Look at how absurd and dangerous this has become: a 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 in Bihar has now been named and charged under the SC/ST Act. From IIT Bombay Professor Dula to doctors, engineers, scientists, and ordinary citizens involved in minor street arguments, innocent lives and careers are being destroyed by false FIRs without due diligence. Let me make one thing unequivocally clear: 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁 stands 100% for justice for our SC and ST brothers and sisters. We acknowledge that caste discrimination exists and must be eradicated. But justice for one community cannot mean total injustice for another by destroying innocent lives. Our demand is straightforward: Restore the Supreme Court's 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟴 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 mandate that requires a preliminary inquiry before filing an FIR under the SC/ST Act. This is a fight for humanity.
