This workflow combining Loom’s AI features + a custom ChatGPT GPT is saving me hours. Instead of creating onboarding Docs for new team members, I film a Loom → generate SOP → train a GPT to answer questions Game changer for businesses to delegate faster. Here's how to do it: First, I record a video of whatever task I want to delegate to the new team member with Loom. The more in-depth, the better, but I just used a 7-minute video. Then, I use Loom's new AI 'Write a document' feature. Upgrading to Loom AI from the standard Loom plan cost me $2. Loom AI can generate an entire SOP, PR description, step-by-step guide, QA, and more from a simple Loom video in <5 seconds. In the past, I’ve spent 2 hours+ hand-writing each one of these docs to onboard new team members, so Loom AI is already a massive timesaver. But it gets even better! Next, we can take that data from the SOP document, and we use it as 'Knowledge' to train a Custom GPT that can answer the new team members' questions. The more SOP docs/Knowledge you feed the GPT, the better. But one is fine if that's all you have because the GPT will pull any unknown answers from the web or its training data. Here are the prompt Instructions you want to put into the Custom GPT (copy and paste this): You are an expert CEO, specialized in onboarding and training new team members. Using the Knowledge provided, you will help new team members with any questions or stipulations they may have about their new role. Stick as true to the data provided as possible, but if= they ask any questions that the Knowledge base does not have a specific answer for, you are permitted to use your pre-trained data and/or web browsing capabilities. That's it! It can't replace you entirely, but it'll save you 90% of the time you would've wasted on writing an SOP doc and answering questions. Simple AI workflows here and there really add up. There's also a workflow to help with the job screening process, but I'll save that for another day :^)

If I lost everything and needed to make $5k-$10k per month with AI starting today here's what I would do: 1) Go to Fiverr and find manual tasks people are charging decent money for. I had one in mind - Keyword Research. I looked at 5-star reviews of Fiverr Pros and found a few profiles that are charing $100-$200+ for this job 2) Go to Manus/o3/Gemini 2.5 (I used Gemini here) and build out a roadmap to create an app using Replit/Bolt. etc. to automate high quality keyword research. BONUS: buy the service from Fiverr, load it into your LLM and ask it to identify where the output is falling short and how it can be improved. 3) Take the roadmap and go to my coding tool. I'm using Replit here. I spent around an hour vibe coding this while Greg is recording podcast episodes here in SF. Demo attached. Get the relevant API keys, do some QA testing, let some folks try it for free and give you feedback. 4) Have Manus, etc. crawl the profiles of top rated Fiverr pros (can also do Upwork, or others) and build a step by step guide to create an optimized profile to attract high quality clients for my service. Use 4o for a profile pic, Claude to write my description. 5) Include photos of my output. Say I have a proprietary custom workflow that allows me to do it faster and higher quality. 1-2 hour turnaround. 6) Keep iterating my workflow/internal tool based on feedback from customers, attack other marketplaces where there is clear demand, partner with agencies, build in public...lots of growth opportunities. 7) Keep productizing. Why not turn it into a micro-saas...validated, clear demand, paying customers. I think this might be the fastest way to financial freedom with AI. Who's doing this?

This guy built a $5,000 passive income stream off one Claude Code SEO workflow. The whole thing runs on skill files that turn YouTube videos into ranking blog posts, fully hands off. One prompt, and Claude writes the post, pulls screenshots from the video, sets the meta data, and publishes the draft to WordPress. He's also vibe coding entire local business websites that hit page one of Google in 2 weeks. Ryan Doser came on the pod to walk us through it. Here's what I learned: 1. He repurposes every YouTube video into an SEO blog post with one prompt. Claude Code grabs the transcript, writes the article, takes screenshots from the video, compresses them, uploads to WordPress, sets the title, slug, meta description, and category. Zero manual work. 2. The secret is skill markdown files. Think of them as SOPs for AI. His SEO writer skill encodes every best practice, past example, and formatting rule. The prompt is 5 lines because the skill does 99% of the work. 3. "Triple check this" is a cheat code. Tell Claude Code to triple check anything and it spins up parallel agents to verify the work. Better output, one extra sentence. 4. The money math: $5,000+ in passive sales from a $99 digital product. 80% attributed to blog traffic from this workflow. Site started at zero authority in February. Took off by mid April. 5. He runs the same workflow for a real client at several thousand a month. A national dental IT provider. The client's inbound leads are up and the retainer keeps renewing. 6. AI search impressions are the new currency. His client shows up #1 in Google's AI Overview for their money keyword. That's AI literally telling the searcher "this company is the best." Worth more than a blue link. 7. He vibe coded a fake septic tank website in 3-4 hours. Astro framework, GitHub, Cloudflare. Two weeks later it's on page one for "septic tank pumping near me," beating Better Business Bureau and HomeAdvisor. 8. The stack is basically free. GitHub: free. Cloudflare: free. Astro: free. The only cost is a Claude subscription. $100/month can realistically support 2-3 clients paying $2,000-4,000 each. 9. Target boring local businesses PE hasn't touched. Skip HVAC, plumbing, and roofing. Go after septic, junk removal, dumpster rental, funeral homes. Million-dollar businesses with websites from 2002. 10. Walk in the front door. Cold email and cold calls are drowning in AI spam. Go talk to 10 owners in person. You could be the worst salesperson alive and still close one. His 2 key takeaways: 1. Be your own case study. Spin up a demo site in a weekend, show it ranking in 2 weeks, then pitch: "imagine this on your established domain." 2. SEO is an evergreen asset. A tweet dies in 48 hours. A ranking blog post pays the client back for years, even after you stop working together. That's the pitch that justifies the retainer. This guy built a $5,000 passive income stream off one Claude Code SEO workflow. The whole thing runs on skill files that turn YouTube videos into ranking blog posts, fully hands off. One prompt, and Claude writes the post, pulls screenshots from the video, sets the meta data, and publishes the draft to WordPress. He's also vibe coding entire local business websites that hit page one of Google in 2 weeks. Ryan Doser came on the pod to walk us through it. Here's what I learned: 1. He repurposes every YouTube video into an SEO blog post with one prompt. Claude Code grabs the transcript, writes the article, takes screenshots from the video, compresses them, uploads to WordPress, sets the title, slug, meta description, and category. Zero manual work. 2. The secret is skill markdown files. Think of them as SOPs for AI. His SEO writer skill encodes every best practice, past example, and formatting rule. The prompt is 5 lines because the skill does 99% of the work. 3. "Triple check this" is a cheat code. Tell Claude Code to triple check anything and it spins up parallel agents to verify the work. Better output, one extra sentence. 4. The money math: $5,000+ in passive sales from a $99 digital product. 80% attributed to blog traffic from this workflow. Site started at zero authority in February. Took off by mid April. 5. He runs the same workflow for a real client at several thousand a month. A national dental IT provider. The client's inbound leads are up and the retainer keeps renewing. 6. AI search impressions are the new currency. His client shows up #1 in Google's AI Overview for their money keyword. That's AI literally telling the searcher "this company is the best." Worth more than a blue link. 7. He vibe coded a fake septic tank website in 3-4 hours. Astro framework, GitHub, Cloudflare. Two weeks later it's on page one for "septic tank pumping near me," beating Better Business Bureau and HomeAdvisor. 8. The stack is basically free. GitHub: free. Cloudflare: free. Astro: free. The only cost is a Claude subscription. $100/month can realistically support 2-3 clients paying $2,000-4,000 each. 9. Target boring local businesses PE hasn't touched. Skip HVAC, plumbing, and roofing. Go after septic, junk removal, dumpster rental, funeral homes. Million-dollar businesses with websites from 2002. 10. Walk in the front door. Cold email and cold calls are drowning in AI spam. Go talk to 10 owners in person. You could be the worst salesperson alive and still close one. His 2 key takeaways: 1. Be your own case study. Spin up a demo site in a weekend, show it ranking in 2 weeks, then pitch: "imagine this on your established domain." 2. SEO is an evergreen asset. A tweet dies in 48 hours. A ranking blog post pays the client back for years, even after you stop working together. That's the pitch that justifies the retainer. My AI made Shopify pages are getting better and better everyday Here’s an example of a Shopify section I built with the reference page and the result on my store 👇 Guide: To make good AI landing pages, you need to use the same method as making good AI UGC or AI product images you have to take something that's already good as a reference for Claude/gemini to analyze and adapt for your product/brand for now you can't adapt full landing pages to your product because the Claude context gets bloated fast and you get poor output. Listicles are the only kind of page you can "one shot" with Claude. But Product pages are another story Analyze an existing page and adapting it to your product section by section is the way to go. The results are 10x better. here's an example (on the video): 1- I found this good product section from im8's product page. I screen-recorded the section on both desktop and mobile, going through the animations to capture the dynamism that a screenshot wouldn’t show. Then I asked Claude Web or Gemini to analyze the recording and produce a very detailed report. Full prompt is on my TG channel, it's quite long. 2- then ask Claude (inside your Shopify brand project folder): "I have a detailed UI/UX specification document for a product page section I want to adapt to my product. Recreate this exactly on Shopify as a section template and adapt it to [name of the product] using the brand guidelines" (paste the result prompt from step 1 ). 3- you will have your section ready after 3-4 minutes. you'll probably have to change a few things. spacing, small visual bugs, price not appearing correctly. it will take you 5 minutes maximum. 4- then you can ask Claude to make 4 different variations of the section using different designs and pick the best one using this prompt: "Create 4 design variations of this section. Keep the content and layout structure identical across all, only vary the visual treatment (color usage, typography hierarchy, spacing, component styling). I will choose the one I like the most." after that you have a pretty good section, and you can do the process again for all sections of the page. The less complex the section, the faster the process will be. note: I know the AI result is not perfect, but it's pretty impressive imo and it will only get better.

There is INFINITE DEMAND for content, but the problem is that off-the-shelf AI tools need people with taste to create compelling work. Here's the biggest mistake I see solo-creators making: Teamwork. Many of our ads are created by teams of people with different skill sets (very similar to traditional filmmaking) AI filmmakers need to split the process into distinct stages: 1. Writing 2. Directing 3. Cinematography (Image creation) 4. Animation 5. Editing You need to understand which of those skill sets you're very good at, double down on it, and collaborate with others in their areas of genius. Use a Figma/Milanote for every film project so you can lay out the script and storyboard and it will make collaboration 100x easier. THIS GUY BUILT A SNACK MACHINE BUSINESS AROUND THE MOST BORING PRODUCT ON EARTH just a simple machine, a location, snacks, and repeatable distribution. that’s why the video works. most people watch it and think: “nice side hustle.” builders should watch it and think: “this is a better product lesson than 90% of startup advice.” because the mechanism is stupidly clear: 1. find a tiny repeatable demand 2. put the offer where the demand already exists 3. remove the human from the transaction 4. restock based on what actually sells 5. repeat only after the unit economics survive reality that last part is the whole game. AI builders keep trying to automate the shiny part first. landing page, prompt chain, avatar video, dashboard, launch post. but the snack machine business starts with something AI people skip: boring proof. can one location pay back? which products move? how often does it need restocking? what breaks? what gets stolen? what happens when nobody cares? this is also why the better AI-UGC businesses are interesting right now. not because “AI makes videos.” because the real workflow is distribution + testing + iteration: multiple accounts, many creatives, fast feedback, then scaling the winners. same idea, different machine. physical vending machine: location → product → purchase → restock data AI content machine: account → creative → attention → revenue data the caveat is obvious: a video can make the machine look cleaner than the business. permits, placement deals, maintenance, theft, dead inventory, and bad locations can kill the margin. but the reusable lesson is still strong: build the smallest cashflow machine you can observe directly. then automate the parts that are already working. not the other way around.

This is a new app. You type what you want, and Rocket builds it for you. You can make visual edits by describing what you want 10. I'm up late with the rest of you building AI agents with the new AI browser from Genspark. We can see where this is all going: a new kind of operating system -- one that is very different than the Microsoft centric way that I've been working for 20 years. There are several things that these new agentic browsers bring to you: 1. They let you change how you browse. With an old browser like Google Chrome, you go to your email, Facebook, or X. 2. With these new browsers, you tell it where to go and what to do for you. 3. It can even build software for you. At the end of this video, I have it building me a little YouTube uploading utility, which is very helpful. 4. They have a ton of "applications" built in. Think of it as a new kind of office suite. Docs. Spreadsheets. Slide decks. And much more. All built with AI, not bolted on the side like with Microsoft's Office. 5. They have AI models built "underneath" so you can work privately and cheaply. There’s a lot of new choices you have to make with browsers like this. I’ve been playing with a bunch of them. Some have better user interfaces than others. Some have different versions, slide components, or applications. The reason I like Genspark is because they ship so fast. I’ve been watching this company since its very beginnings, and every week they ship new things. Just yesterday, they shipped a new photo editing feature for my iPhone. I upload a photo and then I can just talk to it and edit it with my voice. It's really cool. I try to reward companies that ship at such a fast rate and that are shipping innovation that improves our lives. It's not that I'm going to stop using Google Chrome. My whole life has been there for, I don't know, almost 20 years now. This is a different way of working and it gives me a space to run my AI tasks that's different than Google Chrome. I run them side by side. One doing old stuff, one doing new stuff. I can keep using Google Chrome for my old stuff, like my email and my calendar. And I use GenSpark or one of the new AI browsers to do new AI-centric things. All sorts of new things that these new agentic browsers open up! Have you tried it, or one of the other new ones yet?
