STOP TAKING LAWS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS!!!โš ๏ธโš ๏ธโš ๏ธ I feel so traumatized watching this video. Like there is no difference between them & Boko Haram. I think tyranny & lawlessness is a prevalent trait in an average Nigerian. We may not have confidence in the @PoliceNG to mete justice but that does not justify taking laws into our own hands. I hope they spend the good part of their life in jail where they belong.

The "leaders" of tomorrow. Most born into comfort but lack basic etiquette of living. From the ghetto to the affluent environment, it is all cocktails of bad behaviour, they only differ in forms and shapes.

Shame on Punch. Your journalism energy should be focused on his identity which most bloggers have published already. In journalism you must notify loved ones and go to the source instead you have โ€œyet to be identifiedโ€ in your story. #DrKemi #2222mediainstitute

A 16-year-old Class 10 student died after falling from a school building at DVS Residential School in #Karnatakaโ€™s #Chitradurga district on Monday morning. The incident occurred at around 7.14 am. The student, identified as Kotresh, was rushed to hospital but was declared dead on arrival. CCTV footage from the hostel premises has captured the entire episode, police said. According to preliminary information, the circumstances leading to the fall are under investigation. The case has been registered at Bharamasagara police station, and officials said the exact cause of death is yet to be established. In a written complaint, the studentโ€™s father, Gurulingayya, alleged that his son had informed him a day earlier โ€” on February 15 โ€” about harassment by hostel wardens identified as Deepa and Nagaraj. He claimed that he had brought the matter to the attention of the school principal but that no enquiry or action was initiated. The father has alleged that his son was under mental distress due to the purported harassment and has held the wardens, the principal and the school management responsible for the death, seeking legal action against them. Family members further claimed they were not immediately informed about the incident and that the student was shifted to hospital by the school authorities. Police said a formal FIR has been registered, and further investigation is underway, including examination of CCTV footage and statements from school staff and students.

A shocking incident came to light where a principal of the PG College in Kollapur town of Nagarkurnool district, in Telangana, allegedly attempted to sexually assault a student who had come to collect his transfer certificate, and in the process, the student bit the manโ€™s genitals to escape. According to reports, the student, a resident of Jagityal district, completed his MBA from the PG College affiliated to the Palamuru University in 2025. He had come to the college two days ago to collect his TC for higher studies. He met the Principal, Dr. Marke Poloneyes, for the document. The student alleged that the principal tried to force him and harassed him mentally and physically, demanding "unnatural sexual acts". On the night of July 7, the principal allegedly called the student to his room and forced him to undress. To protect himself, the student resisted and, in self-defense, bit the principalโ€™s private parts. The principal suffered bleeding and started screaming in pain. Hearing the commotion, students rushed to the room and found the principal in a naked state. The principal panicked and reportedly hid in the bathroom and later fled from the college. Though it is not clear whether he called him home or to his room is yet to be verified. The incident was caught on camera by some students, and the video has now surfaced online, helping shed light on the incident. Fellow students also alleged that the principal had earlier harassed several other male students. Student union leaders staged protests in front of the college, demanding his dismissal from the post and have him arrested. They, along with the victim, reportedly lodged a complaint at Kollapur Police Station and demanded the immediate arrest of the principal and stringent legal action against him. They said that Mark, who had been working at the PG Centre for the past five years, was harassing both male and female students. Kollapur police have registered a case and launched an investigation, and are making efforts to trace the principal, who is currently absconding.

In #MadhyaPradesh's #Ratlam, a 13-year-old Class 8 student, who has represented India at the national level in skating, attempted suicide by jumping from the third floor of #BodhiInternationalSchool on Friday morning. The boy, critically injured, was rushed to a private hospital and is now reported to be in stable condition. CCTV footage shows him repeatedly apologizing 52 times over four minutes inside the principalโ€™s office before rushing out and jumping. The incident occurred after the student recorded a classroom video on his mobile phone, which he uploaded to social media. The school administration discovered the video and called the studentโ€™s parents to discuss a violation of school rules. The principal allegedly threatened to suspend him, confiscate his medals, and โ€œend his career,โ€ which reportedly left the boy distressed and fearful of expulsion. The boyโ€™s father, Pritam Katara, was waiting in the school reception unaware of the unfolding situation. He rushed to the spot after hearing the commotion and found his son severely injured. The father expressed anguish over the schoolโ€™s handling of the incident, emphasizing that his son was a disciplined national-level sports player who would not have attempted such an act under normal circumstances. โ€œI was invited to meet my son. When I reached the school, I found out he had fallenโ€ฆ He has been to nationals twice in skating. I got a call from the school, but then another call came from the school asking me to come straight to the hospital, the studentโ€™s father, Pritam Katara, said. SDM Archie Harit confirmed that the student had brought a mobile phone, a violation of school rules, but said the situation escalated unexpectedly. The school stated it had intended to speak with the parents before taking disciplinary action. The principal, Dolly Chauhan, mentioned the student was called for counseling after the assembly and feared parental reaction. Investigations are underway. โ€œThe child is in Class 8. He had brought his phone. He ran and jumped. His condition is stable. An investigation will be conducted. Mobile phones are not allowed in school even teachersโ€™ phones are confiscated. He is a skater with a very good national-level position,โ€ Harit said. Doctors treating the student reported multiple fractures but no head injury. Recovery is expected to take six to seven months, with multiple surgeries planned. Authorities are reviewing the incident to ensure proper school procedures and child safety measures are followed.
