๐Ÿšจ Jensen Huang says everyone panicked about the AI data when MOST training data was never REAL to begin with. Ilya Sutskever told the industry pre-training was over. "Ilya said, 'We're out of data,' or something like that. 'Pre-training is over,' or something like that," Huang says. "The industry panicked, you know, that this is the end of AI." "And of course, of course that's obviously not true. We're gonna keep on scaling the amount of data that we have to train with." "A lot of that data is probably gonna be synthetic." That's where the panic came from โ€” synthetic data sounds like cheating. "Most of the data that we are training, that we teach each other with, inform each other with, is synthetic." "It's synthetic because it didn't come out of nature." "You created it. I'm consuming it. I modify it, augment it, I regenerate it, somebody else consumes it." The textbook in your hand is synthetic. The post you're reading is synthetic. The lecture you took is synthetic. Nature didn't make any of it. Humans did. AI just learned to do the same thing โ€” faster. "Training is now limited by compute," Huang says. "Data is now limited by compute." The data wall wasn't a wall. It was a mirror. A Comparison of Presidential Integrity: Bukele vs. Sรกnchez In a recent post, Spanish lawyer, politician Macarena Orona draws a stark comparison between President Bukele of El Salvador and President Sรกnchez of Spain. The contrast in their leadership integrity is glaring, as highlighted by Macarena Olona pointed remarks: President Bukele: - His wife is not indicted. - His brother is not indicted. - The Attorney General is not indicted. - His first number 2 is not indicted. - His second number 2 is not in prison. With such a record, Orona rightfully challenges the Spanish government, urging its ministers to refrain from preaching about democracy to a nation with its own house in order. The implicit message is clear: let us not be the laughingstock of the international community due to our own shortcomings. In these comparisons, we are not only presented with a narrative of contrasting leadership morals but also insights into the state of democracy in El Salvador. The absence of indictments and imprisonments among President Bukele's close circle reflects a level of transparency and accountability that speaks to the strength of democracy in the country. So, as we witness these differences between the leadership styles of Bukele and Sรกnchez, the overarching message rings true: in El Salvador, it is the people who truly hold the power. It is a testament to a democracy that is not just in name but in practice. Let us take heed of these comparisons and appreciate the nuances of governance, for in doing so, we can better understand and support the ongoing strengthening of democracy in El Salvador. In El Salvador, the people rule. Stay informed, stay empowered.

#WATCH | Delhi | On Supreme Court Judge Ujjal Bhuyan's reported remarks on interference of executive in the collegium system, Advocate Aman Lekhi says, "I tend to agree to the context in which Justice Bhuyan spoke. What is important to note in the case of Justice Sreedharan is three aspects: institutional integrity, perception (of independence), and the worth of law not only as a doctrine but also in practice. I feel that there has been a failure in all three counts. The executive has no role as far as the functioning of judges is concerned. The only involvement which justifies the executive's participation in the process is giving information about judges, which is otherwise not available to the court or the institution... When you are dealing with a sitting judge, no matter what your perception of the judge may be, that is part of the judicial realm. As long as there is no want of judicial integrity or honesty, or any breach of propriety by the judge concerned, it is beyond the executive to interfere... What has been released by the court suggests that Justice Sreedharan's transfer was shifted from Chhattisgarh to Allahabad due to the executive's interference. If something is prompted by the executive and a decision is subsequently re-engineered by the court, the entire process is compromised. That is not how it is supposed to work... Transparency has to fuel belief, not extinguish it, in the efficacy of the process..."

Russia is not a Christian countryโ€”it is jihadism, it is chauvinism, and it is closer to fascism than to Christianity. The sermons of Patriarch Kirill are not about love, not about the Bible, not about Jesus, but about hatred of Ukraine, hatred of the West. The Russian Patriarch Kirill never quotes the Bible, only fake Russian history. It reminds one of Platoโ€™s cave, where the shadows of propaganda are passed off as truth, while true spiritualityโ€”as in the case of Ukraineโ€”becomes the object of persecution. What is the real reason for Russiaโ€™s attack on Ukraine? Everyone even slightly educated knows that there are no Nazis, no Satanists, no coups in Ukraine, and there never wereโ€”just as there was no NATO expansion that Russia supposedly fears (Putin himself has repeatedly admitted this is not the issue). The only reason for the invasion is Ukraineโ€™s light, its spirituality. A declining Russia cannot tolerate the spiritual growth and development of its neighbor. Russia, the largest country in the world, which has not even developed its own landโ€”where there are wastelands, no roads, no infrastructureโ€”keeps seizing new territories out of greed, waging war with the killing of civilians, the abduction of children, the execution of prisoners of war, and the use of banned weapons. What kind of religion is that? And now think about those who defend the Moscow Patriarchateโ€”who are they really, and whom do they truly serve?

Since 1980, Zimbabwe has had many Presidential Advisors some brilliant, others forgettable. But never before have we witnessed the kind of political absurdity now associated with Paul Tungwarara.Dunderhead Tungwarara is, by far, the worst and most useless Presidential Advisor in Zimbabweโ€™s post-independence history. What kind of madness is this an advisor to the President gallivanting across the country, dishing out cars, cash, and promises like a rogue philanthropist on a campaign trail? Is this what the Office of the President has been reduced to? A glorified ATM for political adventurists? Have you ever seen President Hakainde Hichilemaโ€™s advisors handing out vehicles in Kanyama? Have you ever seen President Cyril Ramaphosaโ€™s advisors doling out millions of rands in Soweto? Of course not. Because in functioning democracies, Presidential Advisors advise they do not moonlight as political financiers or shadow commissars. Tungwararaโ€™s antics are not just a personal embarrassment they are a national disgrace. They expose the rot at the heart of our political culture, where access to power is mistaken for a license to flaunt wealth, and where public service is confused with personal spectacle. This is not philanthropy. It is patronage politics at its most vulgar. It is the weaponisation of poverty for political gain. It is the recycling of the same toxic formula that has kept our youth dependent, our institutions hollow, and our democracy in a permanent state of infancy. And where is the accountability? Who audits these handouts? What is the source of these funds? What policy framework authorises a Presidential Advisor to act as a parallel government, complete with a convoy, a budget, and a messianic complex? The role of a Presidential Advisor is not to buy loyalty. It is to offer counsel to help the President navigate complex policy terrain, to provide strategic insight, and to uphold the dignity of the highest office in the land. Tungwarara has done none of this. Instead, he has turned the advisory role into a travelling circus of self-promotion and political distortion. If the Office of the President is to retain any shred of credibility, it must immediately distance itself from this charade. Zimbabwe is not a playground for political showmen. It is a nation in crisis, in need of sober minds, not shallow pockets. We must demand better. We must expect more. And we must say, without fear or favour enough is enough.
