This verse is about the Nazirites, who were Israelites that took a vow of consecration to YHWH. They came from all tribes of Israel—for example, Samson was a Danite Nazirite. Jesus on the other hand is a Nazarene, which is somebody from Nazareth. Either way, the same can be said about Israelites: they are described as white and ruddy.

🔴👁 Red Glasses, Dead Cells? What?! What John Ott discovered shocked me, and my own experiment confirms It. 😕 After digging deeper into John N. Ott’s research, I may have found why my eye dryness got worse when I started using red-tinted blue-blocking glasses. In his experiments(video bellow) Ott placed colored filters on a microscope , and the red filter had the one of strongest biological effects on living cells. Under red light, the cell membranes weakened, and within just a few hours, the cells ruptured and died. That made me wonder: 👀 Is it really smart to wear red-tinted blue blockers for hours every night…,if this color frequency can harm cells in the lab? 👁 My Story I never had problems with dry eyes before. After spending years in Norway, my eyes slightly dry; nothing major. But when I moved to the U.S. in August 2024, and started living on the 27th floor right next to the airport towers, using blue blockers, things changed. The dryness stayed about the same at first…, until July, when I began using blue-blocking glasses and that’s when it became much worse. 😣 So I decided to run my own experiment to see if the glasses or my environment were the cause. 🧪 The Glasses I Tested 1.THL Sleep 2.Bon Charge 3.TrueDark They’re in the video. This is just my personal observation, since everyone’s biology and environment are different . With THL Sleep, my eyes get dry after about 2 hours but not so bad the point that I could not wear them. With Bon Charge, dryness starts around 40 minutes and very uncomfortable, I could stay longer. With TrueDark, it happens even faster, about 20–25 minutes. 💡 My Environment I can’t turn off the LED lights at night and TV, not everyone around me believes in this “light theory”so the lights stay on every evening.. But when my husband travels and I switch everything off, lighting the room only with candles, the dryness almost disappears, even though I still live on the 27th floor near airport towers. And I did that several times. 🤔…🤷🏻‍♀️ go figure! In the video, John N. Ott says: “The punch mark indicates that when I added a small amount of long-wave ultraviolet light, the cells returned to their normal division process.” In my case, i guess, I can’t isolate light into just one part of the spectrum. When exposed to only blue light, the cells die.(dry eyes) When exposed to only red light, they also die.(very very dry eyes) But when the full spectrum is present; or even in natural darkness lit by candlelight, my eyes feel completely fine. 🕯 Has anyone else experienced eye dryness after using blue-blocking glasses or red-tinted lenses? ☣️ Pleb Kruse = BTC foundationalist in exile 🟩🔆 ? Doesn’t matter if it’s raining, snowing, or cloudy; infrared light still passes through and starts your circadian clock through the eyes. No sunglasses, no screens. Let natural UV + IR set your biological rhythm. 😬 but If you start before sunrise, buy a near-infrared lamp and turn it on while getting ready. It’s the next-best option. 2️⃣ 🔵Blue-Blocking Glasses = A Must Wear amber lenses under office LEDs. After 4 p.m., switch to red lenses if still under artificial light. 3️⃣🥋Natural Clothing for Protection Choose natural fabrics like wool, cotton, or linen. They don’t hold static charge like synthetics and let your body breathe. Indoors, pick dark colors (black, navy, charcoal) to block excessive artificial light. Remember: Hair, hand, and neck. EMF-blocking fabrics are even better if you can afford them. 4️⃣🆘Add Infrared Support Keep a near-infrared therapy light on your desk or near your computer. THE VIKINGS 🪓🔥 Part VI 🧵 ERIK THE RED AND THE ANCIENT SECRETS OF GREENLAND 🗡️✨ From the stormy shores of Norway came Erik Thorvaldsson, a man of towering presence and hair the color of living flame. It was this striking red hair that earned him the name by which he would forever be remembered - Erik the Red. Son of Thorvald Asvaldsson, he inherited his father’s fiery spirit. When his father was exiled from Norway for manslaughter, the family sought refuge in the wild lands of Iceland. There Erik grew into a man of great strength and will. He married Thjodhild Jorundsdottir, and together they built a life in the harsh northern world. Yet conflict followed him as it had followed his father. Feuds and killings led the ancient assembly of Iceland to declare him an outlaw. With no place left among men, Erik gathered loyal companions, loaded his ships, and sailed westward into the unknown sea. In the year 982 he reached a mysterious land of hidden green valleys. He named it Greenland. Perhaps there was a good reason for this name, that the fjords he first discovered were green and welcoming. Some say that the land was not always as frozen as it is today. For three years Erik explored its coasts and valleys. When his time of exile ended, he returned to Iceland and spoke of a new home awaiting those brave enough to follow. Hundreds answered his call. Though many ships were lost to the wrath of the waves, those who survived founded the first Norse settlements, with Erik raising his hall at Brattahlíð. There his wife Thjodhild later embraced the Christian faith and built the first church on Greenland. But perhaps something deeper had drawn Erik across the ocean. When Meg lied on Oprah that a senior royal has worried about what colour of skin Archie would be, I always said It was herself she was talking about. Narcissists ALWAYS accuse their victims of doing what they do themselves. They projects constantly. Every accusation is a self confession and you can clearly see Meg's desperation to be seen as a White british royal; She is desperate🔥 That is why she writes the titles everywhere even on her own clothes and front door rug🤡 She is not trying to be relatable, she treats americans like "illiterate villagers"; and she sees herself as the british royal there to teach them about life and impress her "Lofty" knowledge on "peasant americans." Over 1.5 million Muslim pilgrims are performing Hajj this year. When Malcolm X (El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz) performed Hajj in 1964, he wrote “Letters from Mecca.” This is one of those letters: Never have I witnessed such sincere hospitality and the overwhelming spirit of true brotherhood as practiced by people of all colors and races here in this Ancient Holy Land, the home of Abraham, Muhammad and all other prophets of the Holy Scriptures. For the past week, I have been utterly speechless and spellbound by the graciousness I see displayed all around me by people of all colors. I have been blessed to visit the Holy City of Mecca. I have made my seven circuits around the Ka’ba, led by a young Mutawaf named Muhammad. I drank water from the well of Zem Zem. I ran seven times back and forth between the hills of Mt. Al-Safa and Al-Marwah. I have prayed in the ancient city of Mina, and I have prayed on Mt. Arafat. There were tens of thousands of pilgrims, from all over the world. They were of all colors, from blue-eyed blonds to black skin Africans. But we were all participating in the same rituals, displaying a spirit of unity and brotherhood that my experiences in America had lead me to believe never could exist between the white and non-white. America needs to understand Islam, because this is the one religion that erases from its society the race problem. Throughout my travels in the Muslim world, I have met, talked to, and even eaten with people who in America would have considered ‘white’, but the ‘white’ attitude was removed from their minds by the religion of Islam. I have never before seen sincere and true brotherhood practiced by all colors together, irrespective of their color. You may be shocked by these words coming from me. But on this pilgrimage, what I have seen, and experienced, has forced me to re-arrange much of my thought patterns previously held, and to toss aside some of my previous conclusions. This was not too difficult for me. Despite my firm convictions, I have always been a man who tries to face facts, and to accept the reality of life as new experiences and new knowledge unfolds it. I have always kept an open mind, which is necessary to the flexibility that must go hand in hand with every form of intelligent search for truth. During the past eleven days here in the Muslim world, I have eaten from the same plate, drunk from the same glass, and slept in the same bed, (or on the same rug), while praying to the same God, with fellow Muslims, whose eyes were the bluest of blue, whose hair was the blondest of blond, and whose skin was the whitest of white. And in the same words and in the actions and in the deeds of the ‘white’ Muslims, I felt the same sincerity that I felt among the black African Muslims of Nigeria, Sudan and Ghana. We were truly all the same (brothers), because their belief in one God had removed the ‘white’ from their minds, the ‘white’ from their behavior, and the ‘white’ from their attitude. I could see from this, that perhaps if white Americans could accept the Oneness of God, then perhaps, too, they could accept in reality the Oneness of Man, and cease to measure, and hinder, and harm others in terms of their differences in color. With racism plaguing America like an incurable cancer, the so-called ‘Christian’ white American heart should be more receptive to a proven solution to such a destructive problem. Perhaps it could be in time to save America from imminent disaster, the same destruction brought upon Germany by racism that eventually destroyed the Germans themselves. 1/2
