🔴👁 Red Glasses, Dead Cells? What?! What John Ott discovered shocked me, and my own experiment confirms It. 😕 After digging deeper into John N. Ott’s research, I may have found why my eye dryness got worse when I started using red-tinted blue-blocking glasses. In his experiments(video bellow) Ott placed colored filters on a microscope , and the red filter had the one of strongest biological effects on living cells. Under red light, the cell membranes weakened, and within just a few hours, the cells ruptured and died. That made me wonder: 👀 Is it really smart to wear red-tinted blue blockers for hours every night…,if this color frequency can harm cells in the lab? 👁 My Story I never had problems with dry eyes before. After spending years in Norway, my eyes slightly dry; nothing major. But when I moved to the U.S. in August 2024, and started living on the 27th floor right next to the airport towers, using blue blockers, things changed. The dryness stayed about the same at first…, until July, when I began using blue-blocking glasses and that’s when it became much worse. 😣 So I decided to run my own experiment to see if the glasses or my environment were the cause. 🧪 The Glasses I Tested 1.THL Sleep 2.Bon Charge 3.TrueDark They’re in the video. This is just my personal observation, since everyone’s biology and environment are different . With THL Sleep, my eyes get dry after about 2 hours but not so bad the point that I could not wear them. With Bon Charge, dryness starts around 40 minutes and very uncomfortable, I could stay longer. With TrueDark, it happens even faster, about 20–25 minutes. 💡 My Environment I can’t turn off the LED lights at night and TV, not everyone around me believes in this “light theory”so the lights stay on every evening.. But when my husband travels and I switch everything off, lighting the room only with candles, the dryness almost disappears, even though I still live on the 27th floor near airport towers. And I did that several times. 🤔…🤷🏻‍♀️ go figure! In the video, John N. Ott says: “The punch mark indicates that when I added a small amount of long-wave ultraviolet light, the cells returned to their normal division process.” In my case, i guess, I can’t isolate light into just one part of the spectrum. Ancient Egyptians are known for their magnificent and elaborate burials from Valley of the Kings, but in early stages of their civilization this was not case. In early beginnings of Egyptian civilization, they had natural mummies, which were buried in dry deserts that flanked Nile. This is so their dead were still close villages of the living, but would not be washed away by floods or be buried on valuable farm land. Deserts were so dry that they help preserve body from bacteria and decay. Mummies still retained their hair and skin, and somewhat resemble their former self. This was important at Ancient Egyptians who “felt that it was unnatural for it to decay, and that there must be some important reason why bodies did not decay, but retained their hair and skin, and continued to be recognizable for many years after death.” Unfortunately, over time natural mummies would be dug up for jewelry or other valuables that were buried with mummy. Around 5500 years ago, Egyptians started to bury their dead in large baskets or wooden boxes. They would also bury dead in underground tombs with stone floors. With these changes Egyptians found that mummies taken away from heat of desert sand were not as well preserved and bodies started to decay. This was not acceptable because of high value placed on mummy preservation and after trial and error they eventually discovered a process to better prevent decay. Mummies found with new method of mummification of linen and plaster or natron, are dated back to Old Kingdom (2650-2150 BC). Body of deceased would be wrapped in many strips of linen as possible. Great care would be taken to wrap individual fingers and toes separately, as to try and keep the integrity of human form. In some cases, mummies have been found with prosthesis for legs or arms under linen wrappings to help maintain the shape of the human likeness. After wrapping was completed, a plaster or gesso would be carefully smoothed over body over linen to further smooth and complete human shape. Plaster over face could be further modeled to resemble former person if they had a moustache or prominent eyes. Method of linen and plaster or gesso hardened over mummy is called cartonnage, and this method of mummification continued until beginning of Christian era. Natron is actually a natural type of salt that is found in Egypt. It’s chemical composition consists of a sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and sodium carbonate (washing soda) and sodium chloride (table salt). Interestingly, sodium’s chemical true name is Natrium in our present periodic table. In mummification process, natron was used to basically salt and preserve body. Body would be placed on a special table and dissected open, and natron would be place inside body cavity. Ancient Egyptians would also place natron on exterior surfaces of body to help dry and preserve body. Eventually, Ancient Egyptians progressed in their mummification process by removing internal organs because they learned internal organs would also decay quickly. These organs would also be treated with natron solution and placed into four separate canopic jars that would also have significant spiritual meaning. Organs that were treated and saved were lungs, stomach, liver and intestines. Starting with 5th-6th Dynasty pyramids, these canopic jars were placed into a separate stone compartment of burial chambers. Queen Hetepheres, mother of King Khufu, from 4th Dynasty; her organs were actually preserved in a natron solution. He showcases some major female movie celebrities and tells the viewers that the secret to their skin and hair is that they perform Yoga every day, especially a Yoga pose called the “Sarvangasana” or shoulder-stand or candle pose. His “scientific” explanation? The stance increases blood flow the scalp and head, and improves skin health and hair growth. This is utter nonsense. What happens to the blood flow, heart, head, and brain region when someone takes an upside-down stance? For that, you must know the meaning of one word – Homeostasis. Homeostasis is a self-regulating process by which human body maintains internal stability in its organ functions while adjusting to changing external conditions. This is also consists of “autoregulation,” the method by which an organ or tissue maintains blood flow despite a change in perfusion due to external (eg: body position changes) or internal (block in blood vessels) conditions. Some distance themselves from their own identities in search of safety, acceptance, or legitimacy. Others carry a deep, unspoken rage born from exclusion, dispossession, and the constant demand to prove their humanity. When people are disconnected from their roots, denied dignity, and taught to be ashamed of where they come from, they will still search for belonging. It’s a basic human need to feel a sense of community. The question is whether we create spaces that nurture healing, identity, and justice, or leave them vulnerable to finding belonging in places that exploit their pain.

My last post about being sick with #COVID19 attracted much attention, good and bad. For those who wished me well, thank you very much! I have already recovered my sense of smell and taste and am improving from Covid symptoms every day. For the denialists who took precious time of their lives to come to my post and say that the virus does not exist or that it is just a common cold, just a message: I directly see the virus in the brain using microscopy, and you can see it as well in the video I made below. Viral protein (red, viral nucleocapsid) is found mainly inside neurons (blue, neun) in the olfactory cortex. Glial cells such as astrocytes (white, gfap) and microglia (green, iba1( are attacking these infected neurons, trying to slow down the viral spreading across the brain. Although beneficial, this mechanism also generates more neuroinflammatory propagation, with additional collateral damage to the circuits besides the death of infected neurons. You can deny as much as you want that this is happening, but science is here clearly proving what is going on. Our first study was published last year: We are currently also looking at how vaccines can modulate this type of neuronal damage. So far, it seems that, although not able to prevent neuronal infection, vaccination reduces the neuroinflammatory response generated by the immune system in the brain.
