𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗵𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵'𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 Addressing Baloch personnel serving in the state's security institutions, Dr. Sabiha Baloch said: "What happened in Turbat yesterday is a painful reminder of where we stand today. Turbat, long known as the land of resistance, has become a place where women, children, and families who come out to demand the return of their forcibly disappeared loved ones are beaten, dragged through the streets, detained, and subjected to fabricated cases and FIRs. The deepest pain is not only that peaceful people were arrested or imprisoned. The greater tragedy is that many of those carrying out the violence were our own Baloch. Today, you are wearing a uniform and erasing your identity. Holding a baton does not give anyone the right to abandon humanity or turn against their own people. By doing so, you risk becoming another face of oppression against your own people. Our culture, traditions, and values do not permit humiliation, violence, or cruelty against women, elders, and our people. Ask yourselves: who gave you this authority? Was it your land, your culture, your honour, or your conscience? Or was it only the uniform you wear? Last night, Sayed Bibi and her children spent the night in a graveyard because of fear and persecution. Reflect on what that means. Can your faith, your identity, your homeland, or your sense of honour ever justify a mother being forced to seek refuge in a graveyard with her children? This is not the conduct of a human person or a Baloch, but rather the act of an animal and a power lover. Remember, power is temporary. Uniforms are temporary. One day they will be taken off. When your funeral is carried, it will be Baloch shoulders that lift it, and when you are laid to rest, it is this land that will embrace you, not the uniform or the authority you once held. Before that day comes, stop and reflect on the path you are choosing. To those Baloch serving in the FC, police, or other state institutions: participation in actions against your own people is not merely a matter of following orders but an equal participation in Baloch genocide. Then, history will remember you as a colonizer. Consider carefully what legacy you wish to leave for future generations."

ماورائے عدالت قتل۔۔۔ شہید حمدان کی بہن “یہ تصویر جو آپ میرے ہاتھ میں دیکھ رہے ہیں، یہ میرے بھائی شہید حمدان کی ہے، جسے 29 دسمبر 2025 کو گھر سے لاپتہ کیا گیا، اور تقریباً ایک ہفتے بعد اس پر جھوٹے الزامات لگا کر میڈیا میں پیش کیا گیا۔ اس کے بعد میرے بھائی کو تین مرتبہ عدالت میں بھی پیش کیا گیا، لیکن وہ ہر بار کوئی ثبوت پیش کرنے میں ناکام رہے۔ اسی ناکامی کو چھپانے کے لیے، اگلی پیشی کی تاریخ سے ایک دن پہلے، میرے بھائی حمدان اور دیگر تین بلوچ نوجوانوں کو اپنی کسٹڈی میں تشدد کرکے ماورائے عدالت قتل کیا گیا، اور پھر اسے مقابلے کا نام دیا گیا۔ اگر یہ مقابلہ تھا تو اس میں صرف بلوچ نوجوان ہی کیوں مارے گئے؟ آپ کے اہلکاروں کا ایک بندہ تک کیوں نہیں مرا؟ اور پھر اسی طرح، بنا ثبوت اور ناانصافی پر مبنی فیصلے کے تحت ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ اور ان کی دیگر ساتھیوں کو آپ کی عدالت نے عمر قید سنائی ہے۔ میرا یہ ویڈیو بنانے کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ سرفراز بگٹی صاحب کہتے ہیں کہ اہلکار شبیر بلوچ کے لواحقین کے ساتھ انصاف ہوا ہے۔ اگر ایک واقعے پر مکمل طور پر ردِعمل آ سکتا ہے، اگر لوگوں کو سزائیں سنائی جا سکتی ہیں، تو پھر ہمارے بھائی حمدان بلوچ کے معاملے میں خاموشی کیوں ہے؟ کیوں ہمارے بھائی کے کیس کو دبانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے؟ اگر آپ کی عدالت بے گناہ لوگوں کو عمر قید کی سزا سنا سکتی ہے، تو اُن سی ٹی ڈی اہلکاروں کی کیا سزا ہونی چاہیے جنہوں نے بلوچ نوجوانوں کو اپنی کسٹڈی میں تشدد کرکے انہیں ماورائے عدالت قتل کیا؟ اگر بقولِ آپ کے شبیر کے لواحقین کو انصاف ملا ہے، تو حمدان بلوچ کے لواحقین کا انصاف کہاں ہے؟ اگر آپ انصاف کی بات کر رہے ہیں، تو ہمارے لیے آپ لوگوں کے منہ اور عدالتوں کے دروازے کیوں بند ہو جاتے ہیں؟ ہم بھی یہ سوال اٹھاتے ہیں کہ ہمارے اہلِ خانہ کو انصاف دیا جائے اور ان سی ٹی ڈی اہلکاروں کو سخت سے سخت سزا دی جائے۔ اگر ان کو سزا نہیں دی گئی تو یہ آنے والی نسلوں کے لیے خطرہ ہے۔ اسی لیے ہمارے خاندان کو انصاف دیا جائے۔”

The peaceful protest organized by the families of detained BYC leaders at Burma Hotel, Sariab, Quetta, was met with a heavy crackdown by Quetta Police. Several peaceful protesters were arrested. As of now, the whereabouts of many of those detained remain unknown, raising serious concerns for their safety and well-being. The right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression must be respected. The families’ call for justice was answered with force, and those taken into custody should be accounted for immediately. We demand that the authorities disclose the whereabouts of all detained protesters, ensure their safety, and uphold their legal rights. #ReleaseBYCLeaders

Five days ago, the Pakistani state sentenced Dr. Mahrang Baloch and Sibghatullah Baloch to life imprisonment. It believes that by burying the faces of this movement behind the walls of Hudda Jail, it can crush a nation’s collective hope. It mistook leadership for ownership. It mistook repression for permanence. Most of all, it mistook the Baloch people for a people whose convictions could be exhausted by fear. Dr. Mahrang understood that the greatest ambition of authoritarian power is not merely to imprison those who speak, but to make everyone else believe that speaking is no longer worth the price. She also understood that movements survive only when they cease to belong to individuals and become the collective responsibility of ordinary people. The past week has shattered the assumption that this movement could be ended by sentencing two of its leaders to life imprisonment. Across Balochistan and far beyond it, hundreds of thousands have carried forward the very trust she placed in them before the state pronounced its pre-determined verdict. We will continue to prove that what has been built through the sacrifices of our people cannot be dismantled by prison walls or life sentences. شہید ظریف بلوچ کے گھر پر چھاپہ اور گھریلو املاک کی تباہی ریاستی جبر کے تسلسل کی عکاسی کرتی ہے۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کل بروزِ جمعہ رات کے وقت شہید ظریف بلوچ کے گھر پر چھاپہ مارا گیا، جہاں فورسز کی جانب سے گھر کے اندر موجود قیمتی اشیاء، جن میں خواتین کے زیورات، کپڑے اور روزمرہ استعمال کی دیگر اشیاء شامل تھیں، اپنے ساتھ لے جائی گئیں۔ اس کے علاوہ گھر کے سامان کو نقصان پہنچایا گیا اور اہلِ خانہ کو خوف و ہراس کا سامنا کرنا پڑا۔ شہید ظریف بلوچ کو 26 دسمبر 2025 کو فورسز نے جبری طور پر حراست میں لیا تھا، اور ایک دن بعد ان کی مسخ شدہ لاش ان کے ہمسایے کے گھر کے قریب پھینکی گئی تھی۔ ان کی لاش پر انسانیت سوز تشدد کے نشانات موجود تھے، ان کی زبان کو بھی داغا گیا تھا۔ یہ نہ صرف بنیادی انسانی حقوق کی سنگین خلاف ورزی تھی بلکہ انسانی وقار اور قانون کی حکمرانی کے اصولوں کے منافی ایک انتہائی تشویش ناک عمل تھا۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی اس مسلسل ریاستی جبر، جبری گمشدگیوں، ماورائے عدالت قتل، گھروں پر چھاپوں اور متاثرہ خاندانوں کو ہراساں کرنے کے واقعات کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہے۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی عالمی انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں، سول سوسائٹی، وکلا تنظیموں اور ذرائع ابلاغ سے اپیل کرتی ہے کہ وہ بلوچ عوام کے خلاف جاری ریاستی جبر، و بربریت کے خلاف آواز بلند کریں، اور ریاست پر دباؤ ڈالیں کہ وہ بلوچستان میں انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیاں فوری طور پر بند کرے۔

گزشتہ چھ مہینوں سے بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کے رہنماؤں ڈاکٹر ماہرنگ بلوچ، بیبرگ بلوچ، شاہ جی بلوچ، بیبو بلوچ اور گلزادی بلوچ کو غیر قانونی طور پر حراست میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ان کے خلاف پہلے تھری ایم پی او جیسے قانون کا غیر قانونی استعمال کیا گیا، پھر سیاسی ایف آئی آرز کے تحت بغیر کوئی رپورٹ پیش کیے ریمانڈ کا ایک طویل سلسلہ جاری رکھا گیا۔ اب، جب انہیں جوڈیشل کر دیا گیا ہے، تو ان کی آئندہ پیشیوں میں بلاوجہ تاخیر کی جا رہی ہے۔ مزید یہ کہ اب بغیر کوئی وجہ بتائے فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے کہ ان کی باقی پیشیاں عدالت کے بجائے جیل کے اندر ہوں گی۔ یہ ہتھکنڈہ اسی سلسلے کی ایک کڑی ہے، جس کے ذریعے عوامی آوازوں کو دبانے کی کوشش کی جا رہی ہے۔ ان رہنماؤں کی عوامی پذیرائی سے خوفزدہ حکومت، جب جیل میں قید کے باوجود عدالت میں ان سے ملنے والی عوامی حمایت کو ختم نہ کر سکی، تو اب یہ نیا حربہ اختیار کیا گیا ہے کہ بغیر کسی قانونی جواز کے پیشیاں جیل میں کروائی جائیں۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی اس عمل کو غیر قانونی اور جابرانہ سمجھتی ہے اور اس عمل کے خلاف ایک آن لائن احتجاجی مہم کا آغاز کیا جا چکا ہے۔ آج سے تین روزہ احتجاجی مہم کا آغاز ہو چکا ہے۔ اس مہم میں حصہ لے کر اپنا احتجاج ریکارڈ کریں اور جبر کے نظام کے خلاف آواز بلند کریں۔ #EndUnfairTrailOfBYCLeaders #ReleaseBYCLeaders

The Karachi Police and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) have launched a violent crackdown on peaceful Baloch citizens and members of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC). The BYC had planned a mobilization campaign in Liyari, leading up to an event on January 25 in Dalbandin. However, when party members and participants arrived at Miran Naka near Liyari, they were met with force, baton charges, and arrests by the Sindh Police. Several BYC members were illegally arrested, including Lala Wahab Baloch, the Central Deputy Organizer, and Sammi Deen Baloch, Fouzia Baloch, and Amna Baloch. The area has been besieged, with police targeting only Baloch citizens. Sammi Deen Baloch is being held at the Karadar Police Station, while Lala Wahab Baloch is at the Chakiwara Police Station. The police are reportedly harassing and threatening Sammi Deen Baloch and kept in jail alone. She escaped an assassination attempt just yesterday. Her life is in danger and Sindh Police is responsible for that. This incident is part of a broader pattern of repression against the Baloch people and human rights defenders. The brother of Fatima, daughter of Muhammad Qasim, is speaking about the actions of state agencies and the forcible disappearance of his sister from their home, Hub Chowki Balochistan He says that on 13 January 2026, around 4:00 a.m., state agency personnel broke into their house. They threatened and harassed the family and forcibly took his sister away. Since that day, the family has knocked on every door and followed all legal avenues.They attempted to register an FIR, held a press conference, and sought justice through every possible channel, but they have not received any justice so far. On 11 February, the family received a call from the authorities informing them that their sister was in their custody. They said, after completing the investigation, they had concluded that she was innocent and she would be released soon. However, several days have passed, and there has been no further news, nor has she been released. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 Today, a press conference was scheduled to be held at the Quetta Press Club by the families of the detained BYC leaders to protest their illegal detention and the High Court’s judgment of February 23 regarding the bail application, which had been reserved for three months. In its decision, the judge refused bail and ordered that the trial proceed before the same judge, in whom we have no trust. The Press Club authorities did not grant permission to hold the press conference inside the hall. After many attempts to secure permission failed, the families held their press conference outside the building. Even there, the police attempted to disrupt the event by pushing reporters and journalists away to prevent media coverage. Despite these obstacles and police interference, the families remained steadfast and continued their press conference outside the Press Club. This reflects a situation similar to undeclared martial law in Pakistan, where even families are not allowed to hold a peaceful press conference. International human rights organizations must take notice of these actions and hold Pakistan accountable for these serious violations of fundamental civil and human rights. This is a message to the state authorities: such suppression cannot stop the Baloch nation from standing against injustice.

On this International Human Rights Day, BYC Central Member Sammi Deen Baloch states that Balochistan continues to face one of the gravest human rights crises of our time. Decades of systematic violence, fear, and repression have left deep psychological and socio-political wounds on the people of Balochistan. The suffering of the people of Balochistan remains largely ignored by the international community and by those organisations that call themselves champions of human rights. According to the BYC Human Rights Department, enforced disappearances have reached alarming levels, with 1,080 cases reported this year alone, including 53 minors. Disturbingly, Pakistani authorities are now targeting women and girls; 12 girls were forcibly disappeared in 2025, of whom three remain missing, and 189 extrajudicial killings were reported, including six women. Pakistani military operations, drone attacks, mortar shelling, artillery fire, and other assaults have become daily practices of the rogue paramilitary forces, resulting in the displacement of entire villages and small towns across the province. She highlights that human rights activists are the beacon of hope for oppressed people. Yet in Balochistan, human rights defenders are threatened, charged in fabricated cases, and hundreds of students and teachers face false accusations and FIRs for peaceful activism. Freedom of speech and expression is treated as a crime. The region has been pushed into a media blackout, where journalists are silenced and harassed for reporting and revealing the truth about state-led oppression and violence. #InternationalHumanRightsDay #StopBalochGenocide

Dear Baloch Nation, As you are aware, a national gathering is scheduled for January 25th to protest the ongoing Baloch genocide. Upon our arrival in Dalbandin, we observed a significant deployment of Frontier Corps (FC) personnel, along with a heavy contingent of police. Our Convoys traveling from other regions of Balochistan are being stopped along the way and denied entry in Dalbandin. Last night, the Pakistani military distributed pamphlets door-to-door in Dalbandin, issuing threats to residents to deter them from participating in the national gathering on January 25th. Dalbandin, unfortunately, lacks the presence of both local and international media. Social media, which served as our only means of amplifying our voices, has now been completely shut down. In light of these developments, we fear that the state might exploit the internet blackout to suppress our peaceful gathering through a crackdown. Despite these oppressive measures, I urge the entire Baloch nation to reach Dalbandin and stand united at the national gathering. No oppression has ever deterred him. On 2nd March 2010, when Baloch Culture Day event was attacked by Pakistani forces, Bebarg was injured so severely that he lost the ability to walk forever. But even this pain never weakened his courage or his resolve to continue the struggle for the Baloch nation. Today, he is not only illegally detained but he is being subjected to repeated mistreatment inside jail by the Superintendent Police, under pressure from Pakistani agencies. In a video message, Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) central leader Dr. Sabiha Baloch states: “The central leadership of BYC is being held in illegal detention. Even though three months have now passed since their arrest, they are still not free. According to Pakistan’s Constitution, any individual detained under the 3MPO must be presented before a competent Review Board after 90 days. That board must offer a personal hearing and determine whether continued detention is justified. Yet our leaders have been denied even this basic legal right.
