Folks, Juan here with urgent updates: Tina Peters is deteriorating steadily now. She continues to fight a deep cough that mimics the cough she had when she was first diagnosed with lung cancer. Her prison cell is cold. Tina is 70 years old and it’s a medical fact that skin often gets thinner with age, making it more difficult to keep warm with the blankets notoriously thin and prison rules do not allow one to bundle up. Before I go into detail about Tina, allow me to cut to the chase. Please spread this message far and wide: Call the White House Switchboard DAILY between 10am and 3pm EST at 202-456-1414 and request that Political Prisoner and National Hero Tina Peters be released from prison immediately. Let the Commander in Chief know that your going to support him 100% when he initiates a ‘drastic’ and ‘ICONIC’ move to protect the most ‘ICONIC’ figure in the election integrity movement, Tina Peters. As Patton demanded of his troops racing to Bastogne, “Faster! we’ve got to move faster.” There’s brave people dying up there!!!’ President Trump has made his desire excruciatingly clear that Tina Peters needs to be freed. I want to share that I am aware of at least three well-advanced legal efforts to free Tina going on right now. Due to their sensitive nature, I will not discuss those strategies here, but I can tell you that each effort is well thought out and being taken seriously. Tina Peters is an ‘ICONIC’ figure in the election integrity arena. She has served our cause well like a modern day Oscar Koch! She identified the potential threat to have election information permanently and irreversibly destroyed, and she worked to sound the alarm in all the correct places. Time has proven her to have been totally correct in her concerns and subsequent actions. Just like what happened with Oscar Koch and Tina Peters—on our way to the 2026 mid-terms—everyone here should expect all manner of break-out attempts by the election manipulators. $Here’s a real life example of how mental health diversion works in the state of California and Sacramento County: Mark was taking care of his one-year-old daughter, and at the same time, he got blackout drunk. He admitted to drinking a pint of vodka and several beers. Under his care, his baby girl suffered a fractured skull, broken ribs, and a brain hemorrhage. She died of the horrific injuries inflicted by her father. After he was arrested, Mark claimed he was too drunk to remember what he did, and prosecutors couldn’t prove his intent to kill. So, instead of murder, he faced only felony child abuse charges. This made Mark eligible for mental health diversion instead of prison, which he was granted. Mark did not have to face prosecution, answer accusations of his actions, or even prove his innocence in front of a jury. Actually, his penalty was to take a few virtual classes, and he walked away with a clean slate. The judge congratulated him, and the courtroom clapped for him. This isn’t justice. This is a betrayal of that little girl, and every victim let down by a system that puts offenders first. Today, Mark has no criminal record. Mark is considered the victim for not remembering how he brutally killed his baby girl. With no record, Mark could be coaching your kid’s team, working at your child’s school, or caring for your loved one in a hospital. His crime’s been erased from history, no mugshot, no headlines, no record, no accountability. I’ve been fighting this kind of nonsense my whole career. As an Assemblyman, I pushed for tougher laws to hold criminals accountable. As your Sheriff, I’m still fighting. California’s laws, like the mental health diversion loophole, are failing victims of every kind. I testified in support of AB 433. This bill would have simply denied mental health diversion for people like Mark: suspects of child abuse. Unfortunately, the Assembly Public Safety Committee killed it. Muhammad Nsereko has come out swinging in defense of his friend Anita Annet Among who is suffering a health crisis while under house arrest supposedly order for by President Museveni. He claims she has a clot in her leg and might die. This is sad. Most certainly, everyone has a right to healthcare and a provider of their choice. Even if Anita Among in her swashbuckling days would have gleefully denied such rights of anyone she didn’t like/politically agree with, it behooves us to treat her with dignity. The irony in a Speaker who cleared Rolls Royce level healthcare for her and her fellow MPs -while the rest of the proletariat were consigned to squalid conditions in underfunded government hospitals- not being able to access it on demand isn’t lost on anyone. But I digress. That being said, Mr Nsereko shouldn’t frame her being replaced at Speaker as some sort of betrayal of his friend. Yes, she passed bills at a higher clip than any Speaker in history but a lot of these were rammed through in complete disregard of procedure and the civil liberties of the people she claimed to represent. Same people she now finds herself having to rely on to highlight her plight. Reason Nsereko is coming to the public court and not to the actual courts AAA filled with carders is clear. She expects no justice there. Mr Nsereko will find very little sympathy for his friend on this front. She played a game whose rules she knew and she enjoyed it. Her problem is she got too comfortable, forgot the score, thought she was part of the rules committee and was caught offside. That’s called “consequences”. As an aside, Mr Nsereko’s draconian Computer Misuse legislation is still being used to suppress free speech and he has never shown any remorse; just occasionally coming out to clap his lips every time his friends end up on the wrong end of these laws.

RFK Jr. is not going to ban antidepressants. What he is doing is opening up a conversation that our culture has avoided for far too long. A conversation about informed choice. That means honest discussions around side effects, long term outcomes, and what happens when someone decides they no longer want to take these medications and needs support getting off of them safely. Last week, a video of Ella Emhoff speaking about her experience with antidepressants went viral. She described spending much of her life on these medications while never being given a clear path off of them. Her story resonated with people across the political spectrum because this issue reaches far beyond partisan politics. Many of us grew up believing that the way to feel seen and understood in our pain was through diagnosis and medication. Now more and more people are beginning to step back and ask whether this framework has truly helped us in the long term. Carl Higbie

BREAKING: The Supreme Court just delivered a massive blow to health freedom. “This should frighten us all.” “The system is not going to protect us.” Here’s what happened: A federal court quietly delivered one of the most terrifying rulings ever last year. The Ninth Circuit Court said the government can force any medical intervention on you. With no evidence or judicial review. This is the backstory: In 2021, we filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District over their Covid-19 vaccine mandates alongside California Educators for Medical Freedom and several individual plaintiffs. In July 2025, the Ninth Circuit Court ruled against us. They said that as long as authorities say a mandate is for “public health,” then the courts shouldn’t question them. And that it didn’t matter whether or not the Covid shots actually worked. All that matters is that authorities said they did. But she stood her ground. She refused to give in. She chose dignity over survival. Her courage moved me.And today, something beautiful happened she got a second chance at life. I enrolled her at ICS Technical College CBD branch, where she will study hairdressing and beauty therapy. She received a full scholarship, covering her tuition, accommodation, meals, and even a tablet to support her online research and studies. Today was the happiest day of her life.And when she broke down in tears not of pain, but of hope I felt the weight of everything she had been carrying. Her tears told a story of suffering in silence, of dreams buried under dust and rejection. But today, we dusted one dream off and we helped it rise again. 🚨🚨 PROOF that Tommy Robinson is in jail for LYING, not "telling the truth" This is one of many examples of Tommy defaming the kid in his documentary, "Silenced." A student at the school (a young girl) tells a story about the boy attacking her with a hockey stick in class. Tommy used this "incident" to attack the kid in question, telling his audience that he has a history of attacking young girls. In Tommy's libel lawsuit, he had to back up the legitimacy of this story and his choice to include it in his videos. He made a fool of himself. The girl in the video testified in court, as well as another boy who testified as a witness. In court, the following was revealed: - The girl claims in the video that she has injuries lasting to this day and has been on medication for the pain ever since. NO medical evidence could be provided to back this up. No doctors' records, no prescription for the medications she claimed to be on, no X ray records (which she claimed to have had). The only record from her doctor during this time says she had "no medical issues." - 30 students were present in this PE class, and a teacher. There were 0 other witnesses of the attack. The girl claimed that no one came to her assistance who could be called as a witness. - There was no report of this incident made by the teacher. There was an example provided of when the girl suffered an injury in class, a report was made, and her mother was contacted. None of this happened for this "attack." - The boy who testified as a witness did not help; he simply contradicted the girl's story. When the lesson took place, how many students were present, among others. This boy also contradicted himself numerous times between his original statement and cross examination, he absolutely could not keep his story straight. - During cross examination, when the boy witness was asked why there were no other witnesses of this "attack," he hilariously said that all of the other 30 students happened to be looking in the opposite direction when the incident happened. - The girl claimed that she developed anxiety issues as a direct result of this incident. When her records from her own doctor and school nurse records show clearly that her anxiety predates the incident. - The girl saw an emotional health worker in the school. Not once did she mention this "attack" to this worker. - The girl claims to have told her mother. Yet, the mother never reported the incident to the school at the time, nor did she report this supposed violent attack to the police. The mother chose not to testify as a witness. Based on all of the above, the judge understandably determined, "For the reasons I have given, the Defendant has failed to prove that the Hockey Stick Incident happened. On the evidence, I am satisfied it did not happen, whether as alleged by Charly Matthews or at all." It is important to note that this libel ruling was in response to two Facebook videos posted by Tommy attacking the kid. He then doubled down showing this ridiculous hockey stick story again in Silenced, repeating his claims. This is one of many examples of Tommy clearly lying and defaming the young boy in his documentary. Tommy Robinson is BLATANTLY SCAMMING the public with his fundraising on the back of the idea that he is in prison for "telling the truth." I know there are many people out there who credit dogs for keeping them going, getting through tough times and even saving their lives. I’ve heard the personal stories from 100s of people. Dogs are so pure and unconditional with their support and love. I can’t explain how much pressure and stress I’ve been under the last year and in particular the last 3-4 months. Tina may no longer be with us but it is because of her that I keep going on this mission. In the dark times I think about her face and her warm cosy fur. I’m not sure but were it not for Tina there are times when I might have broken or had to stop such was the suffering and pain we see. So much is about to come together… 📕 In 43 days the book about Tina will be out. It was a work of pure love. But exhausting too emotionally. 🏥 Tina’s field hospital opens on Tuesday with our new vet starting. Her big hospital is also being built. 🎤 I’m doing about 7-8 events in Ireland and England in May followed by the USA telling Tina’s story to 1000s of people. I’m terrified. 🥘 Her little sibling (in my head) Alba has her own kitchen just open feeding 1250 dogs a day ✂️ We have funded over 20,000 sterilising in 2025 already. That’s just a tiny amount of the things happening. We do them all for the street dogs but I personally do them for Tina. Some dogs (and people) shake you and move you to your very core. They are soul dogs. That is Tina for me. I was exhausted and burnt out tonight with so much to juggle so I sat in bed and opened my Tina folder of videos on my phone. I wanted to sleep but just seeing her face made me want to share a little video and write this. She just makes me want to put more good into the world for all to share. Maybe when I get through the next 2 mad months I dream of sitting on a little quiet beach somewhere on my own reading a book, fully offline and just thinking about Tina. I’ll tell her about all that has happened. I’ve not been able to do that yet. But for now there is one more big push needed in Tina’s name 💛💙
