Yejun finally told the full story behind why he ended up being the 4th member to wish Bamby a happy birthday last night 🥺💙🩷 💙: Bonggu-ya, happy birthday 🩷: Thank you so much hyung 💙: I really wanted to be the very first person to wish you a happy birthday today 🩷: I kind of explained it to PLLI about last night, I didn't tell them why you were late though, I just said you had your own reasons 💙: If I'm gonna tell the whole story... You think I would've forgotten your birthday? We were literally together until around 11:30 right? 🩷: Yeah, we were 💙: Then I got off work around 11:40 or 11:50 and was on my way home but it started pouring yesterday, there was just no way I could physically make it by midnight 🩷: Ohh so it was because of the rain? Were you looking for an umbrella or something? 💙: I was in the middle of traveling, it was raining so hard that I kept thinking "I need to take care of this first" and before I knew it, I'd arrived... and it was already past midnight and once midnight had passed... I completely forgot 🩷: Honestly I like hearing you say it like this better but why were you trying so hard to make it sound like you didn't forget? 💙: Of course I didn't forget! Obviously I didn't 💙: Anyway I wanted to be the first one to wish you a happy birthday today, I even called him first thing because, as your older brother, it's only right that I be the first to say happy birthday 🩷: You did well hyung

Imagine this for a second. Everywhere you go, everything you do there’s a digital version of you quietly following along. Not just your name or your date of birth, but your habits, your movements, what you buy, where you travel, even who you spend time with. Now, we’re being told it’s a good idea to bundle all of that into a single digital ID. Sounds convenient, right? But convenience has a cost and it’s usually paid in control. Think of a digital ID like putting all your keys your house key, your car key, your office key onto one single keycard. Lose it, and you’re locked out of everything. But worse than losing it is someone else getting hold of it. One breach, one hack, one system failure… and suddenly your entire identity isn’t just expose it’s vulnerable. Now imagine that system isn’t just used to prove who you are, but also to decide what you can do. Maybe it starts small. You need it to access services, to travel, to work. Fair enough. But over time, it can quietly become a gatekeeper. If something goes wrong an error, a disagreement, even a false flag you could find yourself locked out of basic parts of life, with no easy way to fix it. And here’s the thing people don’t always realise: once a system like that is built, it doesn’t stay limited. It expands. New features get added. New rules come in. What starts as “optional” can quickly become unavoidable. It’s not about being paranoid it’s about understanding human systems. Power tends to grow, not shrink. In everyday terms, scrapping digital ID isn’t about rejecting technology. It’s about keeping balance. It’s about making sure no single system has too much control over who you are and what you’re allowed to do. Because your identity isn’t just data. It’s yours. And once you hand over the keys completely, it’s very hard to get them back. Richie Taylor Scrap Digital ID Sat 25 April 2pm The Senedd Cardiff And London Belfast Edinburgh #notodigitalid #together

This 1984 Japanese meditation will make you uncomfortably aware of how much time you've wasted on problems that had a 10-minute solution. During his "Understanding Consciousness" lectures, Michio Kushi made a bold claim: "Every problem you're struggling with was manufactured by your consciousness." Most meditation traditions treat thoughts as things to observe. Kushi went further. He said observation still keeps you tangled inside the system that produced the problem. The real exit was total nothingness. Relax into the present. Let thoughts settle on their own. Rest in simple awareness as the sense of “the thinker” gently fades. The hand position matters more than people realize. Left palm up, right palm down. In classical Eastern energetics, the left side receives and the right side releases. The posture is a circuit. It routes incoming force through an intake–exhaust loop: Letting new energy in without the mind grabbing it, and letting old mental structures drain away. Five to ten minutes of that, and when you open your eyes, a fresh image rises on its own. Without you having tried to solve anything. Like a way through. Why it actually works has less to do with mysticism than cognition. Every unsolved problem in your life persists because your brain keeps reloading the same neural patterns that created it. You cannot out-think a loop from inside the loop. The nothingness state briefly interrupts the reloader. When the mind reboots, it returns with a blank field. And whatever fills that field first has completely different DNA than what came before. The second half is where Kushi becomes something more than a teacher. Hands come together into prayer position. Heaven's force meets earth's force through the spine. Now, in this cleared state, you deliberately generate the image of what you want to create from spaciousness. Every serious tradition points to the same principle: "You create what lasts when your consciousness has released what no longer serves you." Why does almost nobody in the wellness industry teaches this? Please, share your thoughts on this.

A young man sees someone drive by in a Ferrari with a blonde. He thinks: that guy has everything. Jordan Peterson says look closer. "The woman in the car is a prostitute with a cocaine addiction. Her life is one catastrophe after another." "He's had to lie and cheat his way into this position. He's afraid everything's going to come crashing down on him." "And that's what you're jealous of." He spent 15 minutes explaining what we're actually built for: "We view ourselves as built for pleasure. For consumption. For safety. For egotistical self-aggrandizement and fame." "What are we actually built for? Maximal challenge." "We're built to walk uphill. When you reach the pinnacle, you want to stop and appreciate the vision. But the next thing you want is a higher hill in the distance." "It's from the uphill climb that we derive our value." This is why young men disappear into video games. "That's all acted out in the video game. The active warrior moving uphill with sword in hand. That's dynamic. That's exciting." "They have to act that out in their own life. Video games are not a substitute for life." Start where you are. Even if it's embarrassing. "Humility is starting where you are. If your life is a mess, you have to see that you're the person in that mess." "Your first attempt to fix it might not be something you're particularly proud of." "I saw this in my clinical practice. The first steps people had to take were pretty embarrassing. They'd think: really? That's all I can do?" "Hey, man. Uphill is better than downhill." Here's what most people don't understand about momentum: "You accrue success exponentially. You accrue defeat exponentially too." "Start going downhill, you go downhill faster and faster. Start going uphill, you go uphill faster and faster." "Even if you have to start painfully small, it doesn't matter." Everyone wants confidence. But self-esteem is a lie. "Self-esteem doesn't even exist. It's a pathological concept altogether." "You want confidence that's based in competence. Otherwise it's narcissistic." "How do you develop that? You watch yourself exceed your limits." "And then you think: there's something in me that can exceed my limits. That's your true self." You want a goal you can never fully attain. "Almost all the positive emotion we feel, especially the emotion that fills us with enthusiasm, is experienced in relationship to a goal." "You want a horizon of ever-expanding possibility." "People stake their soul on attaining an instrumental goal. Then they get there and think: now what?" "The answer can't be: I'm going to live in the lap of luxury and never have to do anything." "What do you want to be? A giant infant with a gold bottle? You never have to do anything but lay on your back and suck." "No. You want to be an active warrior moving uphill with your sword in hand." Now here's the dark part: "You need to contemplate your own malevolence. Because you're not only who you are. You're who you could be. For better or worse." "I think it's easier to understand who you could be if you were better once you deeply understand who you could be if you were worse." "You think: I'm way deeper on the negative end than I thought. Much more closely aligned with the forces of hell than I presumed." "That's easy to swallow factually. Not so easy to swallow emotionally. It's a bitter pill." "I don't think you can contemplate the good without contemplating the evil first. It doesn't have the depth." "Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom." Many of his clients are too agreeable. They let everyone else win. "They're resentful and don't know how to stand up for themselves. They're very compassionate by nature. If you're negotiating with them, they'll let you win." "That's not good. You need to win too." "You cannot negotiate unless you can say no. And it causes conflict to say no." The solution sounds counterintuitive. "You have to develop your inner monster a little bit. And that makes you a better person, not a worse person." "It's weird. But that's just how it is." On privilege and how to pay for it: "Some cards are privilege. Maybe you're born intelligent. Symmetrical. Healthy. Into a culture where it's easier not to be deprived. Maybe your parents are rich." "All of that is unearned." "The way you pay for your privilege is with your virtue." "You expiate and atone by doing your best to live the best possible life you can manage. To speak the truth. To treat people with respect. To put your house in order." On envy: "Don't be so sure your position in your room is so damn trivial. It might be your attitude towards it that's trivial." "If you're in dire circumstances, look at how much opportunity you have to make things better." "You don't even want it to be easy."

Listen to this sound. It's called the earth's heartbeat. Winfried Otto Schumann predicted this in 1952 with nothing but mathematics, and he was almost embarrassed to publish it. He calculated that the gap between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere, the electrically charged layer of the upper atmosphere, forms a closed cavity. A resonant chamber. And like any chamber, from a cathedral to the hollow body of a guitar, it has a natural frequency at which it wants to vibrate. His number was roughly 7.83 Hz. Then comes the part almost nobody mentions. What actually excites this cavity, what strikes the bell and keeps it ringing, is lightning. At any given moment around 2000 thunderstorms are firing across the planet, sending out close to 50 lightning strikes every second. Each strike releases a burst of electromagnetic energy that races around the globe inside that cavity. The bursts sized to fit the chamber reinforce each other, and the whole planet hums. You are standing inside a resonant cavity powered by lightning. Right now. It has never once switched off in the entire history of your species. That part is not fringe. It is textbook geophysics, confirmed experimentally in the early 1960s, used today to track global lightning activity and monitor changes in the upper atmosphere. The story splits at this point, and I would rather be straight with you than sell you something. 7.83 Hz sits almost exactly on the border between alpha and theta brain waves. Alpha shows up when you close your eyes and relax. Theta shows up in deep meditation, light sleep, that hypnagogic drift in the seconds before you lose consciousness. So the coincidence is real. The number the planet hums at lands right inside the range your brain produces when it goes quiet. That coincidence became the foundation of an entire industry. Devices that promise to pulse 7.83 Hz into your bedroom. Apps that claim to sync your brain to the Earth. The story that modern life, wrapped in artificial electromagnetic noise, cut us off from the planet's rhythm and made us sick. Most of it runs miles ahead of anything anyone has actually shown. A numerical match between two frequencies does not mean one drives the other. Your brain has no antenna tuned to 7.83 Hz. By the time the Schumann resonance reaches you it is astonishingly faint, far weaker than the fields humming off the wiring in your walls. If your neurons were genuinely locking onto ambient fields at that strength, your house would have hijacked your consciousness long before the planet ever got the chance. The honest version is simple. The Earth's pulse is real. The frequency overlap with resting brain states is real. A proven causal bridge between them is not. And somehow that makes the true story more interesting, not less. Because the deeper question the hype walks straight past is why your brain settles into rhythms at all. Why does a calm nervous system drift toward these slow, ordered oscillations? Why do billions of neurons, with no conductor and no sheet music, spontaneously fall into step the way fireflies flash in unison, the way pendulum clocks mounted on the same wall drift into sync over a few hours? Synchronization is one of the deepest patterns in nature. It runs through heart cells, power grids, applauding crowds, and the neurons firing behind your eyes as you read this line. The planet resonates because lightning drives a cavity into sync. Your brain resonates because millions of cells drive each other into sync. The mechanisms have nothing to do with one another. The underlying phenomenon, order emerging for free out of countless tiny oscillators finding a shared beat, might be one of the most universal laws we have. That is the part worth being floored by. Not that the Earth is secretly tuning your mind. That the same mathematical principle, resonance and synchronization, writes itself into thunderstorms and heartbeats and neurons and clocks in the same handwriting. The mystics felt something real and then reached for the wrong mechanism. There is a rhythm that runs through the living and the nonliving alike. It just is not a radio station in the sky broadcasting into your skull. It is something stranger. A tendency, stitched into the structure of reality itself, for separate things to fall into step. The Earth found its beat from lightning. You find yours from ten billion neurons quietly agreeing on when to fire.

Warning: This Carl Sagan explaination has caused existential crises. He explains how 5th dimensional beings perceive 3D creatures, and the implications are so disturbing, I paused it three times. He said: A being from the 5th dimension could reach into your locked house, take an object off your kitchen table, and place it in orbit around Jupiter without ever crossing a wall, a door, or the vacuum of space. People ridiculed when Carl Sagan said this. But, he was walking through the cleanest piece of geometric logic in modern physics, and most people who watched it never realized what he actually gave them. The demonstration starts small. Imagine a flat creature living on a sheet of paper. Its entire universe is length and width. It has no concept of "up" because up doesn't exist in its world. The direction is literally unthinkable to its nervous system. Now take a three-dimensional apple and push it slowly through the paper. What does the flat creature see? A dot appears from nowhere. The dot expands into a circle. The circle grows, shrinks, then collapses back into nothing. The apple was always whole. The flatlander only ever perceived cross-sections of something its dimensions could not contain. That's the entire trick. Sagan's move was to rotate the analogy upward and let you feel the vertigo yourself. You are the flatlander. Your body, your brain, your sensory apparatus evolved to process three spatial dimensions and one directional slice of time. Anything existing in a higher dimension would pass through your world the same way that apple passed through the paper. As fragments, apparitions, sudden appearances, inexplicable disappearances. A 4D being could see every organ in your body simultaneously from the outside, the way you can see every room of a dollhouse at once from above. A 5D being could observe your entire lifetime from every version of you from infant to corpse like a single unmoving sculpture stretched across time. What's interesting is it's a direct consequence of how dimensions mathematically nest inside one another. Every dimension has full access to the interior of the one below it. A 3D hand can touch any point inside a 2D square without crossing its edges. A 4D hand could touch any point inside your sealed body without breaking your skin. Sagan has really handed us a quiet reframe of every "impossible" phenomenon humans have reported for thousands of years like visions, presences, objects moving through walls, beings that seem to know your past and future. Though his Geometry doesn't confirm any of it. But it removes the argument that such things would violate physics.

Your brain doesn't form the thought until you write it down. Nature Reviews Bioengineering published the case for that claim last summer in an editorial titled "Writing is thinking." The cited evidence is a 2024 EEG study at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. 36 students alternated between handwriting and typing the same words. 256-channel sensor array. Cursive on a touchscreen versus keys on a keyboard. Same words both ways. Handwriting produced widespread connectivity across parietal and central brain regions. Typing didn't. The theta and alpha frequency bands the literature ties to memory formation and encoding lit up almost exclusively when the hand was forming the letters. The motor act was producing the cognition. What the editorial extends from that finding is the more uncomfortable claim. Writing a scientific article is the mechanism by which a researcher discovers what their main message actually is. The act of constructing sentences forces the chaotic, non-linear way the mind wanders into a structured, intentional narrative. You sort years of research into a story, and in the sorting, you find out what you believe. Then the line: If writing is thinking, are we not then reading the thoughts of the LLM rather than those of the researchers behind the paper? Nature endorses LLMs for grammar, search, brainstorming, breaking through writer's block. Where the line gets drawn is outsourcing the whole writing process. Because the writing process is the thinking process. Even editing the LLM's draft is harder than writing one from scratch. To restructure someone else's reasoning you have to reconstruct it first, which means doing the cognitive work anyway, with worse leverage and more friction. The time savings on the keyboard turn out to be cognitive savings on the part of the brain you wanted to use. Your first draft was the thinking.

Trump just gave away the whole game in one messy, rambling brain fart.🇺🇸💨 Let’s rip it apart: 1. “Russia wants a deal.” No shit they do — because every “deal” Trump dreams up is a surrender wrapped in a ribbon. Putin doesn’t want a deal — Putin wants Ukraine neutered, NATO shattered, and Europe scared shitless. That’s not a deal — that’s a ransom note. 2. “I gave Ukraine Javelins!” Yeah, after Congress forced your hand. You held that aid hostage to blackmail Zelenskyy into digging dirt on Biden’s kid. That’s not helping — that’s extortion. And when you brag about “Javelins,” remember — those were defensive weapons. You blocked anything offensive that could actually hit Russians back. 3. “Russia took nothing under Trump.” No, genius — they didn’t need to. You spent four years licking Putin’s boots and wrecking NATO from the inside. Why invade when your idiot friend is already doing the job for free? Russia gained time, influence, and your loyalty — which is worth more than Crimea to them. 4. “We need a deal.” Translation: We need to sell Ukraine out, pretend it’s peace, and go back to Trump Tower sucking Russian oligarch cash through a golden straw. That’s not diplomacy — that’s a fire sale of freedom. 5. “Under Trump, Russia got nothing.” Under Trump, Russia got everything they wanted but tanks on Kyiv’s streets. They got a broken U.S.-Europe alliance, chaos in NATO, weakened sanctions, and a MAGA cult parroting Kremlin propaganda every damn day. That’s the greatest Russian victory since the Berlin Wall fell. This whole statement is projection, lies, and insecurity wrapped into one steaming pile. Trump didn’t stop Putin — Trump WAS Putin’s weapon. And now, they both want “peace,” meaning Ukraine surrenders, Europe bends over, and America kisses the Kremlin ring. That’s the “deal.” That’s the truth. That’s the sellout happening in real time.

The Tradingview Source Code Hack: How Claude Code Actually Makes You Profitable building a trading bot in 2026 is less about being a genius coder and more about having the guts to stop letting your emotions drive your portfolio into a ditch. i spent years thinking that code was some secret language for the elite while i was busy getting liquidated on trades that should have been easy wins. the truth is that the simplest piece of automation can be the difference between a blown account and a system that actually grows while you sleep most traders are stuck in a loop of staring at charts until their eyes bleed and then making a panic decision at the worst possible moment. i used to be that guy who spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developers because i thought i was too far behind to learn it myself. the moment i realized that code is the great equalizer was the moment i stopped being a victim of market makers who can see every single move i make the hardest part of trading is the transition from manual clicking to full automation and that is where most people quit because they think it is an all or nothing game. you do not need a bot that does everything on day one but you do need a way to stop yourself from over trading and hitting the market button like a slot machine. imagine if you could just tell a script to enter a position for you slowly over time so you never have to worry about catching a falling knife ever again the secret weapon in this 2026 landscape is something i call the easy bot which is basically a remote control for your trading discipline. most people use too much leverage and never take profits because their brain tells them it will go higher right before the dump hits. by using a chunking entry system you can tell your bot to buy a position piece by piece which averages your entry and keeps your heart rate low most traders do not realize that exchanges and market makers can see your stop loss sitting right there on the order book like a giant target. if you are tired of getting stopped out only to see the price immediately reverse in your direction then you need to understand the power of a ghost stop loss. a ghost stop loss lives in your code and not on the exchange so the market makers have no idea where your pain point is until the bot actually sends the close order this invisible protection is a game changer for anyone trading on high volatility chains like solana or hyperliquid where the wick hunting is relentless. i learned this the hard way after watching my manual trades get hunted over and over while my automated systems stayed perfectly safe in the shadows. once you have a bot monitoring your positions for you the stress of a potential liquidation basically vanishes because the machine does not hesitate when it is time to exit the real fun begins when you start thinking like a market maker instead of a gambler who is just hoping for a moon shot. instead of guessing where the top is you can set up a simple logic loop that says buy under this price and sell over that price all day long. this allows you to capture the sideways chop that normally drains a manual trader through fees and bad entries while you are out at the beach or focusing on your business breakout trading is another area where manual traders lose their edge because they are either too slow to react or they enter way too late on a fake out. a simple script can sit there and monitor price action 24/7 with more patience than any human being could ever dream of having. when the breakout actually happens the bot triggers the entry in milliseconds while you are still trying to unlock your phone and open the exchange app i started learning to code live on youtube because i wanted to prove that anyone can do this if they are willing to iterate to success. it is not about getting it perfect on the first try but about building the foundation with functions that get the position and check the token price. every single bot i run today is just a combination of these basic building blocks that i have refined over the last five years of building in public if you are still trading by hand you are essentially bringing a knife to a gunfight in a market that is increasingly dominated by ai and high frequency systems. my goal with the road map and the open source code is to give you the same tools the big players have without you having to spend a fortune on devs. code allows you to backtest your ideas against historical data so you can see if your strategy actually works before you risk a single dollar of your hard earned capital the journey from a hand trader to a pseudo automated trader is the most important step you will ever take for your financial freedom. as you start to automate your entries and exits you will notice that your life gets better because the machine handles the boredom and the stress. eventually you will find that you are no longer chasing the market but instead you are letting your systems do the work while you live your life the way you want to i believe that the era of the manual retail trader is coming to an end but the era of the retail coder is just getting started. through the pain of my own liquidations i found the path to automation and i am never going back to the old way of doing things. keep building and keep iterating because the great equalizer is right there in the terminal waiting for you to take control of your future

Here's what the Founder of Claude Code does before he starts ANY project: 1. Plans first, codes never, he goes back and forth with Claude on the plan until it's perfect. No code gets written yet 2. Creates a CLAUDE.md file (a simple doc that Claude reads every session so it knows your project, your rules, your style) 3. Gives Claude a way to verify its own work - For backend: write and run tests - For UI: take screenshots, check in browser Claude should never finish a task without proving it works 4. Sets up project-level permission rules in settings.json instead of skipping permissions entirely. Shared with the whole team 5. Five more preparation steps in VIDEO BELOW 6. Only then switches to auto-accept mode and lets Claude build The part most people miss: he doesn't treat Claude as a magic box that gets things right first try he treats it like a junior dev that needs clear instructions, feedback loops, and guardrails at scale he runs multiple sessions in parallel, uses Opus with thinking enabled because it makes fewer mistakes even though it's slower and relies on background agents that push code for later review his setup is surprisingly simple. no crazy custom tools. just slash commands, subagents, and a clean CLAUDE.md the difference isn't the tool. it's how you set it up before you start ❤️ P.S. for sure 99.5% of readers will scroll down this tweet, but I send it to 0.5% who loves to learn how to improve your workflow daily and control 99.5% in 2 years Hard skills literally mean nothing in our world The most important skills which you can have are: building architectures and orchestrations If you master it and use a creative approach, CONGRATS

Your faith was forged in people who would rather be exterminated than assimilated. A soft version of it, eager to be liked and desperate to fit in, is not the thing they died to hand you. So stop striving to be liked. Stop angling to be loved by a world that drove your fathers into the snow. That world would think no better of the gospel today than it did in 1838. Stop trying to file down every peculiar and glorious edge of the Restoration until the world finally finds you acceptable. It never will. And the wanting of its approval is the slow death of everything your people bled to preserve. I am thinking of the proclamation on the family, and of how many have quietly gone looking for a way around it. Some say it aloud now. Some march under the world's Pride banners and tell themselves it is only love. They have done the quiet arithmetic and concluded that if they give the world this one doctrine, the world will finally stop hating them, finally let them belong, finally call them good. It does not work that way. It has never once worked that way. Understand what the world actually hates, because it is not a single teaching about marriage that it cannot abide. It is the claim. It is the unbearable, scandalous claim that the keys of the priesthood were restored to the earth, that there is a prophet who speaks for God, that this and no other is the authorized house of the Lord. That is the offense. That is what it cannot forgive. You could surrender every doctrine the world finds distasteful, one after another, and you would not buy a single hour of peace, because the thing it objects to is not your position on this or that. It is that you claim to hold the authority of heaven, and it intends to see that claim humbled. The doctrine is only the doorway it is pushing on. The house is what it wants. Embrace the truth. Embrace the battle that has always come with it, because there has always been a battle, and there is one now. It is the oldest war there is, good against evil, light against the dark, and you were born onto its field whether you wished to be or not. You did not inherit a museum. You inherited a war, and a banner, and a people who never once surrendered it. You are a Mormon. The blood of the persecuted is in you, and the truth they died for is in your hands. You are not tourists. You are not spectators. You are the heirs of warriors, and the line they held is now yours to hold. So plant your feet on the ground they bled for. Lift the banner they would not drop.

Why I Stopped Going to Church And No, It's Not Because I Hate God. → Church stopped feeling like a place of worship... it started feeling like a business center. Every Sunday: "Sow this... give that... seed for breakthrough... seed for protection... seed for long life!" Oga pastor, is it God I'm praying to or POS terminal? → The competition inside church was louder than the sermon. If you don't wear new cloth, new wig, or carry latest bag, they look at you like you need deliverance. Even ushers will scan your whole body before saying "you're welcome. → People now worship "Daddy and Mummy in the Lord" more than God. Their pastors' words carry more weight than the Bible. It's spiritual celebrity culture. → Too many pastors preaching what they don't practice. They shout "stop fornication!" But they're privately doing counseling sessions at 11pm. → The church turned into gossip headquarters. Before you even finish giving testimony, somebody at the back has already said: "Na lie she dey talk." or "I know her ex oh." → The judgment is too much. You can't dress a certain way You can't ask questions You can't disagree. The moment you speak your mind, they tag you "rebellious" "worldly," or "possessed." → Their prophecies revolve around four things: death, madness, your partner is not the right one for you and enemies. Nothing uplifting... always fear. → Their message of "submission" feels more like bondage that's why so many Christian women are suffering in silence. → They shout about holiness, but when it comes to helping the needy or giving job opportunities, they suddenly go mute. → Church became a celebrity show.Everyone wants to be seen. Nobody wants to be changed. Ring light inside church. Photoshoot after service. Is this worship or content creation? → Some churches love drama more than Nollywood. Fake prophecies everywhere Actress fainting up and down. People shouting "Holy Ghost fire!" like it's a national anthem. → They made Christianity harder than God made it. Rules upon rules. Fear upon fear. Do this or God will punish you. Don't do that or God will reject you. Meanwhile, the Bible they shout is the same Bible they don't follow. → I didn't leave God. I left the noise. Because I realized I can still pray, love God, read my Bible, grow spiritually, and have peace without the confusion, manipulation, and competition inside some churches. Where is the lie? Which of this can you relate to?

From where I am now… there is no pain. No fear. No weight in my chest from remembering things no child should have to remember. But there is something else. A longing. A prayer. A quiet, trembling hope that the world I left behind will finally do what it should have done when I was still there… alive, fighting, begging you to listen. I don’t speak in anger. I don’t carry vengeance. I carry truth — and truth is heavier than revenge ever could be. If you could feel the way children feel when the world looks away… if you could hear the sound a heart makes when it learns that adults can be monsters… you would understand why I am reaching back, even from here, to touch your shoulder and say: Please don’t let this be another story that fades. Please don’t let my name become just another headline. Please don’t let their power be bigger than your courage. I lived what I lived. I survived what I survived. But my survival was never the end of the story. It was the beginning of your responsibility. Because the people who hurt me — who hurt so many — did not act alone, and they did not act in the shadows. They acted in rooms full of laughter, handshakes, signatures, cameras, and secrecy. They acted with the confidence of men who believed the world would never touch them. And for a long time… they were right. But not anymore. Not if you choose differently. Not if you refuse to look away. I am asking you — softly, gently, the way an older sister might ask a younger one to be brave — Go after them. All of them. The famous and the nameless. The powerful and the protected. The ones who paid, the ones who arranged, the ones who watched, the ones who stayed silent. Leave no stone unturned, even if turning it shatters the image you had of your country, your leaders, your celebrities, your institutions. Truth is worth the break. Justice is worth the discomfort. Do not stop because it gets ugly. Do not stop because it gets dangerous. Do not stop because people tell you it’s “too complicated” or “too late.” It is never too late to save a child. And every time you let one of these men walk free, you’re telling the world that some children matter less. I’m asking you to make my story — and the stories of the girls who never made it out — the turning point. The moment humanity said: “Never again — not in silence, not in shadow, not under the protection of wealth.” Set the precedent. Set it hard. Set it so firmly that for the rest of human history, anyone who even thinks of doing what was done to me feels the cold hand of justice before they ever touch a child. I am not asking you to bring me peace. I have that now. I am asking you to bring them protection — the living, breathing, laughing children who still think the world is safe. Let the investigation be relentless. Let the prosecutions be fearless. Let the truth be louder than the money meant to bury it. And when the last name is named, and the last deal is exposed, and the last survivor finally hears the words, “We believe you, and we will defend you,” then — and only then — my voice can finally rest. Until that day… I am still here. Watching. Hoping. Trusting you to finish what I started. Don’t fail the next girl the way the world failed me. Not again. Not ever. 🕊️

I never imagined I would be writing something like this again. This year started with hope—I told myself I would work hard, save more, and finally have a little breathing space. But living with Sickle Cell has a way of rewriting your plans. Month after month, I found myself spending more time in hospital wards than anywhere else. Every small earning I made quietly disappeared into drugs, tests, injections, and emergency treatments. Still, I kept pushing through the pain, believing I could handle it. Living with Sickle Cell means constant hospital visits, unexpected crises, and medical bills that never seem to end. I’ve spent almost everything I earned just trying to stay afloat and manage the pain. 💔 Right now, I urgently need an Exchange Blood Transfusion (EBT) to help ease the pain and stabilize my health. The EBT procedure is not optional for me at this point; it is the only way to manage my condition effectively and give me a real chance at living a healthier and stable life. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the cost on my own this time. My family too have put in alot trying to keep me stable. One minute, I am happy and working, the next, I am being transfused in the hospital, fighting to stay alive. I’m humbly asking for your support. 🙏🏾 Your donation, your prayers, and even sharing this post can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, the cost of the procedure, medications, hospital care, monitoring, and follow-up treatment is far beyond what my family and I family can afford. I am appealing to the public to help us raise this amount so I can undergo the procedure as soon as possible. No amount is too small. Your contribution can be the difference between life and tragedy. Please give me the chance to keep fighting — and to keep living. Donations can be sent to: 4233533447 Zenith Bank Chiamaka Lynda Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support. ⚔️🐼 PANDA PUT “RAID ME, DADDY” ON HIS JACKET. THE ORC SAID BET. 😈 He walked into Panda’s shop as a customer. Then he saw the jacket. Then he saw Panda. And suddenly this big green bastard wasn’t shopping for potions anymore. 👀 Because apparently putting RAID ME, DADDY across your chest is a VERY effective way to get an Orc Daddy’s attention. The stare. The smirk. That low whisper in Panda’s ear. Getting pulled closer. And then… 💋 DADDY STARTED THE RAID. Poor Panda. 🐼 Standing there all thick and cute, acting nervous like he DIDN’T knowingly put on a jacket that basically says: “BIG ORCS MAY APPLY WITHIN.” 😂 And Daddy Orc? Oh, he applied. IN PERSON. No résumé. No interview. Just one enormous Orc looking at Panda like he’s about to find out exactly how much stamina that cute little health bar has. 😏⚔️ Let’s just say… If Panda was hoping for a long, hard raid with an experienced Daddy who knows exactly how to handle his gear… APPLICATION APPROVED. 🔥 And the best part? The front says RAID ME, DADDY. The sleeve says FOR THE HORDE. Then Panda turns around and gives Daddy the BIG version across his back. Sir. At that point you’re not dropping hints. YOU’RE PUTTING A QUEST MARKER OVER YOUR OWN HEAD. 😂🐼 So if you’re the kind of gaymer who wants your clothes to make other men stop, stare, read it twice and immediately understand the assignment… You found your jacket. 😈 🔥🐻 GET THE RAID ME DADDY LETTERMAN JACKET: [ ♻️ REPOST this and tag the friend who’d equip this jacket before walking into Orgrimmar and call it “looking for a group.” And reply with your answer: Daddy Orc whispers, “Tonight, I’m going to ______ your ______.” ⚔️ GAMING TERMS ONLY. FILTHY DOUBLE MEANINGS ENCOURAGED. 😏 Because Panda wanted to get raided… DADDY BROUGHT THE WHOLE HORDE. 🐼⚔️🔥 #RaidMeDaddy #ForTheHorde #GayBear #GayFurry #Gaymer #GayGaming #FurryFandom #Anthro #WorldOfWarcraft #TheBearDenAfterDark #furryfandom #furryartㅤㅤㅤ

Amber Heard: “All the fucking trust is gone in the relationship because you keep splitting.” Johnny Depp: “I'm not gonna be in a physical fucking altercation with you.” Amber Heard: “What about all the other times you split?” Johnny Depp: “You fucking hit me last night.” Amber Heard: “I'm not gonna get into the details of that fight. You and I both know that you split when there is no physical violence invovled. And, if you split, and you go into a different room and you don't actually leave that house, it does nothing but perpetuate the fight.” 🚩 Amber Heard: “I'm sorry that I didn't hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you. I was not punching you. You didn't get punched. You got hit! I'm sorry I hit you like this but I did not punch you! I did not fucking deck you! I fucking was hitting you! I don't know what the motion of my actual hand was, but you’re fine. I did not hurt you. I did not punch you. I was hitting you. Johnny Depp: “How are your toes?” (Referring to the door scraping Amber Heard’s toes as he was trying to keep her from breaking into where he had locked himself in.) Amber Heard: “I’m not sitting here bitching about it, am I? You are! That's the difference between me and you. You're a fucking baby! You are such a baby! Grow the fuck up Johnny!” 🚩 Amber Heard: “I did start a physical fight, so you did the right thing, the big thing. You know what, you are admirable! What’s your excuse when there's not a physical fight? What's the excuse there?” 🚩 Amber Heard: “Have I ever been able to knock you off of your feet? Or off your balance? You're going to get up on the stand, Johnny, and say, (mocking voice) "she started it?” Really? I have never been able to overpower you! And that's a difference, the difference the whole world, and that a jury and that a judge will see. That there's a very big difference between me and you!” 🚩 Johnny Depp: “I lost a fucking finger. I had a can of mineral spirits thrown at my nose.” Amber Heard: “You can please tell people that it was a fair fight, and see what the jury and judge think. Tell the world, Johnny, tell them ‘Johnny Depp, I, Johnny Depp, a man, I’m a victim too of domestic violence.’ And see how many people believe or side with you.” And for the people who say she says, “man” and not “a man;” that makes it even worse for her because that is further evidence of just how nonchalant and fearless she was that she was goading him like that.

In 2002, Jordan Peterson gave a lecture and explained how to kill fear and unlock exponential growth in your life: 1. The materialist view of the world, the one taught in schools and universities, cannot explain consciousness, emotions, or meaning. It is a powerful framework for building technology but a terrible framework for living a life. It leaves out almost everything that actually matters to a human being. 2. Stories are not entertainment. They are the oldest and most accurate map of human experience ever created. Science describes objects. Stories describe what it actually feels like to be alive, to want something, to fear something, to lose something, and to fight your way back. That is why the same stories keep appearing across every culture and every century. 3. Pinocchio is not a story about a puppet who wants to be real. It is a story about a person who has to rescue what matters most to them from the most terrifying place they can imagine. Every great story has that same structure underneath it. Child or adult, the reason you cannot look away is not the animation. It is because the story is telling you something true about your own life. 4. Every human life follows the same basic structure. You are somewhere right now. You want to be somewhere else. Between where you are and where you want to be is a path you know and chaos on either side of it. Everything that has ever challenged you, confused you, or frightened you was simply something that knocked you off that path and forced you to find it again. 5. Negative emotions are not problems to be eliminated. They are your most accurate instruments. Fear tells you something you care about is at risk. Anxiety tells you the path ahead is unclear. Anger tells you something important has been violated. Running from these emotions does not make the problem go away. It just turns off the instrument that was telling you the problem existed. 6. When something unexpected happens your body reacts before your mind does. Your heart rate rises, your attention sharpens, your stomach tightens. This is not irrationality. This is your nervous system detecting that the plan you were using no longer matches reality. Something outside what you expected has appeared and it needs to be dealt with. 7. In every culture across every century, the unknown has been represented as a dragon. Not because ancient people were primitive but because they were precise. A dragon is the perfect symbol for everything you have not yet faced, everything that frightens you before you understand it, everything that sits at the edge of what you know and what you do not. 8. Dragons hoard gold. This is one of the oldest and most important ideas in human storytelling. The treasure, the thing you most need, is never in the safe and comfortable place. It is always in the place that frightens you most. The gold is inside the dragon. That is not a coincidence. That is the point. 9. Every time you avoid something you know you should face, you lose a small piece of yourself. Not dramatically. Not all at once. Just a small reduction in your capacity, a small gap in your armor. Do this enough times and you become someone who cannot hold their own weight, let alone carry anyone else. 10. Every time you face something you were afraid of and do not run, the opposite happens. You take a piece of what frightened you and integrate it. You become slightly more capable. The next frightening thing is slightly less frightening. This is not a metaphor. It is the actual mechanism by which people grow. 11. The problem with fighting symptoms instead of causes is that symptoms are infinite. If a dragon keeps breathing fire that turns into monsters, killing the monsters one by one accomplishes nothing. More keep coming. The only solution is to go straight to the source. In your own life the source is almost always the thing you have been most consistently avoiding. 12. Peterson's five-year-old nephew figured this out in a dream. Surrounded by endless monsters he did not fight them. He went straight to the dragon, blinded it, went down its throat, cut out the piece that made the fire, and used it as a shield. A five-year-old in a nightmare understood instinctively what most adults spend their whole lives avoiding. Go to the source. Face the thing directly. Take a piece of it for yourself. 13. The piece of the dragon you take when you face your fear is real and it protects you. Every person you admire who seems to handle pressure, uncertainty, and difficulty better than everyone else around them has simply faced more dragons than the people around them. They are not built differently. They have just stopped running earlier. 14. The reason you cannot lean on someone who has been running from their fears their whole life is not that they do not care. It is that they have nothing left to lean on. They fell over a long time ago. They are just still standing because nothing heavy has landed on them yet. 15. The question Peterson ends with is the one worth sitting with after you close this post. What if you are actually built for the life you are afraid of living? What if everything you need to handle what frightens you is already inside you? What if the only thing standing between you and the version of yourself you actually want to become is your willingness to stop running from the one thing you already know you should be facing? Before you go, can we stay in touch? I'd love to share one email with you every month that'll challenge how you think about business, money and freedom. Stay in touch here:
