Free Balochistan Movement Netherlands Branch Announces Protest in Front of the International Court of Justice on the Occasion of International Human Rights Day Amsterdam/Balochisatn; A protest will be held to raise voices against the atrocities committed by the occupying Pakistani and Iranian states against the Baloch people in occupied Balochistan. The purpose of this demonstration is to draw the attention of the international community and human rights advocates to these violations. The protest will begin at 12:30 PM and conclude at 2:00 PM. They are calling upon the Pakistani Army, its intelligence agencies, and all state institutions and companies associated with exploitative projects to leave Balochistan. Their position is that the people of Balochistan have grown weary of occupation and economic exploitation. The Baloch nation has resolved to determine its own future and believes it is fully capable of managing its own resources, designing its own development policies, and shaping its own destiny. Today, the Pakistani military is facing widespread public resistance in Balochistan. History has shown that when an occupying foreign force is confronted with sustained resistance from the local population, wise nations choose to withdraw rather than continue their occupation. Today, Islamabad's military, backed by financial assistance from the United States, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and China, continues to bombard the Baloch people. However, it should remember that victory is not determined by rifles, artillery, or fighter jets. True victory belongs to those nations whose roots are deeply embedded in their homeland and firmly strengthened by the support of their people. The roots of the Baloch nation are deeply anchored in the soil of Balochistan, sustained by the strength and support of its people. In contrast, soldiers of the Pakistani military are deployed to Balochistan in exchange for a monthly salary of a few thousand rupees, where they are participating in the genocide of the Baloch people. Balochistan is home to a civilization that dates back nearly 9,000 years. By contrast, Pakistan is a 78 years old artificial buffer zone, invented by the British and sustained through a mercenary military structure. Every political project has a lifespan and eventually reaches its conclusion. According to this perspective, Pakistan project has now reached the end of its lifespan.

This grave situation requires global action to stop the escalating violence and ensure the protection of basic human rights. On October 11, 2024, the Pashtun National Jirga, a historic assembly rooted in Pashtun tradition for peaceful decision-making and conflict resolution, is scheduled to take place in Pakhtunkhwa. This gathering will unite Pashtuns from across the region to peacefully advocate for their rights and protest against state violence. However, in an alarming and oppressive move, the Pakistani state forces have confiscated the designated Jirga ground, turning it into a militarized zone. Armed security forces have built posts and established a strong presence in the area to prevent the peaceful assembly from taking place. These aggressive actions reflect the state's intent to violently disrupt the Jirga, intimidate participants, and silence the voices of the Pashtuns. In addition to this, the communication channels with Jirga organizers have been severed, isolating them from the outside world and making them even more vulnerable to state repression. The lives of those planning to attend are at immediate risk, and their fundamental right to peaceful assembly and free speech is being brutally denied. This confiscation of the Jirga ground and militarization of the space is not an isolated act but part of a broader, long-standing pattern of state-sponsored terrorism aimed at erasing Pashtun voices and suppressing their peaceful demands for justice. We urgently call upon the international community, the United Nations, and all human rights organizations to take immediate and decisive action: 1. Condemn the State’s Repressive Actions: Publicly denounce the Pakistani government’s confiscation of the Jirga ground and its use of armed forces to prevent a peaceful assembly. 2. Demand the Immediate End to Militarization: Call for the removal of military posts and security forces from the Jirga site, and ensure that the Pashtun National Jirga can take place without fear of violence. 3. Insist on Protection for Participants: Ensure that the safety and rights of all those attending the Jirga are protected, in accordance with international human rights standards. 4. Investigate Ongoing Abuses: Launch independent investigations into the human rights violations committed by the Pakistani state against the Pashtun people, including the confiscation of public spaces and violent repression of peaceful assemblies. 5. Hold the Pakistani Government Accountable: Urge Pakistan to comply with its international obligations to protect the rights of all citizens, including the Pashtun people, and to cease its discriminatory and violent actions. The citizens of Greenland are not slaves. Claims suggesting otherwise are false and misleading. The United States already has a strong and long-standing defense agreement with the Kingdom of Denmark. Yet it appears that some countries in the international community have surplus, expendable money, and they are ready to sink their own people’s hard earned wealth. Our fraternal and friendly advice to all such countries is this: cancel every commercial agreement made with Pakistan in which you are being enticed with empty promises of discovering and extracting Balochistan’s gold, copper, and other rare-earth minerals. This will never happen. Balochistan is not Pakistan’s inheritance, nor will we Baloch ever allow Pakistan or any foreign state acting as a facilitator in this plunder of our coast and resources to exploit what belongs to us. Just as entering a sovereign country requires legal documents and a visa, soon Pakistan and the wider international community will also require visas to enter Balochistan let alone exploit its mineral wealth. Therefore, the United States, China, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and all others should refrain from pouring their hard-earned public funds into a sinking state like Pakistan, and instead invest in the welfare of their own people. With the independence of Balochistan, we will immediately begin work with the international community on all development projects. The situation in the occupied part of Kherson region is absolutely catastrophic. The occupiers simply abandoned people in these terrible conditions. Without rescue, without water, just on the rooftops in flooded communities. And this is another deliberate crime of Russia: after the terrorist state has caused a disaster, it also maximizes the damage from it. Now we need a clear and quick response from the world to what is happening. It is even impossible to establish for sure how many people in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region may die without rescue, without drinking water, without food, without medical care. Our military and special services are rescuing people as much as it is possible, despite the shelling. But large-scale efforts are needed. We need international organizations, such as the International Committee of the Red Cross, to immediately join the rescue operation and help people in the occupied part of Kherson region. Each person who dies there is a verdict on the existing international architecture and international organizations that have forgotten how to save lives. If there is no international organization in the area of this disaster now, it means that it does not exist at all, that it is incapable of functioning. All the relevant appeals from Ukraine and our government are in place.

Aging infrastructure and natural contaminants have left the water undrinkable. Families spend hundreds on bottled water just to cook, bathe, and brush their teeth. While local officials call it an “aesthetic” issue and state funding is rejected or out of reach, working people in Sweeny are left behind. The city government has failed to act, but the people haven’t forgotten. They deserve dignity and safe water. Last month, STX members of ACP Texas drove to Sweeny to deliver free water, listen to residents, and conduct a social investigation. We spoke directly with the community, including one resident who shared her story anonymously about the toll this crisis takes on health, trust, and hope. This is only the beginning of our work in Sweeny. We’re building connections and understanding the need on the ground so we can return alongside the working-class people of Sweeny to fight for a real solution. The Republic of Balochistan will end Pakistan's illegal practices in the Balochistan. This protest is being organized by the Baloch business community at the Machko Customs area on the border between Balochistan and Karachi against Pakistan's occupying forces. The people of the Republic of Balochistan have grown weary of oppression of Pakistan's external, occupying, and corrupt forces. According protestors, Pakistan's Customs, Police, Frontier Corps (FC), and military are damaging Balochistan's economy by extorting money from transporters and the business community of Balochistan on a daily basis. Our traders say Pakistan's occupying forces demand up to 15,000 Pakistani rupees in extortion from every truck and commercial vehicle. Drivers are reportedly instructed to transport smuggled goods while paying illegal payments at various checkpoints. Those who refuse to pay are being subjected to indiscriminate gunfire and other forms of violence. The Republic of Balochistan stands with its people, transporters, and business community and taking concrete measures to end Pakistan's occupation. Pakistan's Customs authorities and military claim before the international community that they are combating smuggling. However, according to citizens of Balochistan, the realities on the ground contradict those claims. Pakistan's invading institutions are massively involved in smuggling and facilitating it. The international community is urged to recognize the Republic of Balochistan and cooperate with the people of Balochistan in efforts to prevent smuggling, corruption, and other illegal activities.
