These guys trained a robot with water bottles, and the robot learned to pick up other objects it had never practiced on. They did this using reinforcement learning: 1. The robot had to pick a bottle out of a messy tote 2. Then it had to hand the bottle to a person 3. Only water bottles. Nothing else. After they finished training, they tested the robot on different objects: • On bottles, the success went from 80% to 98% • On snack cans, the robot's throughput rose 40% • On soft bags, the robot's performance improved by 13% even though they're deformable and much harder to handle than rigid objects. Snack cans and soft bags have different shapes and weights, and the robot was never trained on them. This was just one of three use cases they tested. Every hour we spend teaching a robot costs a ton of money. If they only get better at handling the one object they practice on, reinforcement learning will never be worth doing. But if the gains carry over, we could focus on teaching the hardest possible tasks and let the robot apply that knowledge elsewhere. These companies effectively expand the TAM for Duolingo and other products and services by 30%. There are approximately 2.5-3 billion people that still do not have internet on Earth. Once they have access, their immediate instincts will shift to learning, especially learning the English language in a structured way. Learning english will give them access to better jobs and allow them to support their families via higher income from the english speaking job (can be applied to chinese and other languages as well).

You go sell them at extremely high incremental margins. Neuracore is a new data foundation built to accelerate robot learning by removing one of the field’s biggest bottlenecks: capturing and working with high-fidelity multimodal robotics data. For the first time, researchers can store, view, and work with robotics data in a cloud-native system built specifically for large-scale learning, and we are making this core platform completely free for academia. Everybody tries to fix their direction by training and feeling their bat path. Makes sense. The barrel and hands the part you can feel the most. But your path is mostly just following where your body already sent the energy. Posture leaks a little, the energy comes away from the ball, and the barrel goes right along with it. So when you’re pulling off, it usually started before your swing even starts. It started with your posture and where your body was working. Hands, path, posture, energy. They all work together. Clean up the stride, body energy and posture and the barrel falls in line on its own. Typically. The drill in the video is how you train that. Volume up so you catch the cue.

Right now, I have a few dozen tools to automate my life. Every single thing that I do more than once every week is now a tool: either a Claude Code skill, a scheduled workflow, or an application. • I spend the time doing this once. • I schedule it. • I forget about it (or at least, try to) CREAO is one of the platforms I've used extensively for building some of these automations. They are partnering with me on this post. They are one of the only platforms where you can go from a conversation to a scheduled agent that quickly. This is how it works: 1. You describe the problem you want to solve 2. CREAO's agent builds the logic and executes it 3. You can iterate with the agent to improve the solution 4. When you are done, you turn that solution into a mini app 5. You can schedule that app to run any time you need it Something important: These agents are deterministic. They don't use an LLM to generate answers, so they will always return the same output given the same input. This is critical: when you're automating something that runs every Monday at 9 am, you need it to return the same result every time, not a "creative" answer.
