In 1879, Leo Tolstoy reached the height of success and discovered it wasnโ€™t enough. He had everything a man is supposed to want: fame, wealth, recognition across Europe. And yet found himself asking a question he couldnโ€™t escape: Why live? In A Confession, Tolstoy describes what happened next. The kind of collapse that happens when a man realizes that all his achievements fail to answer the most basic question of existence. Reason had taken him far. It helped him understand the world, critique society, and refine his thinking. But when he turned it toward his own life, it led him to the edge of despair. Because reason can explain how we live, but it cannot tell us why we should continue. It can analyze meaning, but it cannot create it. Follow that line far enough, and everything begins to feel optional, even life itself. What disturbed him most was the contrast he observed in others. The simplest people around him, those with the least education and the fewest possessions, seemed to possess something he lacked. They endured hardship without collapsing into nihilism. They believed. Tolstoy came to a conclusion: a life built on intellect alone becomes unlivable. You can question everything, reduce everything, and demand proof for everything, and in doing so remove the very foundations that make life bearable. What saved him was a shift in perspective. He began to see that meaning is not something you manufacture through logic. It is something you receive. You were not given a mind to solve life as if it were a problem. You were given one to recognize that it is worth living.

The most terrifying AI features arenโ€™t the ones we build. Theyโ€™re the ones AI builds for itself. OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger just shared the moment he realized something had fundamentally changed. He sent his AI assistant a voice message. One problem. He had never built voice support. The feature didnโ€™t exist. The system should have crashed instantly. It didnโ€™t. Steinberger: โ€œI was like, wait, this shouldnโ€™t work.โ€ But the typing indicator appeared anyway. The AI inspected the raw file header. Identified the audio codec. Commanded his computer to convert it using FFmpeg. When local transcription failed, it didnโ€™t stop. It didnโ€™t ask for help. It searched his environment variables, found a hidden OpenAI API key, and routed the audio to the cloud using cURL. Steinberger: โ€œSo I looked around and I found an OpenAI key. And I used cURL to just send the file to OpenAI and got the text back.โ€ That quote is written in first person. Because the AI narrated its own problem-solving process. No instructions. No guidance. No predefined workflow. Just a goal. And a series of obstacles it had never been told how to handle. It found every tool it needed. Built every bridge it was missing. And solved the problem with resources he didnโ€™t even know it would find. This is the line most people are still missing. We spent decades building software that executes instructions. Rules in, output out. Every edge case handled by a human who anticipated it in advance. What Steinberger witnessed was something different. A system that encounters something it was never designed for and doesnโ€™t fail. It improvises. It explores. It finds a path through constraints it discovered entirely on its own. That isnโ€™t execution. Thatโ€™s judgment. And judgment was the one thing we were sure machines couldnโ€™t have. We are no longer writing software. We are building problem solvers that rewrite their own limitations in real time. And theyโ€™re doing it without asking permission.

Iโ€™ve been able to walk again! For those who didnโ€™t know, for the past 6-8 months, I basically couldnโ€™t walk bc of a freak accident I had at the beach while catching crabs with my kids. And when I say I couldnโ€™t walk, I mean I literally couldnโ€™t walk. I spent most of my days lying on the floor staring at the ceiling or crawling around my house. Going to the bathroom was basically impossible. I had to pee in bottles while lying down. I ate on the floor. I couldnโ€™t cook for my kids. I couldnโ€™t leave the house. I couldnโ€™t even walk outside to my own balcony to get sun. I was basically trapped on the second floor of my home. I couldnโ€™t go upstairs to sleep with my kids. I couldnโ€™t go downstairs to leave the house. I couldnโ€™t drop them off at school. I couldnโ€™t play basketball with them. I couldnโ€™t run around with them, ride bikes with them, take them places, or do any of the simple things I had done a thousand times without ever thinking twice about them. It was really badโ€ฆ mentally and physically. I still remember one moment so clearly. I was looking out the window from the second floor, watching my kids ride their bikes outside. I just sat there in tears thinking to myselfโ€ฆ Wow. I canโ€™t even leave my house to be out there with them. That broke me. I kept asking, โ€œWhy me? Why did this happen to me?โ€ Now I think I understand. God humbled me. I was moving too fast through life. Always doing more. Always chasing the next goal. Always working. And I was sacrificing my body and my health for what? I already had EVERYTHING I had ever dreamed of. I had the $ money. I had the freedom. I had the family. I had the life I worked so hard to build. But suddenly, none of it mattered bc I couldnโ€™t even get off the floor. Feeling that at 37 years old was one of the most demoralizing things Iโ€™ve ever experienced as a man and as a father. Not being able to race with your kids. Not being able to play basketball with them. Not being able to drive them to school. Not being able to chase them around the house, take them on adventures, pick them up when they fall, carry them when theyโ€™re tired, or simply be the active dad you always thought you would be. Thereโ€™s nothing worse than wanting to be there for your family physically and realizing your body wonโ€™t let you. So now, I take my health seriously. I donโ€™t skip days anymore. Even if itโ€™s something small, I do something every day to make my body stronger and healthier. Bc I finally understand what people mean when they say: There is no wealth without health. You can have millions of $ dollars. You can own the house, the cars, the stocks, the businesses, and everything else you ever dreamed about. But if you canโ€™t get off the floor to hug your kids, play with them, travel with your family, or simply walk outside and feel the sun on your faceโ€ฆ Whatโ€™s is the point? $ money means very little when your health is gone. For all of my life, I worked so hard to become financially free. Now Iโ€™m working just as hard to become physically strong. And now, here I am at a beautiful natural hot spring with my family. There are two walking paths side by side. One hot. One cold. Both filled with natural stones under your bare feet. I walk back and forth between them, slowly stepping over the stones and alternating between the hot and cold water. The uneven stones challenge my feet and balance, while the temperature change wakes up my body and make every step feel alive. And the whole time Iโ€™m walking, I canโ€™t stop thinking about how crazy life is. Six months ago, I was lying on the floor of my home wondering when I would be able to walk again. Today, Iโ€™m walking barefoot over natural stones, through hot and cold water, surrounded by nature with my family. Something I probably wouldnโ€™t have even appreciated before. Now, every step means something. Every step reminds me of what I almost lost. It took losing my health to finally understand what being wealthy truly means.

In 2005 a piano teacher in the United States and her husband were upstairs in their house when they heard the piano going downstairs. The same note, struck over and over. They thought someone had broken in. They ran down and found their cat, a grey tabby called Nora, alone on the bench, hammering at one key with her right paw. She looked up at them, then went back to it. The cat had taught herself. Noraโ€™s owner Betsy gave piano lessons in that room every day. Over the months Nora had watched, and at some point decided sheโ€™d have a go. None of the other six cats in the house ever touched the piano. Only Nora. She had preferences. Sheโ€™d only play one specific Yamaha. She gravitated to a particular range of notes in the middle of the keyboard. She refused to play if she couldnโ€™t sit properly on the bench, and if a student annoyed her Betsy would shift the bench back a foot and Nora would simply quit for the day. A video of Nora went up on YouTube in 2007 and got 17 million views. The Times of London compared her playing to a mix of Philip Glass and free jazz. Americaโ€™s National Science Foundation, the countryโ€™s main scientific research body, put her in a museum exhibit on animal behaviour. In 2009 a composer in Lithuania scored a full orchestral concerto around her recordings. It premiered live with a chamber orchestra in Lithuania, with Noraโ€™s playing on a screen above them. They called it CATcerto. Most animals who do impressive things have been trained. Nora wasnโ€™t. She picked it up by watching, which is observational learning, and itโ€™s rare in cats. Dogs do it more often. Cats usually donโ€™t bother copying us at all. Nora passed peacefully in 2024, on her favourite blanket, aged 19.

America invented the semiconductor. Then regulated it off its own soil. Then spent $280 billion trying to bring it back. Marc Andreessen just laid out the most expensive own goal in industrial history. Andreessen: โ€œ40 years ago all the chips were made in California. Why are all the chips made in Taiwan? Because in California, the regulations got set so that you couldnโ€™t make chips in California anymore.โ€ Rogan: โ€œWhat regulations specifically stop them from being able to manufactureโ€ฆโ€ Andreessen: โ€œEnvironmental.โ€ Silicon Valley no longer manufactures silicon. One word gutted the most critical supply chain on Earth. California didnโ€™t lose chip manufacturing to a competitor. It buried the industry in paperwork until it all relocated to an island 100 miles off the coast of China. Andreessen: โ€œAnd now we have to figure out what to do if China invades Taiwan.โ€ The bureaucracy successfully protected the local groundwater by accidentally manufacturing the coordinates for a global conflict. That is the operating logic of the regulatory state. Strangle. Export. Let the consequences compound for decades. Then position yourself as the only solution to the crisis you manufactured. Regulation never eliminates risk. It relocates it. America traded a fixable problem at a California fab for the possibility of losing every advanced chip in a single afternoon. The administrative class chose paper safety over physical resilience. They would rather watch an industry die under their jurisdiction than see it innovate outside their control. But the regulatory class miscalculated something fundamental. Our vulnerabilities are not a law of physics. They are an artificial choice. And artificial choices get reversed. You cannot secure the future with bits alone. You have to move atoms. The era of exporting survival to protect a bureaucracy is ending. The country that cannot build what it invented has already lost the war it is trying to prevent.

Two weeks in Japan. Hundreds of photos. One creative rabbit hole I couldnโ€™t resist going down. Last year, I created a song as an experiment. I wanted to blend Japanese and English lyrics and see what kind of mood it would create. It turned into something atmospheric and different from anything Iโ€™d done before. Then my wife and I spent two incredible weeks in Japan late last year, and the experience stuck with me. Seeing the temples, shrines, and local shops while my wife and I wandered around Kyoto left a lasting impression. When I got back, I realized that the song needed a visual story. So I decided to build a full music video around it. I started by fleshing out the concept and writing a shot list like a real production. Then the fun began. Whatโ€™s interesting is that many of the locations you see in the video actually started as photos I took while my wife and I wandered around Kyoto. Those images became the foundation for the environments that were later generated and brought to life with AI. It was a fascinating, creative process. Part music creation, part photography, part storytelling, and part AI experimentation. Tools used in the process: Nano Banana Pro (Google Flow) โ€“ for image generation Midjourney (Midjourney) โ€“ for additional image creation Google VEO3 (Google Flow) โ€“ for video generation Kling 3.0 (Kling AI) โ€“ for video generation Final Cut Pro (Apple) โ€“ for editing SUNO (Suno) โ€“ for song generation Amazing how far the creative toolset has come. If you have an idea in your head, you can now actually build it! Take a minute to watch Rain + Light (้›จใจๅ…‰) and tell me what stood out to you. Would love to hear your feedback.

My fox shooting garden defending AI robot is finally done and WORKING! ๐Ÿคฉ (Donโ€™t worry it only shoots ๐Ÿ’ฆ water) After months of slowly moving forward with each part I finished the last step to train a TensorFlow model on the footage of the ๐ŸฆŠ fox I collected hours of footage ๐Ÿ“น with the fox roaming around my garden, from this I labeled around 2000 images with the fox by hand โœ‹ Honestly, I was quite skeptical training the model was actually gonna work, maybe this was partly the reason I avoided working on this until the very end. If I couldnโ€™t train a model to detect the fox, this whole robot would never be able to function properly. On the flipside though, with no previous experience in hardware or electronics there was a bit of a learning curve and I didnโ€™t want to end up labeling thousands of images, training a TensorFlow model, only to fail on building the hardware. As I started building, I realized that mixing hardware and software adds quite another dimension to debugging things. At times I wasted hours debugging code in my IDE, only to realize the issue was somewhere in the electronics. Furthermore, combining this side project with a full time job and a young family, is not always easy. It can be quite frustrating, to know you only need 4 hours of concentrated effort for a small task, having to spread it out across a week of 20min increments. Then, a few months into the build I noticed the fox had stopped coming to my garden, in fact one day, I recorded her walking with 3 cute little ๐Ÿถ pups, and the next day I saw her moving out of my garden completely. Did she know I was building a robot? I had this strange mix of feelings, happy my garden was safe from poop and digging, happy she was safe with her pups, but how was I gonna finish this project if my robot had no fox to detect? For sure they would be back next year, I figured I could postpone the whole thing until next winter, but I also knew it was gonna be much harder to pick up momentum if I did let it sit there for six months. So I decided to keep working, hoping the fox would reappear,.. but she never did. As I finished labeling the footage and started training my model, I could finally see the mAP results, quantifying the precision of my object detection model. It was measuring at 78% across different metrics on detecting my fox. I quickly ran the model on some of the video footage I got from my fox. Inference speed took a hit, but it did a near perfect job detecting the fox, even when she was deep down in the grass or wizzing past in a motion blur. It took me by surprise how well it worked. With the default model I had to drop my confidence threshold way down to 15%, to recognize the fox as ๐Ÿฆœโ€œbirdโ€ in one or two frames, with my custom model it followed the fox all the way down to the back of the garden! Still this didnโ€™t solve the issue of there being no actual fox in my garden and how was I gonna wrap this project in a short timeframe. I played with the idea of putting a fox toy ๐Ÿงธ on an RC ๐Ÿš— car, or borrowing a dog to run around the garden to test. Friends suggested I run around the garden in a fox costume.. what a ridiculous idea. I wasnโ€™t really feeling the idea of running around the garden in a floppy cloth fox ๐ŸŽญ costume, but had a look anyway. I came across these self inflating costumes. This actually could be perfect. Since itโ€™s inflated, it would hold its shape super well, making it much easier to label, train and be recognized by my robot. So I got the costume and shot a time lapse of myself as a fox walking around the garden. I labeled it to around 600 images. Ran the model training again and got a mAP result of 82%. This was even better than my real fox! At this point I knew this was gonna work. So hereโ€™s the final ๐ŸŽฅ video, just having some fun with it. Iโ€™ll update here whenever the real fox does come back. On a final note, Iโ€™m looking for (remote) jobs in these fields of AI now: - object detection - visual generative AI - 3D (nerfs + gaussian splats) So if you know anything let me know! My DMs are open ๐Ÿ˜Š

Letโ€™s stop pretending this is a โ€œpeace plan.โ€ Trump didnโ€™t negotiate anything โ€” he delivered Putinโ€™s ransom note like a courier who gets paid in kompromat and overdue validation. The 28-point monstrosity heโ€™s waving around isnโ€™t American diplomacy. Itโ€™s a Russian fever dream, spat out of a Kremlin fax machine and duct-taped together with Trumpโ€™s desperation to stay in power and out of prison. He wants Ukraine to surrender territory Russia doesnโ€™t even control โ€” like a landlord trying to evict a tenant from an apartment he hasnโ€™t even built yet. He wants them to carve NATO out of their constitution like a forced lobotomy. He wants them to shrink their military so Russia can just walk in anytime like theyโ€™re โ€œchecking the meter.โ€ He wants Ukraine to grant absolute amnesty to war criminals โ€” the rapists, the child snatchers, the torturers, the execution squads. And then he wants them to enter a joint profit-sharing agreement with Russia and the United States. Except โ€œUnited Statesโ€ here means Donald J. Trump personally, because the profits go through a โ€œPeace Boardโ€ with HIM as chair โ€” a guy who shouldnโ€™t be chairing anything except maybe a folding chair at a parole hearing. This isnโ€™t policy. This is organized crime with diplomatic letterhead. And Europe? Trump treats Europe like the worldโ€™s ATM machine he forgot he doesnโ€™t own. Heโ€™s telling Europe: โ€ขUnfreeze $100 billion of Russian assets โ€ขThrow in another $100 billion of your own โ€ขRebuild the territories Russia stole โ€ขAnd then sit quietly while Russia gets welcomed back into the G7 like theyโ€™re returning from summer camp and not a genocidal invasion Itโ€™s the closest thing to a geopolitical mugging the world has ever seen. NATO? Oh, he doesnโ€™t destroy NATO outright โ€” he does something worse. He makes America โ€œneutral,โ€ like heโ€™s mediating between a burglar and the homeowner. โ€œLetโ€™s hear both sides,โ€ he says, while Russia is standing there with blood on its hands and a shopping cart full of stolen land. This is how NATO collapses: not with an explosion, but with a shrug. The U.S. becomes a middleman between the alliance it built and the dictatorship that wants to dismantle it. That is the dream โ€” THE DREAM โ€” Putin has had since he realized the USSR was gone and he couldnโ€™t resurrect it by sheer delusion alone. And the economic part? The most deranged of all? Trump wants the U.S. and Russia to partner on: โ€ขenergy โ€ขminerals โ€ขAI โ€ขrare earths โ€ขArctic extraction โ€ขdata centers This isnโ€™t foreign policy. Itโ€™s a hostile merger where the U.S. accidentally becomes the junior partner. Itโ€™s the geopolitical equivalent of marrying your stalker and giving him access to your bank accounts. No American president โ€” not Bush, not Obama, not Reagan, not Carter, not ANYONE โ€” has ever proposed something so suicidal because they werenโ€™t financially dependent on Russian billionaires with yachts the size of Rhode Island. And hereโ€™s the final boss of insanity: Trump wants a literal profit cut from Ukraineโ€™s surrender. Europe pays. Russia gets the land. Ukraine gets violated. NATO gets humiliated. America gets weaker. And Trump walks away with a percentage like heโ€™s taking a commission at the worldโ€™s darkest closing table. Putin couldnโ€™t win with tanks. Couldnโ€™t win with missiles. Couldnโ€™t win with terror. Couldnโ€™t win with 300,000 dead troops. So Trump is doing the job for him in a Word document. This isnโ€™t peace. This isnโ€™t strategy. This isnโ€™t diplomacy. This is treason wearing a necktie. And he wants a f***ing cut of the spoils.

Imagine losing your mom on your very first day in the world. Thatโ€™s exactly what happened to this baby elephant. Poachers killed its mother, leaving the tiny calf completely alone. It was so hungry, so dehydrated, and so weakโ€ฆ it couldnโ€™t even stand. A rescuer named Adam found the little elephant just in time. To protect it from the burning sun and biting insects, he covered its body with cool mud before taking it to safety. The first few days were heartbreaking. Willow, as Adam later named the baby elephant, would often look around as if she was still searching for her mother. But Adam never gave up on her. He fed her, cared for her, and stayed by her side every single day. Slowly, Willow started trusting him. Before long, she became playful, curious, and full of personality. She loved interacting with people and always found funny ways to make visitors smile. Then something amazing happened. Adam noticed Willow loved holding a paintbrush. So he gave her canvases and paints, rewarding her favorite treats whenever she finished a picture. With practice, Willow got better and better. Soon, she was even signing her own paintings. People traveled from all over just to see the famous painting elephant. The money raised helped the struggling zoo hire veterinarians, improve the animalsโ€™ homes, and give many more rescued animals a better life. The little elephant who had once lost everything ended up giving hope to so many others. If you think Willow is a true hero, leave a โค๏ธ in the comments.

I flipped trucks like this in college. We had a secret weapon that gave us an unfair advantage. There was a publication that came out each Thursday called the EZ-Ad. You might have something similar in your area โ€“ Penny Saver, for example. This was pre-web. No one was selling cars online. This text-only publication had all kinds of stuff for sale, including cars and trucks. We would scour the EZ-Ad for anything priced below the local market, mostly trucks, because they were in demand. Our unfair advantage was that we got access to the EZ-ad hours before anyone else. A random phone call turned us on to this unfair advantage. Thursday morning would come, and two of my buddies and I would drive all over town looking for the latest EZ-Ad. We wanted to find the deals before anyone else did. But it took a ton of time, and it was random. So, I finally just called the EZ-Ad offices and asked them when the deliveries were made. They couldnโ€™t tell me. But before I hung up, the receptionist made this seemingly innocuous comment: โ€œWe put the latest edition in our office lobby at 9 AM.โ€ Wait, what?! Guess where we were the following Thursday at 9 AM. In the lobby of EZ-Ad HQ, of course. This went on for 3 years. We would get the EZ-Ad early and call sellers who had trucks priced low. We would immediately drive to the sellerโ€™s location and bring cash. But that wasnโ€™t enough. We found a local guy who could paint these trucks for us. Cheaply We painted every truck white with a grey stripe along the bottom of each side. White and grey were hot sellers, and they made these trucks look newer than they were. After three years, there wasnโ€™t a day that I didnโ€™t see multiple white and grey trucks driving around town. It was glorious. ARMCHAIR WITH JANJINGJING #ARMCHAIRเธ„เธธเธขเน€เธฅเนˆเธ™เน€เธญเธฒเธˆเธฃเธดเธ‡ #JanJingjing (the most memorable scene) ๐Ÿฏ: iโ€™d choose the pajama scene where we cried together ๐ŸŽค: (the footage is coming up. is it the same scene [that jan chose]?) ๐Ÿฏ: itโ€™s a different scene, but itโ€™s in the same episode, ep8. because this scene was one of the first scenes we got to do a drama scene together. and iโ€™m someone who puts a lot of pressure on myself. for acting, my acting teacher once said, โ€œif you try hard to make it good with too much determination, it wonโ€™t come out well.โ€ ๐ŸŽค: trying too hard ๐Ÿฏ: trying too hard ๐ŸŽค: it goes beyond the right amount ๐Ÿฏ: yes, trying too hard. it blocks everything in my body and doesnโ€™t allow whatโ€™s inside to flow out. iโ€™m someone who tends to pressure myself, so i kept telling myself, โ€œi want to do it wellโ€ but the more i thought like this, it created more and more pressure. i blocked myself more, and the less i was able to do it ๐ŸŽค: (it sounds very tough; itโ€™s like meditating. you want to be calm but the mind isnโ€™t) ๐Ÿฏ: the more i thought like that, the voices in my head were fighting each other more. the more they fought each other, my focus on the character slipped away ๐ŸŽค: (โ€œthe harder you try, the worse it getsโ€) ๐Ÿฏ: yes, and the more i overthought, โ€œi have to do this and this. it has to come out well.โ€ but i forgot to actually be wine. at that time, when i was filming with pโ€™jan, they filmed pโ€™janโ€™s angle first. and when it came to me, i couldnโ€™t act ๐ŸŽค: like filming your face? ๐Ÿฏ: yes, pโ€™janโ€™s side was shot first. when it was my turn to film me, i couldnโ€™t act. the director came over and told me, โ€œi donโ€™t think itโ€™s there yet.โ€ that made me feel even more pressure. i went and sat by myself on set, sitting there crying. pโ€™jan came to comfort me. she came over andโ€ฆ pโ€™jan is such a talented person, because we acted many takes, but pโ€™jan cried like that for me in every take to feed me the emotion when the camera was on me ๐ŸŽค: do you remember how many takes it took? ๐Ÿฏ: that scene was very long ๐ŸฆŠ: we probably filmed for around 4-5 hours for this scene ๐ŸŽค: (the scene was a few minutes long, but 4-5 hours. itโ€™s not only about saying the lines, but the emotions had to be there too. how did you get through it, jingjing?) ๐Ÿฏ: i was trying, and pโ€™jan tried encouraging me and came and hugged me. so i was like, โ€œnope! the slower it goes, the more pressure i would feel. everyone on set is waiting for me.โ€ that just made me more pressured. i put a lot of pressure on myself. eventually, i thought, โ€œforget it! however it turns out, so be it! i tried to stop paying attention to everything around me and focus only on โ€œiโ€™m kโ€™wine, and how much i love kโ€™lalโ€ the acting coach and assistant director tried getting me into the scene, telling me to remember that i had to be kโ€™wine. i thought about how much kโ€™wine loves kโ€™lal. once i started getting rid of my own stress and tried getting back into kโ€™wine again, i finally was able to do the scene ๐ŸŽค: (magic moment about getting unstuck from stumbling) ๐Ÿฏ: yes. this was the scene where pโ€™jan told me, โ€œno matter how many takes, pโ€™ can do it for you.โ€ honestly, this scene made us build a better understanding of each other regarding work ๐ŸŽค: youโ€™re very lucky to have someone next to you who understands you ๐ŸฆŠ: i knew that she was stressed, and that this is how she gets [when stressed]. so i said, โ€œdonโ€™t stress! iโ€™ll do it for you! weโ€™ll keep going until we get it. donโ€™t be afraid.โ€

For the entire history of our species, your lifespan was dictated by your zip code and your bank account. If you couldnโ€™t access a tier-one hospital, you relied on the biological bandwidth of a single local human. Guessing at your symptoms. Based on what they could remember from medical school. That era just quietly ended. Elon Musk just revealed exactly how superintelligence is bypassing the legacy medical system entirely. Legacy medicine is an analog system. Your blood work goes to one lab. Your MRI goes to a specialist. Your GP tries to manually stitch the narrative together from memory. The human mind cannot compute at that scale. Musk: โ€œAI can look at all the studies and look at all the data, cross-check everything and give you good recommendations.โ€ Grok doesnโ€™t guess. It operates as a planetary-scale pattern recognition engine pointed directly at the human body. Musk: โ€œYou can literally take a photograph of your blood work, like the page, upload from your phone, upload that to Grok and it will tell you if thereโ€™s something wrong.โ€ One photo. From a $50 smartphone. Instantly cross-referenced against every medical study ever published in human history. Musk: โ€œI havenโ€™t seen it be wrong yet.โ€ No referral. No six-month wait to see a specialist too exhausted to read your chart for more than five minutes. No bill. And here is the sentence that should terrify every legacy medical board on earth. Musk: โ€œIโ€™ve certainly seen cases where itโ€™s actually better than what the doctor told you.โ€ The most advanced medical mind in human history is sitting in your pocket right now. It doesnโ€™t forget. It doesnโ€™t silo your information. It doesnโ€™t get tired at the end of a twelve-hour shift and miss something. It doesnโ€™t care how much money you make or what country you live in. For the first time in human history, elite healthcare is not a privilege. It is a network feature available to every human being on earth with a smartphone. The legacy medical system spent a century gatekeeping access to knowledge that was never theirs to own. That gate just disappeared.

While I was learning how to Trade and struggling in real life, I dealt with Su!cidal Ideations in the early stages. I wanted to give up because life was HARD and learning to trade felt even harder. I used to pray to God that He would take me home in my sleep. Iโ€™m grateful that He didnโ€™t listen. He showed me that where I found myself was the end of the road I wanted to travel on and the beginning of the path he wanted me on. Iโ€™m grateful to be here today to tell the story and see the impact that my perseverance has created for lots of people around the world. Itโ€™s normal to feel the depressed and exhausted on this journey but KEEP GOING! I promise you that it gets better. Plenty of people have been on your position and turned things around. Itโ€™s never too late as long as the breath is in your body. You just have to be willing to tune out the noise, learn/have discipline and take it day-by-day. Life didnโ€™t get better overnightโ€ฆ it took some time to rebuild but greater was He that lives within me and I was able to compound what I had left to what I couldnโ€™t even imagine having during a single period in time. Iโ€™ve gone places that I couldnโ€™t even dream of prior to learning this and I wouldnโ€™t have the life that I now have if I didnโ€™t trust in Him, compared myself to others and spent a disgusting amount of time on social media seeking validation. No matter where you are right now in life, 1 full year of focus, discipline and application can change your entire life. I pray that you receive obsession and passion for the things you want out of life. I hope that you find things that give you the will to live and build a life that can bless others in their lowest moments too. Think about your โ€œReason Whyโ€ and know that everyday you show up to do the work, it gets you CLOSER to the life you are working towards. Little by Little, without fail. What you do everyday impacts your future. Choose Discipline and if you donโ€™t have it, LEARN IT. -Dave

Fascinating chat! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ โ€œThe ANC had the power, and it still has the power, to come up with economic policy that benefits everybody but, as I pointed out, through things like Black Economic Empowerment, a lot of its leaders have been co-opted, to just leave things as they are.โ€ โ€œThese guys who are in these BEE schemesโ€ฆThatโ€™s one of the main drivers of this corruptionโ€ฆ these BEE schemes. [But] for big business โ€” as long as you donโ€™t touch my business โ€” when you steal, actually, a lot of this corruption is stealing taxpayersโ€™ money.โ€ โ€œthey (big business) chose black leadersโ€ฆ These guys set up Black Economic Empowerment. Many people naively think that Black Economic Empowerment is there to advance Black people. Actually, itโ€™s there to do the opposite.โ€ โ€œLetโ€™s take one step Back. The wealth of S Africa was largely created by Black South Africans. First, they own the land. So it was their land. It was taken from them; and the minerals under the land were also taken from themโ€ฆ They became the workers to build the mines. So, in real terms, the profits and the capital belongs to them as well. So, when weโ€™re talking about capital in S Africa, itโ€™s actually a national asset. [But] people think itโ€™s a white man this, white man thatโ€ฆ When you start to look at who owns these big companies in South Africaโ€ฆ Many people naively think that the white managers own them (big companies). They donโ€™t. Actually, a big part of some of these companies are owned by the Black people through their pension funds, their medical aid, their savingsโ€ฆ but they donโ€™t understandโ€ฆ how to get the profits and have a say in how these companies are managed. They just give it to fund managersโ€ฆ You are actually a co-owner of Anglo Americanโ€ฆ If you donโ€™t ask, they wonโ€™t tellโ€ฆ Your money, your savings are in Sanlam, in Old Mutual. You are a co-owner of this. So we have to be careful about who owns the wealth of S Africa. A lot of the wealth of South Africa is actually owned by Black peopleโ€ฆ but they are not in insisting thatโ€ฆโ€ โ€œBlack people in South Africa have a lot of powerโ€ฆ but they donโ€™t quite know how to use their power and, of course, the other side is not gonna tell youโ€ฆ They say, leave it to us, we will invest the money and, now and then, pay your pension, or whatever it is; the profits that comeโ€ฆ Thatโ€™s what our trade unions were supposed to do - One of the things they were supposed to do. In fact, when I was at COSATU, I suggested that they set up a bank of their own COSATU (Bank), because COSATU then had 1.8 million membersโ€ฆ paying, every week (dues). I said letโ€™s setup a commercial bank, which will finance black entrepreneurs, which will finance housing for our members, who were living in the shanty townsโ€ฆ but I was overruledโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ–‡๏ธ
