cultural sensitivity become a shield for abuse. It means protecting children before protecting reputations and choosing justice over political careers. Britain once stood for courage, decency and fairness. Now we have officials who would rather censor uncomfortable truths than confront them. Leaders who think moral strength means staying silent while children suffer. Cunningham's question demands an answer. Why are we bowing down? Why are we betraying everything that made this country work? The truth is we're not being destroyed by racism. We're being destroyed by fear. Until the people running Britain find some courage, the betrayal continues. Not just of the victims, but of the nation itself. _________ This isn't about politics anymore. It's about preservation of a ruling clique defending its own survival, even if it means abandoning the very people they swore to protect. The nation does not need silence. It needs truth. This is not only a child abuse scandal. It is a crisis of truth, trust and governance in modern Britain. I am Raja Miah. The proposed indefinite stay-away by Zimbabweโ€™s war veteransโ€™ leader Blessed โ€œBombshellโ€ Geza has failed to take off. Zimbabweans, particularly in Bulawayo and Harare and other small towns, chose to go to work today. I see on social media that some citizens in the diaspora are angry with fellow compatriots back home for going to work, but we should remember that Zimbabwe has 95% unemployment, so if people do not go out to hustle, they will starve, so goes the argument. The idea that people would get food from retailers or wholesalers was Alice in Wonderland stuff, it was never going to work or happen in a country where most businesses are owned by the corrupt cabal that the action intended to remove or loosen its grip on power. Secondly, Zimbabweans want to be liberated from corrupt rule by a particular type of political group and politician, so without the traditional opposition throwing its weight behind Geza's call, his efforts were always going to be in vain even though they are noble and progressive. The failure of this stay-away ends any immediate hope that citizens will participate in any liberation efforts unless mobilised by the traditional opposition, which does not exist, or by the military. I will be blunt. Short of a military intervention to stop Emmerson Mnangagwaโ€™s corrupt rule, he will now get everything he wants, including term extensions. He is relentless. Zimbabweans will now be stuck with Mnangagwa until the day he dies and possibly will have to accept that his kids will rule them too with the assistance of his crooked cronies and clansmen. Zimbabweans should forget about the 2028 election and as a local doctor mentioned on social media, begin working through the five stages of grief: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance. It is pointless putting your hopes in a process that you know too well will be rigged. For him to fail to achieve what he wants, Mnangagwa would have to make a catastrophic mistake, like killing loads of people which will attract international scrutiny or firing his Vice President, General Constantino Chiwenga which might finally trigger a decisive response. There is now nobody with the capacity to stop him, short of a military intervention or death. Geza has tried, but there is no tangible citizen support that was forthcoming. Geza managed to force Mnangagwaโ€™s team to stop chanting the 2030 slogan and pushed them into another plan of bribing MPs with illegally parcelled land. But after today, the dictator knows that Geza is now all alone, unless the military intervenes, which, as I have said before, is now looking highly unlikely unless they are provoked by the continued conspicuous consumption of looted public funds. So, Zimbabweans must now accept the reality that their failure to sacrifice for their liberation by simply staying at home will mean more unemployment, more looting of public funds, more dilapidated hospitals and public infrastructure, and more economic pain all around. Those are the grim political and socio-economic realities of Zimbabwe going forward, nothing less, nothing more. Journalists will continue writing about corruption scandals, but only for historical records and as part of our job, and for many readers, it would be for entertainment value sadly. Some will just switch to issues that have positive mental health outcomes. If you are young, have a passport, and have somewhere to go, my advice is to leave, otherwise, you will just become another tragic statistic of poverty, unemployment, and possibly death in a derelict hospital. Ordinarily, Africans do not care about who is in power if they have the basic necessities of life. But sadly, in Zimbabwe, those necessities will remain out of reach for as long as Mnangagwa and his corrupt cabal are in power. As for the opposition, it is dead. There will be no pushback for reasons you all know. You will remember that last year in May, I mentioned that three key countries to Zimbabwe's politics privately mentioned through their diplomats that, as far as they were concerned, 2028 was gone, and they were now looking at perhaps 2033 or even beyond to envisage any possibility of a change of government. But as long as Zimbabweans remain fixated on the main actor syndrome and not an opposition movement, they must also accept being stuck in the current political ditch for a long time to come. What does this mean? It means more looting. For the diaspora, it means continuing to send money back home for the foreseeable future. The tragedy is that Zimbabwean citizens continue to look for a hero figure rather than building a durable, collective movement that outlasts individual egos. Until that changes, power will remain concentrated in the hands of whoever seizes the moment, no matter how corrupt or undemocratic they are like Mnangagwa. For foreign diplomats, it simply means accepting that they now must work with the government of the day no matter how corrupt it is, with no hope of any change unless there is a dramatic intervention that puts an end to the current political rot. For General Constantino Chiwenga, it means kissing goodbye to his dream of becoming president. He must now tighten his security and pray that Mnangagwa does not make the un-strategic mistake of firing him because he might not be able to fight back. If he still has an appetite for this job, he has to fight for it by coming out of the shadows, otherwise he will meet the same fate that destroyed Joice Mujuruโ€™s career. Without her husband, she became a nobody, and without the military, Chiwenga will be just another brick in the wall. For 74-year-old war veteransโ€™ leader, former intelligence officer, and former Member of Parliament Blessed โ€œBombshellโ€ Geza, keep your head up high old man. You did what you could, and history will be kind to you for trying, at great personal cost. Your beautiful home in Sanyati was burnt, your wife harassed, and now you are living in hiding. One would have to be a fool of monumental proportions not to acknowledge your efforts and say thank you for trying. You have contributed to peopleโ€™s consciousness about how bad corruption has become, and hopefully you will live to see the change that Zimbabwe so desperately needs. Every struggle needs leadership; people cannot lead themselves. The idea that the Arab Spring was leaderless is rooted in ignorance and a lack of understanding of what happened. Without leaders to provide direction and inspiration, citizens cannot move forward on their own. Citizens were given direction and inspiration by Geza, but quite evidently, they felt it was not enough to compel them to make sacrifices, such as simply staying away from work and enduring a little hardship for the greater good and a better future. The dysfunctionality of national leadership in Zimbabwe has been fuelled by money changing hands, shameless ethnic alignments, corruption, and the absence of a shared national vision and values. Put simply, Zimbabweans are not united against the common enemy, corrupt rule. The oversized egos that prioritise individualism over a collective agenda are self-evident, and they are among the key ingredients of todayโ€™s failed politics. Sadly, it is the ordinary people and the lumpen who cheer that individualism that will continue to suffer. As Dr Solomon Guramatunhu has always said in my favourite saying of his, politicians are a mirror of who we are as a society. Every society has a leadership it deserves. When the society fundamentally changes, it will change its leadership too. When citizens hero-worship politicians regardless of the mistakes they make, it means such a people deserve those leaders. When citizens demand more, the leaders will also change. For now, Zimbabweans are stuck with Mnangagwa and an elusive opposition that only exists in name and not indeed. I conclude by saying that only something very dramatic will change Zimbabweโ€™s state of affairs. It could be a military intervention that removes the current corrupt political leadership of Mnangagwa, but ultimately it will also serve the interests of the elites if the citizens are just by-standers, or a dramatic fall from grace for the corrupt if a few of them are arrested beyond the presidentโ€™s control, leading to the public shedding its fear. At this moment, any change will do, because the country was removed from the gutter in 2017 into the sewer. The question is who has the capacity to bring the required change? Only time will tell.
