AI ads will flood your timeline in 2026. That is guaranteed. But the problem is โ€“ most AI ad tools donโ€™t work. They produce generic AI slop in large volumesโ€ฆ except that nobody clicks or converts. Agencies are better. But slow and expensive + They can't keep up with how fast we need to test. Last night, I was reading about how DoorDash cut its Customer Acquisition Cost by ~40%, and it hit me. AI + expert people is the solution. It is so obvious, but nobody bothered to pay attention. Thatโ€™s why all these AI ad companies like Icon, MakeUGC, and Creatify came and went. DoorDash is using Airpost - AI that generates the volume, but actual strategists came from people who've spent $350M+ on ads to make sure it's not garbage. Here's how it actually works: 1. You Connect product URL, assets, past ads. pulls it all in and connects to your ad accounts. It takes about 30 minutes. 2. It scrapes your product, analyzes what's worked, spots gaps in your angles, and builds a "living brief" you can tweak anytime. 3. AI generates dozens of ad scripts like Hooks, angles, variationsโ€ฆusing your footage plus their library of 400,000+ UGC clips. 4. Real strategists filter the junk. These are People from Ready Set, Tubescience, who've run campaigns for DoorDash, hims, Coinbase. They know what converts. 5. Airpost sends you 10-100 ready-to-run ads every week. 6. When an ad wins, Airpost AI auto-generates variations. When your messaging changes, ads update with it. No starting over. That's it. No back-and-forth for weeks. No hoping your AI prompt works. Cloaked spent $1M+ on ads made with Airpost. Dr. Squatch uses it to test 100s of variations for their wide range of target audiences. Doordash observed a ~40% drop in CAC. The thing that sold me? 100% of client renewals. Zero churn. Almost impossible to believe, but it's true. In a world where every AI ad tool is dead in 6 months, that says something. If you're a founder or growth marketer spending $250K+/month, you canโ€™t miss this. PS :) I'm giving away a video tutorial on how to set up Airpost's TikTok Creative Intelligence Agent that tracks trends, finds winning hooks, and spots what's working for DTC brands right now. Like, Repost and Drop "CREATIVE" in the comments + follow, and I'll send it over. . . .

My app just hit $7.8k/m in revenue. This is how I'm running ads for mobile apps. To hit 10k/m before I quit my job & fly to Vietnam ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ Part One: Apple Ads (First $1k/m). โ€ข Repeated this a lot so to summarise: 1. $100 free ad credits, ez mode. 2. Run strict keywords on competitor names. 3. Split into tiers for countries & scale the max bid. 4. Use RevenueCat or Superwall for attribution. 5. Give ad spend & transactions to claude: find winners. 6. Measure the onboarding: tighten funnel. 7. Daily budget can be low at first, like $20. 8. The max bid is the important variable here. 9. This will get you to $1k/m. Part Two: TikSl0p Ads ($1k to $10k) โ€ข This is much harder to make profit. โ€ข But when you do, it's exponential. โ€ข Read Open Book's guide on this first. 1. Make ~6 formats, ~12 creatives. 2. Leave campaign targeting super broad. 3. I do $70/day of campaign budget spend. 4. No demographic or interest settings. 5. Let the algorithm find your perfect user. 6. Give each creative $50 of ad spend. 7. After $50, if (close to) profitable then scale. 8. If no profit, then stop the posts. 9. Use realised LTV to begin with. 10. Simple: revenue / paid customers. 11. 400 IQ chad: aim for profit on initial transaction. 12. Ask Rico for unrealised LTV. Can be hard to calculate. 13. Expect to burn a few hundred $$ to find profit. Notes: If you none of your creatives are profitable, then go back to the drawing board and try again. You're taking $50 gambles each time. When you find a winner, it'll repay the initial investments 100x! This is a game of pain tolerance. You need to be able to stomach losing hundreds of $$$ without seeing any returns. Part Three: Scaling. 1. If you're consistently getting > 2x ROAS. 2. Up your campaign budget by 15%. 3. Do NOT increase more than 30%. 4. Otherwise I will be very very cross with you. 5. You'll kill performance. 6. Performance can be volatile. โ€ข Measure ROAS over weeks, not days Notes: When you've found a winning creative, create multiple variations of it. We're talking 100 different kinds. I'm being lazy and need to do this more!! Part Four: Experimental Ad Spend ($10k +). โ€ข This is the next level: I've gone 0-1. โ€ข I've not seen much sauce on X about scaling past this. โ€ข So, this is where I'm at now. I'll share it with all of you. My current position is: 1. Trying out other platforms: Meta, IG, etc 2. Continue reinvesting the profits from previous ads. 3. I'm trying multiple new avenues right now: โ€ข Paid influencers, UGC, slideshowmaxxing, etc. Keep pushing, we're all gonna win.

THE AMALGAVERSE Launches Monday, September 21st at 12:01 p.m. ET๐Ÿš€ 1. What is the Amalgaverse? The Amalgaverse is a shared sandbox of fictional SF universes that will serve as the setting for a series of missions that will play out as episodic adventures in the style of the beloved ship-based sci-fi shows of the 90's. 2. How will these missions play out? The missions will play out in the form of an online choose-your-own-adventure format with fan voting driving the narrative. YOU choose the missions. YOU select the away teams. YOU make the decisions that shape each adventure. For instance, initially you will be given four missions to choose from. Depending on which one you choose, youโ€™ll be presented with a scenario โ€“ a damaged ship, a space station, a planet โ€“ and may be asked how you intend to get there. Maybe you like to fly in on the jumper. Maybe youโ€™d rather try an EVA. Or perhaps youโ€™d prefer to just directly beam aboard. Then, who is on your away team? Which corridor will you turn down? How will you react to the threat? And so on. Whatever course of action you choose will inform the next step. 3. In what capacity will I be making these decisions? Sometimes, you will be deciding as yourself, our 20th crew member. Sometimes, you will be deciding on behalf of any of your fellow crew members. Still other times, you will be deciding on behalf of the crew as a whole. 4. What happens if we make a decision that goes against the plot you had in mind? Each adventure has multiple paths and subplots. Your vote directs which one we follow. There is no single โ€œcorrectโ€ route, and mission success is NOT guaranteed. 5. Iโ€™m at work all day. Will I miss it? No. Iโ€™ll be updating every step of our adventure daily at 12:01 p.m. E.T. The fandom will have 24 hours to weigh in and decide on a course of action. Majority rules. Every update will be pinned at the top of my timeline. Just please be sure to turn on notifications so you donโ€™t miss the most recent posts. 6. Can I jump in mid-mission, or do I have to wait for the next episode?" Jump in anytime. Every post contains a recap to get you up to speed immediately. You donโ€™t need to have voted on day one to weigh in on day twelve. 7. Will you be using Xโ€™s polling feature to count votes? No, for two equally valid reasons. First, X wonโ€™t let me include both a visual AND a poll in a dedicated post, and the visual matters more to me. Second, I donโ€™t want to just know HOW you vote, I want to know WHY you vote a certain way. Your overall reasoning will also factor into how your mission plays out. 8. Will you be offering a summary with each update? Yes. Every new installment will open with a short โ€œstory so far,โ€ then a more detailed summary in the second part of that same post. Each installment will also quote-tweet the previous one, so you can walk the full chain if you want every beat. 9. How long will each adventure run? 3-4 weeks. They have been structured like a television episode โ€“ 5 acts, with roughly 5 beats (decision points) per act. Each mission should feel like youโ€™re experiencing a classic sci-fi t.v. episode. Just like old times! 10. Will the choices we make carry forward into future missions? Yes. If you lose the F-302, the puddle jumper, or a crew member over the course of a mission, they will be lost for future missions. Your choices will have consequences. 11. How many missions have you designed? Since these missions will play out like episodes from those beloved ship-based sci-fi shows of the 90's, I've structured a similar rollout. Ten missions to start followed by a brief hiatus after which the back half ten episodes will unfold. 20 missions/episodes in total. That will be our first season. And depending on fan response, a second season could be in the cards. 12. Will you be offering a summary of each adventure once complete? Not at launch. 13. This seems like a lot of work. Why are you doing this? I'm tired of crafting stories (pitches, pilots scripts, series bibles) that never see the light of day, always subject to the whims of gormless executives. Science fiction is a tough sell. Far future sci-fi, tougher still. Far future ship-based sci-fi, toughest of all. But that's my jam. And I've missed it. So this allows me to do what I do best, exercise those creative muscles, and hopefully give SF fans something to look forward to with every mission. For entertainment purposes only of course. 14. But, characters aside, couldn't you just turn these stories into a script you can try selling or a book you could publish? Wouldn't that be more lucrative? Sure, in theory. But the odds of selling far-future, ship-based sci-fi right now are microscopic, and Iโ€™d rather actually make something people can experience today than stick another finished script in a digital drawer. As for a novel? Thatโ€™s a massive solitary grind. This is fast, interactive, and fun. 15. Will there be guest stars throughout? Iโ€™m concentrating on this crew first. Guest appearances are possible later. 16. I get motion sick. Should I worry? No. The ship has inertial dampers. The ride will be smoother than a luxury liner. 17. Okay, enough questions. When do we get started? The adventures begin Monday, September 21st at 12:01 p.m. E.T., here on X. Set a reminder and turn on notifications so you don't miss a beat!

๐ŸšจBREAKING: Toronto Police investigate Rebel News for hate speech A conviction could see Ezra Levant ๐Ÿ๐Ÿš› jailed for two years โ€” please help fight back. Iโ€™ve got some breaking news โ€” itโ€™s another censorship battle, probably our biggest one ever. I need your help to save free speech in Canada. The Toronto police are officially investigating Rebel News for running these ads by local community activists on our Rebel News billboard truck. The ads were created by a group called "Canadians Opposed to the Occupation of our Streets and Campuses.โ€ Itโ€™s a bit of a mouthful but it tells you everything. Theyโ€™re anonymous because they know theyโ€™d face retaliation for speaking out โ€” thatโ€™s how bad things are these days. The ads just show actual footage of what the pro-Hamas gangs are doing to Toronto โ€” including committing real crimes ignored by the police and politicians. In the case of this particular ad, the images included pro-Hamas gangs shutting down the streets in downtown Toronto. Hereโ€™s the official police announcement, declaring those ads โ€œIslamophobic" and suggesting that a hate crime has been committed. A crime! Toronto police donโ€™t think the pro-Hamas street gangs themselves are committing hate crimes. They think the ad we ran on our truck is a hate crime. In Trudeauโ€™s Canada, youโ€™re allowed to support terrorism. Youโ€™re NOT allowed to criticize terrorism. That sounds more like 1984 than 2024. Here, let me give you some more background โ€” and then I'll tell you how you can help us fight back at a special website weโ€™ve set up called But itโ€™s really about more than this truck. Itโ€™s about cancel culture. And the weaponization of hate speech laws. And two-tier policing. Iโ€™ve hired a lawyer and weโ€™re going to fight. Because this is Canada, not Gaza. We still have free speech here, for now. Itโ€™s actually pretty serious. If convicted for โ€œhate speechโ€ I could be jailed for up to two years just for running that ad. And donโ€™t think they wonโ€™t try โ€” our Rebel News reporters have been arrested by Toronto police several times just for asking Hamas supporters questions. The police hate us because weโ€™re not silent and obedient, which is what theyโ€™ve told the Jewish community to be. The police chief isnโ€™t dumb: heโ€™s doing what his political bosses want. Torontoโ€™s mayor denounced the truck. No surprise โ€” sheโ€™s a pro-Hamas NDP mayor, who has refused to attend key Jewish community events. And it goes much higher than the mayor. Hereโ€™s a tweet by a pro-Hamas Trudeau member of Parliament, who wrote: "There needs to be an investigation and there needs to be justice.โ€ Can you imagine? That same MP hosted a Holocaust denier on Parliament Hill, but she wants me prosecuted. Other Trudeau supporters joined in, including Trudeauโ€™s personal friend, Mohamed Fakih. He owns a chain of restaurants called Paramount Foods โ€” and he notoriously said he didnโ€™t want Jews as customers. This is the guy calling for a hate speech investigation. Heโ€™s even put a $25,000 bounty on my head. Easy, Mohamed. Youโ€™re not in Lebanon anymore. But the Toronto police are a full-on DEI police force. Theyโ€™re woke. Six months ago, Trudeau had a highly irregular meeting with Torontoโ€™s police chief, Myron Demkiw. Demkiwโ€™s office refuses to release any notes from that meeting, but itโ€™s pretty clear: since that meeting, the police have not arrested pro-Hamas street gangs. Theyโ€™re Trudeau's political base. Oh, by the way, there are other billboard trucks in Toronto, with pro-Hamas and antisemitic ads on them. Police are fine with those. Only people who say things that criticize Trudeau or his Hamas allies get investigated by police. Trudeau truly is turning Canada into a banana republic. Or Gaza if he could. I think I know why people feel so desperate that theyโ€™re taking out anonymous ads on our trucks. They feel completely abandoned and ignored by the institutions they rely on. They want to speak out โ€” because no one is speaking for them. I know the feeling โ€” the reason we bought the truck in the first place is because all the truck companies we used to work with tell us theyโ€™re too scared to criticize Hamas, because theyโ€™re worried their trucks will be attacked and their drivers could be injured. Police should be embarrassed theyโ€™re investigating the messenger, instead of understanding the message. Just a few weeks ago, masked Hamas gunmen shot at a Jewish girls' school in Toronto. The Hamas encampment at the University of Toronto has thugs checking if students are Jewish or not before letting them pass. There was an insane, eight-hour antisemitic hate march outside a Thornhill synagogue. Hamas supporters walk through Jewish residential neighbourhoods in north Toronto shrieking at Jews. This happens every day. The police just stand there and do nothing. Sometimes, they actually bring the Hamas gangs coffee โ€” like this, when they blocked a road into a Jewish residential neighbourhood. Weโ€™ve used our billboard trucks to talk about these issues for months โ€” including our campaign to deport foreign nationals who support Hamas. We also have a campaign against Trudeauโ€™s plan to bring thousands of Gaza refugees to Canada. In the case today, we were running the ads for another group of loyal Canadian citizens who felt totally abandoned by the police and politicians. Real Canadians donโ€™t shoot schools or take over campuses. They run ads on our truck. Itโ€™s called free speech โ€” you can look it up in our Charter of Rights. Iโ€™ve been fighting against censorship my whole life. Iโ€™m not going to stop now. There is a crime wave in Toronto, and itโ€™s not ads from scared citizens worried about Hamas gangs. Itโ€™s the Hamas gangs themselves. Iโ€™m going fight this like hell โ€” you know I will. Weโ€™re going to take the truck out again. Because Iโ€™m a free man in a free country โ€” at least for now. I have broken no laws. And if the Toronto police think they can bully us into silence, well, bring it on. I still believe enough in our country and even our courts to know that this trumped-up censorship will not stand. If you want to help me pay for our lawyer to fight this police investigation, please help save me (and save our truck) at And at that same page you can sign up for email updates so I can let you know what happens. I was born and raised in Canada, and so was my dad, and so was his dad, all the way back to 1903. This country is built on free speech, and Iโ€™ll be damned if some Hamas thugs, and their obedient shills in Trudeauโ€™s police force, can scare me into silence. If you want to support me, go to You wonโ€™t just be saving the truck or saving me โ€” youโ€™ll be saving freedom of speech in our great country.

Tina - The Best Girl There Ever Was ๐ŸŽพ๐Ÿฉท So many people ask me who Tina was as when I shared her story I think I had about half the followers I do now. Iโ€™ve had loads of footage on my phone of private moments with her that I always look at every night before bed and I wanted to use that to share her story here in this video. I think you probably had to see her stories and her life in real time to appreciate how special she was but this video does capture her beautifully. Her hospital is starting to gather some serious pace now and it will be the legacy she deserves. I think everybody has soul mates in life and even though it was only 6 months Tina was mine (I just had a little ๐Ÿ˜ข writing that line) and thinking about her. But I donโ€™t think it was just me. In fact I know that even though 99.99% of people never met her she touched people around the world. I know that people who were sick in hospital, people who only had a short time to live or others suffering from depression or other struggles were deeply moved by her. Thereโ€™s not an hour that goes past I donโ€™t think about her. Iโ€™d give absolutely anything for one more hour of her company. But having said that Iโ€™m also grateful. To have met her and to be inspired by her. Itโ€™s crazy to think a dog could have such an impact. Every bit of Happy Doggo and what is being built and achieved is done with Tinaโ€™s loving DNA and memory weaved throughout it. If you didnโ€™t know Tina I hope this helps. If you did follow her at the time Iโ€™m sure these clips will bring you 50% smiles and 50% moist eyes. Thats what they do for me. The very last shot is about 15 mins before Tina passed. Even though her body had given up she couldnโ€™t have been happier. โค๏ธ

[Trans] #OneDayWithWin #winmetawin๏ธ TikTok Post ๐Ÿฐ: One Day with Win โ€“ Letโ€™s see what I did in one day. This is actually my very first vlog, and itโ€™s another part of my life that Iโ€™d like to share with you all ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’š 09:58 AM ๐Ÿฐ: On days when I donโ€™t have showbiz work or series filming, Iโ€™ll be here at my office ๐Ÿ˜Š. It feels like my second home already. 10:30 AM ๐Ÿฐ: When I arrive, I clear some tasks, and my team updates me on business matters and other important issues. 10:45 AM ๐Ÿฐ: After that comes the part where I have to use my brain the mostโ€”having long meetings ๐Ÿฅบ with several teams to get detailed insights and updates. 12:05 PM - 3:40 PM ๐Ÿฐ: After the meetings, I interview candidates because #SOURIBKK is currently expanding the team. If youโ€™re interested in joining our family, please feel free to submit your resume to [email protected]. 4:07 PM ๐Ÿฐ: After the interviews, I had to rush to get groomed and ready for work in the evening. Of course, I also continued work discussions because my time for the day was quickly running out. 4:44 PM ๐Ÿฐ: Before heading to my evening work, I stopped by to taste new flavors of Souri products. Before releasing each menu, we have to ensure we choose the ones that will impress our customers the most. 5:21 PM ๐Ÿฐ: Still at the office, I had to shoot some content with Pโ€™Ming & Pโ€™Ice ๐Ÿฅน 5:40 PM - 6:38 PM ๐Ÿฐ: Here we are at the biggest branch of #Souri! Iโ€™m here for a business talk to promote Souriโ€”please keep an eye out for the article. 8:30 PM ๐Ÿฐ: Before heading to a live show, I had to stop and grab some food. I hadnโ€™t had a proper meal all day ๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿฅบ 9:30 PM ๐Ÿฐ: After eating, I brought some #Souri treats for the showโ€™s MCs. Itโ€™s been a while since Iโ€™ve been on this TV show, and I feel like I made a lot more sense this time compared to the last visit ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜† 10:30 PM ๐Ÿฐ: Thatโ€™s a wrap! Seth Godin gave a masterclass on how to build an unforgettable brand in the age of AI: 1. Marketing is not about spend. It is about creating the conditions for other people to eagerly spread your idea. 2. Authenticity is overrated. What customers actually want is consistency. Show up the same way every single time and that is worth more than any Super Bowl ad. 3. Everything your company does is a marketing decision. How you answer the phone. What you charge. How you design things. Marketing is not a department. It is everything. 4. Trust is simple. Make a promise. Keep it. Especially when it is hard. 5. Successful brands are built with your customers talking about you. Not you talking about you. 6. A brand is not a logo. A brand is a promise. Nike has a brand. Hyatt has a logo. One of them you know exactly what to expect. The other you do not. 7. You are measuring the wrong things. Follower counts. Stock price. Open rates. False proxies will take your business in the wrong direction faster than anything else. 8. Social media followers mean nothing. Godin has 400,000 Instagram followers and says if he posts about a new book maybe 12 people buy it. The number is a distraction. 9. Stop trying to be famous. The goal is not to get more famous. The goal is to get less famous and more trusted. 10. Average marketing reaches average people. Average people will not buy your product. You need the people who will talk about you, challenge you, and eagerly pay more for better. 11. When you pick your customers you pick your future. Stop trying to reach everyone. Start trying to deeply serve someone specific. 12. Better beats louder every time. One guy running a wine email list with 130,000 subscribers does $30 million a year in revenue. No ads. No social media hustle. Just consistently better. 13. The real opportunity with AI is not making things cheaper. It is making things better. The businesses that use AI to deepen relationships will win. The ones using it to cut costs will race to the bottom. 14. Your job is not to do your job. Your job is to solve problems for other people and make things better by making better things. Everything else is just noise. 15. When AI becomes the buyer it will always choose the cheapest option. If your entire business strategy is being the cheapest, AI will destroy you. The only protection is being worth it in ways that cannot be easily measured. 16. The next level of marketing is permission at a depth nobody has achieved before. The brand that knows your tools, your projects, your needs, and shows up to help without being asked will be impossible to replace. 17. Most businesses will use AI to spam more people faster. The businesses that win will use AI to serve fewer people better. That gap is the biggest opportunity in marketing right now. 18. You have a squadron of summer interns available for twenty dollars a month. They are not that good but they are very eager. The businesses learning to be good bosses of AI right now will have an enormous advantage over everyone waiting to figure it out later. 19. The question every business should be asking is not how do I get more attention. It is how do I become the kind of business that people would genuinely miss if it disappeared tomorrow. That answer is your entire marketing strategy.

Peter Thielโ€™s Founders Fund just led a 2nd round into Icon. To celebrate, I'll give you $69,420 if you refer someone I hire. Weโ€™ve gone from $0 to $5M+ ARR in 30 days, are extremely profitable, & will beat every company ever on the $1M to $100M ARR record (<12 months). Our team also went from 8 to 16 people. We were founded less than 6 months ago & our 1st launch was a failure. I don't have a trust fund like other founders so failure is unacceptable: we quickly pivoted to being The AI Admaker & this time we didnโ€™t miss. Our 2nd launch got 5000+ inbound demos, 1M+ website visits, 10M+ views across socials, 50K reactions/comments, & Fortune 500 customers. Hereโ€™s how we did it: * Only hire top 0.01% engineers with no life. This results in the best product. If your GitHub isnโ€™t a dark green carpet (3000+ commits per year including weekends), itโ€™s a red flag. * 7 day work week. The 4 day work week leads to defeat. 996 also results in defeat (why do 6 when you can do 7). Itโ€™s a cope to think working more hours doesnโ€™t help you get more done. * Pay 2-5x above market because someone working this hard deserves it. On a personal note: this has been a journey full of ups & downs & Iโ€™m extremely grateful to be here. I grew up in Portland, Oregon & found school extremely boring. I slept through every class because of this. If Iโ€™m being real, no one expected me to go anywhere. This all changed when I was 18. I had a big wakeup call & had to start supporting myself. I started skipping class to code 100 hours a week & combined with my hate for school, I dropped out after 1 year to join Pinterest. Pinterest paid very well, but was very boring. After too long of this, I started my 1st company, Skio, & got into YC. I ate shit during the batch & had to pivot. Thankfully, post-pivot Skio is killing it: $15M+ ARR & profitable on seed funding in just a few years. All these up-and-down adventures led to Icon. Icon is the culmination of every lesson I've learned (I made so many stupid mistakes) in these 10 years of grinding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to our customers, my team, & our investors. Again, Iโ€™m extremely grateful to have this opportunity & will work 24/7 to honor your trust in me by becoming a trillionaire. Iconโ€™s $10T+ vision is simple: Part 1 is Cursor for Ads: weโ€™ll set the world record for time from $1M to $100M ARR. Part 2 is Cursor for Marketing: when we pull this off, weโ€™ll be a $10T+ company that creates generational wealth for everyone involved. I know $10T is crazy, but with inflation we got this. If youโ€™re top 0.01%, extremely hungry, & seek generational wealth, Iโ€™d love to chat. I'm sure everyone knows 1 person like this. Especially recruiters. If you do, Iโ€™ll give you $69,420 for referring someone we hire ($69,420 for Founding Engineers & $30,000 for Marketers / Sales / Ops / CX / Anything Else). Comment โ€œreferโ€ & Iโ€™ll send you our referral form.

Kevin Oโ€™Connell tells Vikings QBs he doesn't care if they throw interceptions in training camp โ€œThere are so many things in society, not even just football nowadays, where we want to decide in a moment this guy can or canโ€™t, this guyโ€™s a success or failure. And itโ€™s just not in alignment with the reality of the position or our game.โ€ โ€œEverything should be driven by process, and part of process is failure. Every year in training camp I give my yearly State of the Union on the first practice: โ€˜Just as a heads up, Iโ€™m not going to be commenting on you guys taking your stats every single day. So-and-so went 6-of-11 with two interceptions, and then we chart it for the whole training camp and decide who won or lost this position or quarterback battle.โ€™โ€ โ€œI challenge the quarterbacks all the time: weโ€™re against Brian Flores every day. This is going to be a 10-out-of-10 stress for all of us. There are going to be good days and there are going to be bad days, but I want you to be aggressive with your decision-making.โ€ โ€œHow will we know on third-and-eight in Week 12 that you can try to fit a ball in there to Justin Jefferson on a backside in-cut? How will we know if you donโ€™t try to do it now?โ€ โ€œSo when you do it now, and you take the proper footwork and try to throw it into a tight window and the ball gets tipped and intercepted, letโ€™s go back and look at it first. Iโ€™ve got no problem with the decision. What was your footwork like? Were you in your base, balance, body position? Were you playing on the timing of the play? Did you make the protection call you needed?โ€ โ€œIf you did all those things and it was just a blade of grass different from being the best completion you had all day, now you know.โ€ โ€œI can finish up a practice and go to the podium and have people say, โ€˜So-and-so really struggled today, didnโ€™t you think?โ€™ And Iโ€™m like, thereโ€™s not enough time in the day for me to explain all the reasons why youโ€™re wrong. Weโ€™re going to go in the quarterback room, weโ€™re going to watch it, and weโ€™re going to be better tomorrow.โ€

Tonight I was deemed Legendary. Aja Miyake Mugler. I am still gagged. I am still floating. I am still a little high and I have not eaten all day, but my heart is so full right now that I do not even care โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ First, thank you to my runway divas Aoki Donyale Luna, and Lolita Miyake Mugler. Yโ€™all believed in me, poured into me, analyzed my every step, every angle, every personality quirk, and pushed me to keep going even when I doubted myself. I love you all so much. A huge thank you to Dominique Miyake Mugler for always seeing me. Thank you to my son Zenith for always riding for me. Thank you to my father Arturo for being my voice of reason and keeping me grounded when my mind spirals. And thank you to our founder David, one of the kindest and most selfless souls I have ever met. Every conversation with you brings me deeper into the history and magic of this house. I love my Muglers more than I can ever explain. When I first came to ballroom, I was 12 years old. I discovered this world on the pier and on MySpace. I never imagined that the little kid who used to sneak to Escos would one day actually be Legendary. I never imagined I would end up with an undefeated 30 grand prize streak, ten of the years, teaching classes worldwide, and speaking on ballroom in media and television. My runway was born from watching Londyn Miyake Mugler, Nadine Milan, and Tyra Maison Margiela. Three completely different flavors, but all dangerous and beautiful. I started in performance. Runway was something I picked up just to prove to myself that I could do it. I never expected any of this to happen. I never did it for a title. I did it because I love pushing myself. I did it because I wanted to show the world that I could. Tonight hit me hard because I was not expecting it. I was literally in the kitchen cooking oxtail for the Muglers all day, running on fumes, and I showed up five minutes before Grand March. I was not even thinking about a deem. So when my name was called, my imposter syndrome tried to jump out. For a second, I told myself there was no way. Then I stopped and said, no. I deserve this. I worked for this. I bled for this. I stayed up stitching effects when I could not afford it. I walked balls tired, stressed, broke, emotional, and still gave my all. I let myself have my moment. I keep replaying my biggest memories. Processing the entire female figure lineup back to back at West Coast Awards. Being the only fem queen who did not get chopped at Crimes of the Century and almost taking the whole thing. Being listed for Female Figure Runway at the Garรงon Ball and coming in to battle after Jonovia had just sent every single legend on the way, and then beating her. That night was insane. I was the only non legend left standing and I made it all the way to the second to last battle. I will never forget that feeling. Countless last battles for one thousand dollars OTA. Winning Tag Team Legendary Runway with an Understudy as the groom and bride with Aoki. Winning Tag Team again for one $1250. Winning Latex Ball 2023 for $750. My debut night as a Miyake Mugler, winning $2000 at the Lanvin House Ball dressed as the Tin Man. Winning $2,500 in Toronto the next month. Winning and winning and winning because no matter how tired I was, I refused to give up. Tonight felt full circle. It felt like every stitch, every flight, every bruise, every tear, every dollar spent on effects, every failure, every almost, every win, all aligned in one moment. I am so grateful. I am so proud. I am so emotional. And I hope my journey shows anybody watching that if you aim for something and you commit to the work, you will get there. I am LEGENDARY. And I earned it. Thank you, House of Miyake Mugler. I love you so deeply ๐Ÿ’›โœจ๐ŸŒ™

Claude Code can ship a 45-second animated explainer ad in 30 minutes. No video editor needed, just CC + skills. Here's how I made this video for Soteri Skin ๐Ÿ‘‡ 1. /plan Concept Brief (Claude Code) I handwrite a concept brief, then chat with the agent to iterate on it. The agent gathers any raw materials we might need - context about the brand, product images, end card, etc. The concept brief details the concept, characters, visual style, script, etc 2. /prepare a moodboard (CC + GPT Image 2 + ElevenLabs) After reviewing the script, generate: - character reference images - voiceover samples for the characters / narrator - the storyboard (scene by scene grid) - a few keyframe scenes 3. /generate Keyframes for each scene (CC uses Nano Banana or GPT Image 2) Uses the character references from the previous step to generate keyframes for each scene. I probably should have done a round of iteration at this step โ€“ there's some character drift and the pH meter representation could have been better. 4. /animate Keyframe โ†’ Animated Clip (CC uses Fal Seedance) Generate 2-4 representative scenes first to see a preview. If it looks good, then generate everything. 5. /stitch (CC + ffmpeg + ElevenLabs) - Stitch clips together with hard cut - Add a music score + SFX - Sync clips to the VO - Add captions - Review and edit timing / pacing issues 6. /watch the final cut and review it - as a video editor for technical errors (mismatched voiceover and visuals, AI hallucinations, etc) - as a viewer (ICP). I delegate most of the review to the agent because it catches more things and keeps me out of the loop as much as possible. It also fixes any issues found in the review. That's it. This video took me 30 minutes because I have already created skills for everything I described above. Some day, this will be < 5 minutes. I just review and chat to provide direction and feedback. The skills do all the technical work. 7. /learn Extracts learnings and updates the skills. This final step is really important. It turns this process into a closed loop system that makes the next video much easier to create because all the learnings from the human-in-the-loop process get encoded into code. Skills are code too. If you want access to the skill, drop a comment, and I'll DM it to you (must be following). If you want to make AI video ads like this, DM me.
