I donโ€™t know why people donโ€™t see this. This admin, and Harris, and Many Dems call for censorship, and they have censored. If not for X it would be different already. We lose 1st amendment rights, we lose this country. Women wonโ€™t have their โ€œreproductive rightsโ€, either

No truer words has ever been spoken. We have a freedom of speech in this country so that we can question our leaders those in government and the second amendment comes after the first for a reason to protect it by all means once we lose the 1rst, weโ€™re doomed!!!

The problem with RFK's speech is he supported the censorship of the Right, of Trump too, same is true of his VP Shanahan, who's own ex censored thousands on the Right from Youtube! So he read all those books, but was fine if it wasn't happening to him! I have zero sympathy as to this day he backs our imprisonments for J6 too, by those he and she voted for in 2020, she even funded Biden-Kamala $25K too, add Soros-DA Gascon $170K!

, as usual, makes some incredible points here. He is no doubt the one society should be elevating to give civics lessons. Unfortunately, most of our society did not read those books. Most of our society was left behind. Education is the key to solving all other problems. There are currently problems in AI that will determine whether humanity slingshots centuries in years or goes extinct. Crypto is the mechanism for fixing education. By using futarchist verification markets we can create online schools that reward individuals crypto to prove that they are learning while at the same time establishing blockchains of intellectual property that are used to align AI. This creates an economy that radically accelerates truth consensus, education, the news and public discourse. This is not a future welcomed by those who use information as a weapon. I've got a lot more to say. 'Speech' that I want to direct to those in charge. Unfortunately congress doesn't understand AI or crypto. It's individuals like @ESYudkowsky and @balajis that I'd like to address.

They don't just want to prevent censorship. They don't even want people to be allowed to call out Trump's lies. This, in and of itself, is censorship disguised as free speech advocacy.

๐Ÿ”ฅRFK Jr. rails against government โ€œobliterating the Constitutionโ€ during Covid lockdowns: โ€œIf a government has the capacity to silence its critics, it has license for any atrocity. We saw during Covidโ€ฆ as soon as they realized that we were going to put up with being silenced, they went after all the other rights in the Constitution.โ€ โ€œI was the first person who was censored by the Biden administration [in January 2021], and that story is documented in the federal court decision by Judge Doughty. Judge Doughtyโ€™s 155-page decision detailed that 37 hours after he took the oath of office, President Bidenโ€™s White House was ordering the social media sites to remove my accounts. The White House invented a new word called โ€˜malinformation,โ€™ which is information that is true, but nevertheless is inconvenient for government. So, I have a number of things to say about thisโ€ฆ My first day in office, Iโ€™m going to issue an executive order ordering all federal employees to not collude with social media or media sites in censoring political speech in this country. Iโ€™m going to pardon Julian Assange and Edward Snowden my first day in office as a civics lesson to the American public about the importance of free speech and protecting whistleblowers rather than punishing and imprisoning them. Hamilton, Madison and Adams said that they put freedom of expression as the first amendment because all of the other rights that we enjoy are dependent on it. If a government has the capacity to silence its critics, it has license for any atrocity. We saw during Covid that immediately the government started censoring our speech... 41% of black-owned businesses that were shut during Covid will never re-open. We closed 3.3 million businesses with no due process, no just compensation, no scientific citation. Many of those businesses had three generations of equity in them. Three generations working to construct that business which was a fulcrum, an anchor or the community. We just shut them down without any public hearings. As soon as they realized that we were going to put up with being silenced, they went after all the other rights in the Constitution. The other part of the first amendment is freedom of worship. They shut down every church in this country for a yearโ€ฆ Then they went after the right to assembly, they ordered us to socially distance. And two days ago in closed hearings with the Senate and the House, Anthony Fauci admittedโ€ฆ that the social distancing, he didnโ€™t know where that came from, there was no science behind it. Then they went after jury trials. The seventh amendment says that no American shall be denied the right of a trial before a jury of his peers in cases and controversies exceeding $25 in valueโ€ฆ It doesnโ€™t say โ€˜except when thereโ€™s a pandemic.โ€™ The Framers of the Constitution knew all about epidemicsโ€ฆ but they did not put an exception for epidemics in the Constitution. They said the Constitution was written for hard times. It was written for inconvenient speech, not convenient speech. They went after our property rights, the fifth amendment. They closed all these businesses without due process, without just compensation. They went after the fourth amendment prohibitions against warrantless searches and seizures with all this track snd trace surveillance. They basically obliterated the Constitution, once they got rid of freedom of speech, they could do anything they wanted. The remedy for bad information is more information. Itโ€™s not government censorship.โ€

Jim Jordan Rips Ketanji Brown Jackson's Concern about the First Amendment: "Hamstringing the Government" Rep. Jim Jordan: "She said you've got the First Amendment 'hamstringing the government.' Well, that's what it's supposed to do, for goodness sake. It was literally one of the craziest things I've ever seen that you could have a Supreme Court Justice say that in the oral argument made no sense to me. That is frightening. because if she really believes that, that is scary where we are heading. Understand what took place here. This was censorship by surrogate. This was big government telling big tech to take down speech that they disagreed with, and it was the most fundamental kind of speech. It was political speech." Rep. Dan Bishop: "Do we want to have a situation in which the government, the FBI, and other agencies are constantly trying to walk a line? How far can they go to keep perfectly legal, protected speech off of public platforms? I just don't think the government ever has a valid interest in doing that." Rep. Jim Jordan: "They [federal government] were pressuring and going after speech that was true, that turned out to be accurate, and yet they were trying to take it down... The White House sends an email to Twitter saying take down this tweet ASAP. And guess what the tweet was. RFK Jr. saying Hank Aaron took the vaccine and passed away. Two true statements. They wanted to take him down, and by the way, who was that individual? The guy running against them in the primary election. That is as scary as it gets. Let's hope the court reaches the right decision." Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is concerned that the First Amendment is "hamstringing the government."

A Constitutional Attorney SPEAKS OUT Against What The United States Government Has Become, TYRANNICAL. Calls Out Big Pharma MUST LISTEN: โ€œWe Have The Right To Resist โ€” When in the world do we start testing things on children?โ€ โ€œWe The People is how the Constitution starts. A magistrate is a person that operates under authority and they are lesser magistrates. The founding fathers of this country understood that there is going to come a point in time where the federal government will need to be checked. If not, they will become tyrants. โ€Œ And that is what's happening now. So, the Declaration of Independence says that everyone, by virtue of being a human being, has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The federal government too, the federal government purpose is to protect the rights of those citizens, the rights of us to our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. The third point of that document is if they fail to protect its citizens and enforce those rights, the citizens have a right to revolt. Do you understand? We have a right to resist and we have an obligation and a duty to do so. โ€Œ Do you understand? โ€Œ Yeah! โ€Œ THEY ARE COMING FOR OUR CHILDREN, We cannot sit down! Nope. โ€Œ Everybody knows even the bad ones know that if you want to affect a country, you go for its children. โ€Œ When in the world do we start using children as bulletproof vests for us? โ€Œ When in the world do we start testing things on children? Legal shield. โ€Œ You have started a war! โ€Œ Each one reach one and teach one. Do you understand? As a magistrate in this country, the United States government, our government, our local leaders have to answer to us. The ninth amendment says that any rights that are not enumerated in the Constitution are reserved for the people. I don't want to hear that mandates are not enumerated in the Constitution because for the stuff that is not enumerated means to equal protection is the right to protect my body. When you want to, when you want to push something into my body against my consent, without my consent, it is rape. And this is medical rape. No!โ€

"If you look at what has happened in Eastern Congo, and everything we have gone through over the past four or five years, and you look at what we have left behind, there is evidence. There are facts that speak for themselves. In Eastern Congo, in Goma and elsewhere, the whole world came together against Rwanda. The whole world lined up against Rwanda: the FDLR and all the groups associated with it that have been mentioned, the Wazalendo, the Burundian forces, the FARDC, the South Africans, and many others. I would rather not spend time naming them all; there were so many. When you look at the scale of what they had assembled there and what they were up against, it is clear that what they were trying to do was wage war against Rwanda, destabilize our country, and reshape it the way they wanted. In fact, they said so themselves. Ordinarily, if someone were to say these things without evidence, you might think they were simply trying to frighten people, to intimidate them. To convince themselves that what they wanted was within reach and that they were going to achieve it, they even brought in mercenaries. You know that many of them passed through here. We gave free passage to our enemies, allowing them to leave a war they waged against us, a war that was never theirs to begin with. That alone tells you something. And it is also something for which our forces, together with others who stood with them, deserve recognition. As for Rwanda, we will always be in a struggle for our very existence. Regardless of those who wish us harm, surrounding us from many sides, one thing remains true: we should and will always be a step ahead of them. It is our right. It is our will. And our history has taught us that we have within ourselves the capacity to defend and protect ourselves whenever necessary. And that is exactly what we will continue to do."
