अगर हम लोग आवाज़ नहीं उठाते, तो ये उसको एक चीटिंग का मामला बनाकर भटका देते। अब संस्थान ने माफ़ी माँगते हुए, अपने पुराने स्टेटमेंट के लिए पूरी जाँच शुरू से करने का आश्वासन दिया है। लगभग हर वर्ग के क़रीब 450 से ज़्यादा आईआईटी के स्टूडेंट्स धरने पर बैठे है। ये मामला अगर सिर्फ़ चीटिंग का होता, तो सारे छात्र क्यों धरने पर बैठे है, और संस्थान ने पहले बताया हुआ था कि काउंसलिंग ने कोई एक्शन नही लेने का आश्वासन दिया था, उसके बाद भी छात्र ने क्यों सुसाइड किया। जो छात्र फर्स्ट ईयर में 8.5 CGPA के साथ एक्सीलेंट ग्रेड के साथ पास हुआ है, वो ऐसा कदम क्यों उठा रहा है, इसके पीछे की सच्चाई सामने आनी चाहिए।

It is worrying to see the case taking a different turn with voices coming out even challenging if the cheating allegation is true. Why did IIT Bombay did not categorically say at the outset that they have all the evidence to support the cheating allegation? Why was the student merely counselled and not terminated immediately? Why was the Professor suspended - now many are saying it is only Deanship has been taken away - whatever this means? It is high time IIT Bombay comes clean and transparent.

Today this woman came to my office with a very sad case seeking justice for her son, who is a student at Bookshine Academy School in Mwiki. The mother informed me that they had just come from the hospital where she had taken her son for treatment after he was allegedly brutally assaulted by the school principal together with five other teachers. According to the mother and the young boy, the teachers alleged that the student was involved in a relationship with a girl in the same school. What is even more disturbing is that the school allegedly never informed or called the parents about what had happened to their child despite the injuries he sustained. The young boy had a red eye, severe pain, and visible assault marks on his back. The mother also confirmed that an X-ray report from the hospital indicated that the boy sustained head injuries as a result of the alleged assault. I personally called the school principal, who acknowledged that the incident happened and asked for forgiveness. He requested to sit down with the parent so that the matter could be resolved amicably. However, the boy alleges that the principal personally took the matter into his own hands and used excessive force on him. It is also alleged that the principal had interest in the same girl the boy was allegedly in a relationship with, and therefore he may have been settling scores with the young boy instead of professionally handling the matter as a teacher and administrator. The student further stated that were it not for a CRE teacher who intervened and cried out for him, the assault could have continued. Despite the apology from the principal, the mother could not accept it because her son is still in pain, traumatized, and recovering from the injuries he sustained. I advised the family on the proper legal and administrative channels to follow to ensure that the young boy gets justice. Discipline in schools is important, but it should never reach the level of brutality, violence, or endangering the life of a child. Teachers are entrusted with the responsibility of guiding, mentoring, and protecting learners, not inflicting physical harm on them. This matter will also be forwarded to the Ministry of Education for further investigations and action to ensure accountability and the safety of students in learning institutions. My appeal to all teachers and school administrators is to always handle students with professionalism, restraint, and humanity. Let us discipline children through guidance and counseling, not violence and excessive punishment that leaves learners injured and traumatized.

My Take on the Viral Video Alleging Support for Suicide Bombing by a Kashmiri Student! When suicide is haram in Islam, suicide bombing is equally haram. It involves not only taking one’s own life but also harming and killing others. Islam strictly prohibits suicide, and suicide bombing compounds this sin by taking the lives of innocent people, making it an even greater crime in the eyes of God. Even if, for the sake of argument, someone claims to act out of conviction or unaddressed grievances, Islam does not permit responding to injustice by committing an even greater injustice. A suicide bomber ends their own life while killing people who have no connection to their grievances. This constitutes multiple sins before God: suicide, the killing of innocents, spreading fear, and creating chaos on earth; all of which are explicitly forbidden. YSRCP is trying to troll me on this video, shows the quality of the education of the YCP trolls. 🤦‍♂️ Isn’t it ironic? Here is the same video they’ve been posting, I’m sure edited in many different ways to twist my words. I think this is the problem, we had people in the last 5 years who don’t understand head or tail about education dictating the future of our state’s youth. As I’ve always been saying - YCP wants the poor to always remain poor, remain backward and never grow in their life. I don’t expect them to see reason though. You can make a blind person see with treatment, but you can never make a fake blind person who doesn’t want to see. NDA sympathizers, neutrals and anyone that is interested in higher education, this post is for you. Let me demonstrate with some select examples, there are many more - Issue 1 Promise - A very poorly thought out promise to make fee reimbursement full for total amount to all students. What they actually did - Realized they don’t have money, cut the approved fees of all good affiliated colleges in the state by half. By doing so, and not paying in time, forced good colleges to cut corners ( like reducing faculty salaries, reducing amenities to survive). Skipped 2 reimbursement cycle payments competely! All student who could afford and who understood quality is falling left the state or joined private universities. But who was the loser? Meritocratic low income students. Let’s take Gayathri Vidya Parishad as an example. Their fees were cut from about 1.6 Lakhs to about 80,000 per student if govt is committed to pay fully, they should have paid 1.6 Lakhs reimbursement right? Issue 2 Complete destruction of Andhra University and AP state universities. Andhra university in particular, by appointing an outright YCP activist as a VC who made AU as YCP party office in those 5 years. Sidelining all good people and only prioritizing people loyal to him and YCP. Not to the cause of education! Celebrating their party leaders birthdays on campus, installing statues, distribution of party flags, diverting funds for political purposes and forcing students to participate in political activity. Such a shame, was sad to see. Issue 3 The only way to protect the future of AP state universities was doing faculty recruitment, particularly assistant professors. We initiated recruitment of 2000 assistant professors in 2017/2018, which they went to court and stopped. And in their 5 years, they have done zero full time recruitment of faculty in State universities. Now we’re left with the mess they’ve left behind. Which we will resolve soon. Conclusion - I can keep going, but I’ll pause here. On behalf of the NDA government, we will not hesitate to point out problems and work hard to fix them. Our selection of VCs for 9 AP state universities has demonstrated our commitment to walk the talk. Any constructive criticism, I will take it positively and improve. But I will not back down from speaking the truth. Where is Prof GP Rajasekhar, current AU VC, who was formerly Dean and faculty member in IIT Kharagpur, India’s oldest IIT and where is the quality/values of the VC that YCP selected for AU and other universities in their 5 years. I taught my Primary 2 students magnetic fields, and how they help us determine magnetic north and bearings using a compass. At the later half of the class, the students did a small experiment that used a magnet and compass to test what we learned. This is what Nigeria can take away from this: 1. LANGUAGE: Using Chinese to explain magnetic fields was so easy for them to understand, and took less than 4 mins. They never have to worry about understanding the grammar or remembering new vocabulary if another language was used. Language skill is not for everyone, just like technical and creative skills. While you or your son can learn a new language fast, others might be more technically inclined. Nigeria should use native languages to teach primary school children right from the first day in school. With many native languages, autonomous regions with different official languages will be ideal, with an option for international classes which are more English focused. 2. CURRICULUM: Unless we are really oblivious, there is no way a Nigerian primary 6 student can compete with my primary 2 students. These are kids that first came to our school so tiny and sometimes crying, many of them don’t even know how to write their names. A Nigerian taught them most of what they know today in less than 2 years, and because we have a curriculum that is modern, targets what the students really need to know, and its always modified to reflect their realities, they have acquired so much knowledge about how the world around them works like electricity, engines, space, aerodynamics, mechanics and environmental protection in a short time. What they are learning is directly linked to where their economy is headed, so by the time they are in university, they can easily understand advanced practical and theoretical knowledge and be useful to their economic development after graduation. Our curriculums in Nigeria are old and mostly useless to the growth of our economy, so let’s do the needful. Don’t wait for miracles to change them for you. We must demand this change. 3. GROUP WORK: Students are encouraged to work in groups, divide tasks and roles and they mentored to understand their strengths and challenges and resolve conflicts. They learn to work with others who are different from them, giving them a diverse perspective and mindset about working together. Nigeria cannot succeed without all of us uniting and learning to work with each other, irrespective of tribe, religion, region and family background. When we win as individuals, we will still be surrounded by helpless people, but when we win as a society, everyone develops. 4. TEACHERS: Here in China, we are always happy and encouraged to learn new things and ways to teach our students. We are free from worrying about food, shelter and pocket money. We are paid more than enough, so we have enough time and mental space to throughly research information and knowledge, and also design useful and interesting lessons for our students. Nigerian teachers should be paid a minimum of 800k to 1 million Naira per month. Primary school teachers lay down the crucial foundations for our economic growth, development and future. It is one of the most important professions in the country and the compensation and benefits MUST be more than senators and representatives. Liking, commenting and retweeting are nice because they help spread the message, however what’s more important is us uniting as Nigerians with our common interest to ensure that our needs are addressed.

In the July 29, 2026 Q&A, Bp. Donald Sanborn explicitly taught an error on the source of jurisdiction for confession which all pre-V2 theologians held to be "false and intolerable." This is the error of "jurisdictio ligata," or the theory that every priest receives in ordination itself all jurisdiction over every penitent so that nothing more—in the way of ecclesiastical jurisdiction received from a superior in the Church—is necessary for validity, and that the Church merely binds or restrict this power so that it cannot ordinarily be used. This theory holds that the only reason a priest "normally" needs "faculties" or "permission" from the Church to absolve is because she "binds" or "restricts" this divinely given power so that it can only be exercised in a specific location. Bp. Sanborn takes this even further in a gratuitous leap in stating that, whenever the bishop of a diocese is absent, this restriction is not present, because there is no authority to "restrict" this power of the priest, so any priest can freely absolve any penitent in that case. It is unfortunate that any educated member of the clergy would attempt to defend such an error today when it has for centuries been universally rejected and was only revived in recent times by certain heretics such as the Jansenists. Galtier, an author who wrote much on the sacrament of penance and was very familiar with the history of the opinions of theologians on this matter, has an excellent passage discussing this error in his 1956 treatise, De paenitentia, published by the Pontifical Gregorian University. Galtier comments as follows: “As if the Church binds the jurisdiction given by Christ Himself by virtue of ordination itself, by prohibiting penitents from subjecting themselves to priests besides those whom she herself wills, by assigning subjects. — But this is false and intolerable: for the Church cannot so bind the power granted by Christ Himself that its act would be invalid" (Galtier, De paenitentia, #536). It is an unfortunate fact that Thesis clergy at times simply make up theology as they go and as needed for the Thesis, without squaring it with the actual teaching of theologians. The ultimate norm seems to be defending the Thesis at all cost. Nothing else can explain how opinions like this could be expressed by these priests when we all know from our seminary studies that they are universally rejected. Those from the Novus Ordo, SSPX, or other R&R who have been looking at the Thesis as a possible theological solution that checks all the boxes should understand that it will in no way solve their theological anxieties. It will not satisfy an intellect looking for an explanation of how they have jurisdiction for confession, or how they can reject the Novus Ordo "hierarchy," or how apostolicity or visibility continue. The true, and only, Catholic teaching is that a priest must receive jurisdiction from an authority in the Church in order to validly hear confessions. There is no way to explain this away as if it is ever unnecessary. It is a divinely established requirement. This is why SSPX also completely lost the battle to Sisco and Salza over the matter of jurisdiction. As long as they say Prevost and his predecessors are true Popes, they have absolutely no way to explain how they can validly absolve penitents. When a true Pope explicitly denies you jurisdiction, you have none. Zero! On the other hand, it is the standard teaching of theologians, notably Lainez, SJ, that the Church (i.e the will of the Popes) supplies jurisdiction when necessary "for the building up of the Church" and "lest souls perish." It was on this grounds that theologians commonly taught supplied jurisdiction in cases of common error and doubt, even before it was inserted in the Canon Law of the Church. In a move that should outrage every parent in America, teachers’ union boss Randi Weingarten is threatening legal action to stop President Trump’s executive order dismantling the Department of Education. Instead of supporting a plan that puts more money and control in the hands of parents and states, Weingarten and her union are fighting to keep the corrupt failing D.C. bureaucracy intact—prioritizing their own power over the success of America’s children. For decades, the Department of Education has spent over $3 trillion while test scores have plummeted, in including Democrat-run cities where students are trapped in failing schools. Nearly three-quarters of eighth graders can’t do basic math, and seven-in-ten struggle to read. But instead of fixing this disaster, Weingarten and her union (American Federation of Teachers) is focused on keeping their political machine running—blocking reforms, protecting bad teachers at the expense of students, and demanding more taxpayer money with nothing to show for it EXCEPT BAD RESULTS.” To be clear, statistics show that the Board of Education has failed at its mission of education students properly, and if we are one hundred percent honest with ourselves, the teachers must take some of the responsibly. In Zimbabwe there is only ONE EXCELLENCY — His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Head of State and Government and Chancellor of all State Universities. That distinguished title belongs to the President. 🇿🇼👏🏽 I also developed greater interest when one PROMINENT BUT FAILED FEMALE POLITICIAN attacked these children, suggesting that allowing them to ask for things teaches them to become BEGGARS. I Must Swallow My Pride 🇸🇪 We have an extremely important election in Sweden later this year. Should we lose, we will be in a very bad situation. Not an immediate collapse, but rather a steady decline into Brazil or South Africa. A bit more corrupt for each year, a bit more criminal for each year. A bit higher taxes for each year. A bloated state that grows – at the expense of hard-working and law-abiding citizens – a bit each year. Should, Gods forbid, the Social Democrats win, we will be in a world of pain. Thus, I will endeavour to support the Sweden Democrats to the best of my abilities. This is why I must swallow my pride – because I must often defend them when their members say or do stupid things. I want to be clear that I do not agree with everything the party stands for. The reason I support them is that should they win (i.e. get enough votes together with the Moderates to form a coalition), we will gain some much-needed time. In the meanwhile, it is of paramount importance that young talents go into the political parties (especially the Sweden Democrats and the Moderates) in order to steer them in a healthier direction – so that the parties, in turn, can steer Sweden in a healthier direction. Does voting matter? Yes, absolutely it does. Also, there is no better time investment you can make (it takes you 20 minutes every four years). I understand that some guys feel supersmart and good with themselves when they say stuff like voting does not matter. I encourage you to say that to our political opponents instead. Our opponents definitely understand that every vote matters – that everything matters. This is why they win and we lose; because they are more serious. Similarly, purity spiralers need to go. It is supremely unmanly to sit on the side-lines with the arms crossed and wait for Prince Charming to descend from Heaven to bring the perfect political party. Join a political party and help steer it in a better direction. This is all I ask from our younger guys. I support Sverigedemokraterna because they are the closest to wield power. Would I want to start a political party myself? Perhaps, perhaps not. We do not have the time for it. The time we have is to ensure that the Sweden Democrats and Moderates can form a coalition to give us some time. There are some other considerations regarding the election as well (I will elaborate in another video).
